David brought our Ghana experience to the next level. He has very much knowledge about the history of Ghana and about the culture. He made sure that we feel welcome and put much effort in making sure you can eat the best food (especially if you have allergies). Also is David very good at making beautiful pictures so you can put all your time into observing the nature and culture. We highly recommend him and the county!

David was our guide for a day trip to Shai Hills/Volta Lake, and also our trip to Cape Coast and Kakum National Park. He was an excellent guide, with lots of local knowledge, and put together a wonderful itinerary for both days. Super friendly, with a wicked sense of humour, and I really felt that nothing was too much in terms of stopping off to take photos along the route, going to shops, and around various markets. Would absolutely recommend for anyone wanting to make the most of their visit to Ghana!

David is an AMAZING tour guide!! This was the best tour I have ever been on. I came to Ghana for work and stayed for a few extra days. Since I was traveling alone, I wanted to book a few guided tours. I spent 3 days with David and each day was awesome! We went to the Volta region, Eastern region, and Cape Coast. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Ghana. Plus he took amazing photos of me! I would absolutely recommend David and Roots Tours.

I did the Accra City tour and Kojo was an amazing tour guide. He is so knowledgeable and friendly. He went out of his way for me to have a great experience in the city. He also takes great photos of you on the tour! Give him your phone and let him do his thing!

Visiting Ghana and using Roots ToursGhana was one of the best experiences in my life. I’ve learned so much in a short time from the tour. David was on time, knowledgeable & friendly. The entire trip was more than I expected!

We had a great time on our visit to Elmina castle, cape coast castle and Kakum national park. It was a great experience for us all and we would recommend if you are considering visiting the area

Excellent tours . Friendly informative guides with a wealth of knowledge. The routes were well planned with plenty of time at each stopping point.
