We did a 14 day tour with Quest, and we had a fantastic time. The driver and guide Matheus was very caring and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Fillemon the organizer was also very responsive and answered all my questions thoroughly (I asked him a lot!).

My husband and I booked Quest Tours to travel around Namibia as we do not drive. Fillemon was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and a safe driver. Would definitely recommend for those not wanting to self drive, it was a great experience!

I was a solo female traveler traveling around Africa. Fillemon was a great driver and I felt safe the entire time. I did a customized tour and spent some time in Sousseveli and went to the see the Himba Tribe. It was such an amazing experience! Fillemon was great at communication and showed up at time. This company is fantastic. I made a very last minute plan to come to Namibia and Fillemon helped me design a bespoke tour combining Etosha National Park, Swakopmund, Sossusvlei, and the townships of Windhoek. It was very busy with lots of driving (often on difficult unpacked roads, which is why I hadn’t wanted to do it all on my own). Fillemon handled everything incredibly professionally and has an enormous amount of knowledge about all of Namibia. When going to countries in Africa it’s tempting to go through a travel agent but I would highly recommend finding small operators like Quest instead. You will get so much better value and so much more personalised attention. My trip here was unforgettable thanks to Fillemon!

We did a car transfer from the border Botswana/Zimbabwe to the Windhoek area. Questtours also booked the stopover in Hakusembe River Lodge near Rundu. The driver drove very well and everything worked out perfectly. There are only very few companies that offer this type of transfer - we found Questtours through the internet after two travel agents were unable to find a solution for us. We will use Questtours next time again.

Beautiful country, but our guide Auene Fillemon has very limited knowledge about his country. He is not a bad driver, but he is not guide, he has a very vague idea what it means to be a real guide. He promised a lot during the process of building our itinerary, but after he got deposit, everything changed. He had lured us offering quite reasonable price for this trip, but it was a trap.
