        Fantastic Takoradi Tour!!!
Group of friends and I (10 total) used BlasTours for an all day tour from Takoradi and it was absolutely fantastic!!! We were able to be picked up right from our hotel in a van that was super spacious and had great AC. We were able to customize our day and visited Kakum National Park, Elmina Castle, and Cape Coast Castle. Everything was incredibly organized and well-ran. Our tour guide Felix was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about the area from him. Was definitely a highlight for our trip in Ghana!!

        Takadori History Tour
I arranged this excursion The History Tour, for 24 people and they all told me afterward what a great day they had. The visit to the fishing harbour was amazing and the castle guides were informative. Lunch was very good, served in lovely surroundings. We were on a 93-night cruise so communication was not always easy, due to lack of Wifi but Mimi always replied quickly to my messages and when we arrived at the port the 2 buses were waiting for us and all was in order. Very efficient. Because of some sickness on the ship, there were slightly fewer of us than there had been and I had been unable to communicate this to her, but there was no problem. A very nice lady. I would recommend this company

        Highly recommended! Will Re-use them!
Very well organised from the start to finish. Got a driving masterclass from Mr Emmanuel who was nothing short of being a total professional. The mini van was very well equipped with multiple amenities to allow for a very smooth ride. Mr Emmanuel was very knowledgeable about the volta region and all its history and culture. BlasTours is a solid choice for all things tour and visiting in Ghana and I will be soon contacting them to be used again! I wish them all continued success in all their endeavours. Know that with them, you are in great hands!

Great day tour from cruise ship - Kakum National Park
Fun tour to Kakum National Park at a good pace. We had a delicious local lunch with a variety of local food. Informative guides that kept us entertained during the long drive between the ship and the park. And, they made sure they got us back to the ship before all aboard. The swing bridge hike was more difficult than many expected so not recommended at all if you have mobility issues or if you aren’t in shape. The hike was through the jungle and was a steep uphill on uneven pavers. We enjoyed the hike and loved walking on the bridges in the canopy of the trees.

        Excellent day in Takoradi!
Mimi was a pleasure to work with. She organized a great tour with our friendly and knowledgeable guide Justice. We had a poignant and informative tour of Elmina and Cape Coast Castles. Also had a delicious lunch in a beautiful setting! I highly recommend BlasTours!

        Greatness in Ghana
BlasTours was excellent. We didn't expect to, but we ended up using their services on three separate days while on vacation in Ghana. For me, this was a trip I had dreamed about for many years. They helped to make it a wonderful reality. Nii Marmah was our tour guide at the beginning of the first day. By the end of the last tour date, we were like family. Him and our driver were every bit professionals and helped to make everything enjoyable. I'm so glad we booked with them!!!

An amazing trip for a reunion!
We had a wonderful trip. The itinerary was well thought out, and we learnt a lot, even as Ghanaians. Eric, the driver and Nii, our guide were amazing. We will definitely do another trip with Blastours.

        Fantastic
I travelled with Blastours to Ghana, Togo and Benin in July 2023 and had a brilliant experience from beginning to end. I was travelling solo and my guide Patrick took fantastic care of me. He was a really skilled driver with an almost superhuman ability to avoid potholes! Helped me avoid the pitfalls at each border crossing. At each hotel, he checked carefully that everything was okay with my room. The local guides he worked with were all great. He went above and beyond and added little experiences to the trip, such as stopping to see rubber being tapped or buying street food, whenever there was an opportunity, which really enhanced what was already a great itinerary. He was also a great conversationist and incredibly knowledgeable. After the end of the trip, during the rest of my stay in Ghana, it became really clear just how much I had learnt about West Africa and its culture from him, and how much he had done in terms of making everything during my trip run smoothly. Things were not as smooth without him! Mimi was fantastic, especially in terms of her communication and responsiveness. She really took note of what I had asked to see and designed a perfect itinerary. She gave valuable and accurate information about the visas I needed and what was required. She was also really clear and transparent about how much extra money I would need to cover the cost of the meals etc. that were not included in the tour. Each of the hotels I stayed at were great in their own special ways. Nearly every one had a pool and the food in restaurants was excellent. It was great to have accommodation where I could get some proper rest and relaxation each evening after a long day's driving and sightseeing. When things didn't quite go to plan, both Patrick and Mimi were on it straight away and quickly came up with alternatives and solutions. I cannot recommend Blastours, Patrick and Mimi highly enough!

Mimi and Blastours is the best
Mimi helped me organize a tour of Takoradi for 25 of us coming from the Zuiderdam, and she is excellent. All the glowing reviews I read on the Internet are accurate as she and Blastours are quality from start to finish. Patrick was our guide on one van, and Tony on the other. Both were also excellent. Six fantastic stops. Especially good was seeing wooden boat building.

        Reliable, flexible, professional and fun
This was our second trip to Ghana, and we wanted to spend more time in and around Accra, rather than touring country-wide. We also wanted flexibility to plan each of our four days while in Accra, so we could get some clothing made, shop, visit friends in Tema, and some touring. Our guide/driver Micheal Frempong was fantastic. He drove us in BlasTours’ comfortable, air conditioned 4X4 vehicle and took us where we wanted, when we wanted to go. He proactively arranged for a tailor our first day, as well as a location to buy fabric. Two days later, we had beautifully crafted clothing! He took us to Tema to visit a friend and was a welcome addition to the group. In addition to touring around Accra, he took us to the incredible Nkyinkyim Museum east of Accra. He took us shopping at local markets and was our consultant/teacher/advocate for negotiating the best deals. Micheal is a real gem. He always arrived ahead of schedule and was always happy and pleasant, with good jokes too. We thank BlasTours for him. We appreciate their flexibility, knowledge and professionalism. BlasTours and Micheal are highly recommended.

        Privately organized tour through Ghana
We (two women) rented a car with driver to go from Kumasi to Axim, Nzuleso, Cape Coast, Kakum and back to Accra. Our driver was not only a very prudent driver, he was helpful in finding nice places, by bananas, coconuts at the roadside aso....

        Impressed with the knowledgeable guide
Although not the fault of Blast Tours, Ghana officials caused a 2-hour delay in allowing passengers to disembark. This affected our tour as it was supposed to start at 0800 hours but we could not leave the ship until after 1000 hours. Excursion included an interesting and sobering tour of the prison where slaves were held before being shipped to the colonies or England

        Takoradi Shore Excursion
We booked this tour on a recommendation from a previous cruise. This was the easiest company to deal with. Mimi answered emails very quickly and they were punctual, professional and presented their country in a good light. We had Felix for our guide. He actually wrote a book which is sold at one of his sights. The tour was one of the best of our trip. The lunch was very good and everyone on this tour was more than satisfied. They did not request payment until we were on tour. I wish they had other tours in the ports we travelled to. Great company.

I customized Blastours 8 day tour with the help of Mimi and it was superb. We had one of the best vacations we’ve ever taken. Michael, our driver, was professional, always on time and a real pleasure to spend the week with. In addition, because of all his connections at all the sites we visited, he knew the best guides and would call ahead to find out what guides were working and request a specific guide that he knew would do a good job and they were all spot on. I highly recommend Blatours for your Ghana tour. Because of them, we’ll definitely recommend to all our friends who are interested in coming to Ghana.

I along with my mother and niece had the best time during our tour of Ghana. We had a private tour with Paul as our driver, and Patrick as our guide. We could not have asked for a better team. Paul was so quiet, but he was very professional and extremely helpful. My family was a bit worried about having a tour guide who was going to be stiff with no sense of humor. Patrick was the total opposite. He was so much fun, funny, and very knowledgeable. He kept my family very engaged. He was even great about keeping my 10 year old niece engaged. Not only was our trip educational, but it was fun. I’d recommend BlasTours (with Paul and Patrick) to anyone. I wish that they could be our guides all over the world. lol!
