My 15 days in Ghana, Benin and Togo exceeded my expectations. Loved the rich history, culture, people, wildlife and landscape of this region. Emmanuel did a very good job and was flexible and knowledgeable.

My first time in Ghana, I had a bit of a custom experience with Eyali Tours. In addition to providing tours of the city and different experiences, also partnered with them as driver. Eyali was always prompt and extremely patient. I had a very loose itinerary with flexibility and I'm glad because I was able to get it better experience based on recommendations by Eyali. You assume that your tour or driver knows the area but I think that they take it a step further and can provide suggestions based on your personality, budget and needs. The communication was absolutely stellar. They were always available and I asked lots of questions and received prompt and clear answers. I also wanna make a point about safety since I was a solo traveler. There is not one time where I did not feel safe or at risk. Eyali had eyes on the back of head! This is a tour group that was recommended by a friend and I can see why word of mouth is so important because you really get someone that you can trust. When I return I absolutely will use their services again and the forward to seeing your smiling face when I get off the plane.

Emmanuel was AMAZING! He put together a PERFECT 10 day itinerary for my group (4 of us). The van was air conditioned so all of our rides were comfortable. He was always on time(early) picking us up in the morning for the days adventures with cold water ready to go! We asked tonsss of questions about the history and culture of Ghana and Emmanuel was so well informed! I appreciated being able to stop at the local restaurants and Emmanuel helping us get street food to try! He was super easy going, catered to what we wanted to experience and was helpful with recommendations for dinners and clubs! I couldnt have asked for a better tour guide and overall experience! From the minute we stepped out of the airport in Accra to being dropped off for our return flight we were well taken care of by our tour guide Emmanuel and Eyali Tours. We chose to do the Slave Route Tour because we were particularly interested in the history of Ghana. After our tour we spent 2 nights relaxing on the Volga River at the Royal Senchi resort. It was a great choice. Emmanuel did a fabulous job from start to finish. In particular we really appreciated him responding quickly to our emails, helping with the visa and entry requirements, happily accomodating the changes we wanted to make to the tour, sharing his extensive knowledge of the culture and history, and making all parts of our trip work seemlessly and efficiently. Of course one of the most important things on this kind of tour: we thoroughly enjoyed his company and feel we separated as friends rather than tour guide and client. I strongly recommend using Emmanuel and Eyali Tours.

A friend and I spent 14 days in Ghana, and 7 of them days in Accra. Emmanuel was our tour guide; he was professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable of the culture and tour sites; it was obvious that he was respected, which made our engagement with the tour site guides favorable. This was an amazing one day city tour of Accra. Our tour guide, Emmanuel, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We left the tour with a much better understanding of Accra and Ghana in general….. both past and present. Due to the timing of our trip (the same day the USA’s Vice President visited) we got stuck in traffic more than usual. This was due to our own poor planning but turned out to be a great time to see all of the activity going on around and on the streets. We are so glad we decided to go with Eyali Tours. My trip was WONDERFUL!! I traveled solo from the US to Ghana. Emmanuel was patient, kind, accommodating and considerate every step of the way I was able to curate my own tour, creat a payment plan, and truly enjoy my time in Ghana. He even helped some of my friends who were traveling separately obtain tickets for a sold out event and provide them transportation to and from their lodging accommodations. In December 2021, I contacted soo many tour companies in Ghana 🇬🇭 for the Afrochella festival and Eyali Tours became my choice after they gave several options and travel advise. They helped organize a birthday party for my friend I was traveling with which really made us enjoy our stay in Ghana. If I could give a rating of 10 out of five, I would. This tour company is truly excellent all-around and I am finding it difficult to fault. My friend and I were traveling through Ghana for 10 days and I originally reached out to 10 different tour companies to try and get information on motorcycle tours. Although a challenging request, Eyali Tours responded immediately and became one of my top three choices. Although we didn’t end up doing the motorcycle tour, we opted for a 10-day tour instead and went with Eyali — with a private car and driver/guide. Emmanuel was absolutely amazing from the outset. His communication via email and WhatsApp before, during and after our tour was incredible. He was willing to work with us to make amendments to the original itinerary prior to departure, offered very comparable prices, and even checked in with us briefly every couple of days to make sure everything was going well on the tour. Our driver and guide, Bright, was just as amazing. His knowledge of his country, its people and its culture is probably unrivaled; he was also incredibly caring and looked after us so well. At the end of our tour I had to take a Covid test for my return home. My friend and I took a cooking class in Cape Coast and whilst we were doing that, Bright was absolutely amazing at sourcing information regarding the Covid testing and then taking me to a testing site the following day. He also went above and beyond by visiting a local post office whilst we were doing another local tour, to find out about stamps for our Ghanaian postcards. What a legend! Bright kept the car in excellent condition — it was always super clean in the mornings when he picked us up from our hotel, and his driving was second to none. We felt nothing but safe with him the entire way! About halfway through our trip we ended up at an accommodation with which my friend and I were not overly happy. Both Bright and Emmanuel were absolutely fantastic in jumping on the phone straight away to see if there was an alternative in the local area where we could stay. Now THAT is going above and beyond! Although Bright was our guide for the entire 10 days, Emmanuel also met us at the airport upon arrival, as well as farewelling us in person on our final day. More customer service that truly went above and beyond! We wouldn’t hesitate to use Eyali Tours again and can’t recommend them highly enough to anyone else visiting Ghana!
