We are very happy that we decided on this trip. In total, the trip lasted 11 days and flew by in a flash. Too bad it didn't last longer. We visited Arusha National Park, Lake Manjara, Karatu area, Lake Eyasi, Serengeti Park, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire. The accommodation is very comfortable, clean, in very picturesque places, in very pleasant, beautiful gardens, with swimming pools in three places. We especially liked the comfort and safety, as well as the exceptional kindness of the staff. Special thanks to Mr. Leizer Masai, who took care of us in a nice way, very carefully, unobtrusively, at every moment of our stay in the hotels and in the camp. The meals were delicious, varied and nicely served, and the restaurants were very neat, clean, and tastefully furnished. The service was very professional, attentive and expert, ie very hospitable at all times. Our guide and driver, Mr. Attanas Simon, made our stay safe, as far as driving a Jeep in the parks is concerned, as well as very interesting and fun. Excellent and expert in finding animals and plant life of all kinds. He explained particularly impressively about the manner of their behavior in every respect. Very pleasant in company, dexterous and safe to drive, he constantly took care of our health and comfort. We saw many animals,birds, big five... We would like to thank the agency Zara Tours for the excellent organization of our trip, at all times, whether it was accommodation, food, transportation, and under the leadership of Mr. Attanas Simon. we (me and my wife) went on 2 different activities: 1. two days gorilla trecking on Uganda. a lifetime experience, we walked for one hour +- to find an amazing family of 13 gorillas @ Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in Uganda. to be so close to them, indescribable. from the car trip, to the wonderful resort on the mountain ICHUMBI GORILLA LODGE with the mos, the persons, the smells, the safety around. 2. three days Akagera National Park. Again the opportunity to be so close to the wild life has nothing to be compared to. a 3 hours ride from Kigali and we arrived to the park, after beeing instaled in Akagera Lodge, we made a smal game safari and went for a boat trip on the lake to the see the wild life. day 2 we stayed on the lodge to rest, and on the 3rd day we made the Game Safari on the park were we saw so many animals. a god ride back to Kigali Overhaul Neza Safaris accomplished all what they promised and more, the staff, The 2 drivers Ciprian and Cédric, the guide Lillian were amazing, just like friends ridding with us, always available for questions and explanations.

We had the most wonderful safari experience. Lillian the organizer and Vincent our driver were so fantastic. They picked us up/dropped us off right at our hotel. We did a full day at the Akagera National park. The truck is very comfortable and many bathroom stops available. Little place to buy snacks and coffee on the way there, in the park and on the way home. We also did the boat tour add on and have no regrets! An unforgettable experience!

My wife and I had an AMAZING trip with Neza Safaris. Everything was perfectly organised by Lillian , thankyou so much !!! Accommadation was fantastic , food was great. Our guide Cyprien made the 10 days overflow with incredible adventures , great places and loads of information. What a beautiful country with so much to see and do. I still can't decide which experience was best , but Gorilla trekking probably wins !!! Thankyou Neza , a lifelong dream has come true !!!

My family and I just finished a FANTASTIC 12 day trip with Neza Safari to Rwanda to view the gorillas and beautiful country to safari in Tanzania. We had a large group who arrived from Canada and went to Alkagera national park on 4 separate safari days. The guides were incredible and it was easy to book and organize from Canada. We were working at a local hospital and they even came there to take payment for us!

Our visit to the Gorilla village and the whole fulfilled activities of the day namely, the Royal welcome parade and dance, the traditional marriage and procession, the Royal regalia and the traditional palace experience, the traditional vocations etc.
