Senegal Shuttle did not deliver as promised. They sent a subpar vehicle with inadequate AC & did not show up on time for pick up. Our guests were very uncomfortable due to the heat. One person became sick due to the heat. Senegal Shuttle refused to send a vehicle with proper air conditioning. We had to get another company to finish the tour. Senegal Shuttle appeared to be a legitimate company but in the end attempted to scam us out of the days we did not use their company. Proceed with extreme caution if you dare use this company. There are others that are better.

Service and Communication was excellent; Was able to reach Pullman Dakar Teranga in adequate time. Will take this shuttle again.

You need have more money and negotiate to do more activities. I didn’t have any money. The driver got there, then a nice gentleman explained about the lake for about 10-15 minutes and that was end of my tour. This of this as a private driver with a nice comfortable car more than a tour. They will get you there safely and ppl are kind. But you must spend more money to spend time there .

The two of us paid close to $300 for something that could have cost us $40 total. There’s loads of guides on the island and ferry tickets are like $5. Considering the guides time and transport, a fair price for this would have been $50 each + there was an expectation to tip, which is insane given the mark up. The island is interesting but you only need 1-2 hours to do it all. The merchants are super aggressive and it’s unpleasant. Our guide was perfectly nice, but this wasn’t worth it.

Unfortunately this tour was cancelled. however the Tour Guide contacted us Three Days in advance of the Tour Date, which gave us enough time to make other arrangements. Very Professional.

We booked a shuttle service from hotel Riu baobab To fathala animal reserve costing €320 and staying the night We arranged to be picked up at 12.30 midday They messaged us to say there realy busy and can’t pick us up until 4pm We was not happy spoke to 2 different people on 2 different numbers One said the car broke down and had to go to the garage Another said sorry but were so busy We asked for a refund by WhatsApp and email To book another taxi After that they ignored our calls and messages We then get a message our driver would be there 1230 midday Driver turned up at 330pm Never had such an expensive bad service We got a got a much cheaper transfer That actually wasn’t 3 hours late

Just to be clear, my guide and driver were fantastic, telling me a lot about the country and people on the way. But the lake is currently far from pink which was very disappointing (hence the 3points) but obviously not anyone's fault. Probably should have dug a bit deeper on lake info and not just search for tours.. You live and you learn. On the other hand it was good, if shocking, to see what are most certainly the effects of climate change.

Had a great experience. Though the lake was not pink on my visit due to the rainy season I still enjoyed the trip.

The people are friendly and humble. Some one who cannot speak French may find it difficult in most places. Staying at Goree island overnight was interesting. Nice Lodging, quite environment. My tour of Goree island including the slave house was fulfilling to look back into the past.

The pick up from the airport was so easy. The driver got there early and had a sign waiting for me right at the exit. They take apple pay which made things super easy. The van was large with AC and the driver was very nice. I would highly recommend.

I had a really great experience with Senegal Shuttle. I booked them on a whim after searching for transportation. It was out first time in Senegal so didn't have any previous references. Our driver picked us up at the airport on time and drove us to Fathala then picked us up the next morning to drive us to Dakar. The car was extremely clean. We couldn't have asked for a better experience or welcome to Senegal. Highly recommend this company.

we loved our drivers - courteous and fun to talk to (even with our broken French). very accommodating and even took us to Foret de Bandia before our flight.

Everything was 5 Star! Communication was GREAT the driver was courteous and prompt! We will be using this service for our transportation back to the airport.

The short excursion was such a highlight of my short stay in Dakar. The communication prior to the start of the tour was very prompt. They agreed to my request of change the timing from noon to morning. My guide Mr. Ismail was punctual, prompt, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He doesn't make client feel pushy or upselling, and he always asks for my opinion on everything. Our driver was driving safely throughout. The car was nice with good air-conditioning. Overall a very nice experience and i highly recommend this tour
