We did a 3 day budget tour of Sossusvlei from Windhoek. Our guide Matheus was amazing. His knowledge of everything we encountered was impressive. He was very accommodating and allowed us the time to see what we wanted to see. He also made great suggestions to ensure we saw the highlights. The camping set up was pretty basic, but we have done lots of rough camping so we were completely fine with that and loved the idea of camping in Africa. Matheus worked hard to make sure we were looked after. Sesriem is the closest town to Sossusvlei and in this package it allows you to camp inside the first gate, giving you earlier access in the morning. Sesriem is a fairly long drive from Windhoek, but allows you the chance to see some amazing sites and experience natural Namibia. Sossusvlei is an incredible experience. Absolutely worth the effort to get there.

ナミブ砂漠のDuneに登って夕日や朝日を見ました。とてもすごい世界で表現する言葉がありません。国立公園の中のロッヂもとても良かったです。 ツアーガイドがとても親切で、おもてなしの心もあり、おかげさまでとても楽しく過ごせました。うまく言葉で言い表せませんが、とにかく家族や友人にここへ行くことをすすめています。私も次回は家族を連れて、また行きたいと思っています。その時はこのツアー会社にまた頼もうと思います。とても親切に対応してくれましたし、ガイドが最高でしたから。 I enjoyed the tour "5-day Sossusvlei & Coast". "Dune45" with sunset and "BigDuddly" with sunrise were grateful for the stunning views. I enjoyed activities like "Quad Bike" and "Sandwich Harbour". The accommodation in the national park was also brilliant. My guide is not only a professional guide but also kind, friendly, reliable, and good-hearted. And I like his driving manner. I enjoyed the tour a lot thanks to him. I had a great time in Namibia. I would like to come back there with my family, and then I'll certainly ask "People Tours And Safaris" again.

My friend and I recently booked a camping trip with People Tour and Safaris, and unfortunately, our experience was not what we had expected. Our guide was extremely unprofessional throughout the duration of the trip. Not only did he make us (two women) feel extremely uncomfortable with his borderline sexist remarks and weird comments, but overall just did not seem enthusiastic whatsoever about his job or the fact that he had to be there. He complained when setting up the tents, then again when we brought up the idea of building a fire. Plus, in the evenings, we noticed him drinking (alcohol), although we have since learned this is against company policy. When we raised these concerns to management after our trip had ended, they simply denied the allegations we had raised and then just stopped responding to our emails altogether. While the camping itself was enjoyable, be warned when booking with People Tour and Safari that the experience may not be exactly what you expect.

Took a 3 day solo trip to Etosha, with Fanuel as the guide. It was a great trip, and Fanuel was an enthusiastic, knowlegable and fun guide. Etosha is a beautiful area, with an abundance of animals and wildlife. He knew the area and roads very well, and was also very good at spotting the wildlife from long distances. Would definitely recommend the company and Fanuel to other travellers. The company are also available for transfers from Windhoek back to the airport, which is very handy.

The site itself was such a unique experience, a pace like no other. red sand dunes, the baked clay flats the location is just fabulous. Fanuel was outstanding at spotting animals on the drives to and from sossusvlei. My only recommendation is to provide a two-day option as there are limited activities once the site is visited.

An unforgetable journey in the desert country of Namibia. The driver who also was the tourleader was absolutely amasing - Sakaria did everything to make you feel good. Greate lodges and hotels made the journy perfect. Einar

Our 3-Day Sesriem Desert Camp, Sossusvlei and Sesriem Canyon (Basic Camping)Tour in early August 2022 was excellent from the personalized service of the tour administrator to the attentive guide/driver/personal chef. Our tent and sleeping amenities were perfectly fine and our camp location afforded incredible stargazing at night. We were conveniently located near the shared outdoor toilet and shower facilities which reliably provided hot water for showers. We experienced incredible scenery, geology and wildlife (oryx herds, ostriches, jackals, hyenas, giraffes, other antelopes and dik diks) during our camping and on the roundtrip road trip between Windhoek and Sesriem. We were given ample time to take as many photographs as we liked and we were able to do both sunset and sunrise dune treks. Our personal chef (guide and driver) accompanied us to the grocery store before leaving Windhoek to choose food items that would meet our dietary needs and work well with the open campfire. We ate extremely well and we introduced marshmallow roasts to the culinary toolkit. People's Tour and Safaris cares deeply about your experience and does everything that it can to make your stay in Namibian unforgettable.
