    Warranty- issues
    be carefull with the company. They charge your account for the warranty, saying it will be refunded within working days after returning the car/scooters, but we're weeks further of several mails, whatsapps and messenger messages, but no refund of our warranty at all. If you have an alternative, go for that. Nothing keeps them from 'reserving' the warranty amount on your visa rather than debeting.

    The canopy walk was amazing !
    The trip to Nyungwe where i did a canopy walk in Nyungwe was very amazing and I would definitely recommend it to other adventure lovers.

    Very fin and wonderful Canopy walk
    I went on Nyungwe trip with African Travellers Ltd and I must say that it is something that I have never experienced before in my life. The canopy walk was amazing and Isumo waterfall in Nyungwe Forest was out of this world.I can't wait to go back again on my next vacation.The tour was very organized and JP is really dedicated to his work.

    I liked the hotel, it had hot water and health breakfast and food. I didn't face any challenge.Everything were organized.They cared about us until we returned from the park and then took us to the bus from Musanze to Kigali.

    Amazing canopy walk in Nyungwe Forest
    This was really amazing . JeanPaul was so good and always took time to prepare for our trip. I was happy with his guided tour to Nyungwe Forest where we did Canopy , we also did three days Bisoke hike in the volcano National Park .I would definitely recommend African Travellers ltd services to others.

Trekking to see the mountain gorillas in Rwanda had been on my bucket list for years, JP and his team at African Travellers made it happen giving me a once in a lifetime opportunity. The two day package includes airport transfers, a city tour and your day at Volcanoes Park. JP will walk you through all the steps for the permit (not included) get you set up in a group of folks with similar backgrounds, helps you with the instructions from the guides and porters and is there to meet you on your return. You know you are good hands. Once you locate your gorilla family you get one hour to observe them before heading back. Don't forget to ask how you should dress, right down to hat and boots. You will need a COVID test and JP will set that up for you. Its free at the airport. The city tour emphasizes the 1994 Rwandan genocide which when fully understood makes you even more in awe of how far this country has come since then during what they call reconciliation. If you have additional time in Rwanda, JP can set you up with other game parks or cultural tours to your liking. There's lots of competition on the road to the gorillas, you can do no wrong in selecting Africa Travellers as your guide to some of the most fascinating creatures in the world, in one of the most beautiful countries in Africa.
