Went on an incredible birding tour along with my grandfather to 3 locations around Victoria Falls and saw nearly 50 different species of birds! Our guide, Sisa, was very knowledgeable and also an avid himself. I learned a lot and the conversations were great. Along with the birds, we also saw game like giraffes, jackals, and elephants. Couldn't have asked for a better tour!

We reserved a chobe day trip and it was fantastic. The transition from vicfalls to Botswana was smooth and Sisa helped us through out the process at the border. The wildlife in Chobe was great!

True to their name, Excellence Trails Safaris provided us with excellent services. Sisa was very helpful in terms of actually planning the holiday and making sure it was memorable. From communicating and responding patiently to my endless questions to suggesting and booking activities for us,. This not only made it all easy for us, but it also made it all a wonderful holiday for our family, which consisted of young children, teenagers, adults, and our elderly mother. The accommodation and transport were perfect. Sisa has great time-keeping skills and is very reliable. I was amazed at the time and effort that Excellence Trails Safaris put in to make our holiday memorable.

So.. we finally meet up with My husbands friend SISA,. After our South Africa separate tour we flew to Victoria Falls and our next adventure. Sisa showed us the highlights of Victoria Falls. We ate meals at lIana lodge and dinner and lunch at the Queen Victoria Hotel. Not to be missed was the dinner at his home with traditional foods prepared by his lovely wife ZAH. The tour included helicopter flight over the beautiful Falls and a guided walking tour afterward. Our game drive through Zambezi national park was good with continued viewing of the animals. WE met Chief Mopesi in his village and got a taste of village life. Our last day was filled with a trio to Chobe National park in Botswana. Morning game drive through the park was followed by lunch and then a river cruise through the park We saw the elephants cross the river.. Moms and Babies! Sweet!

Canoeing with crocodiles and hippos is something else. Felt safe under excellent guides. Hit the paddle onto the water then the coroc dives down and you can paddle over it. Keep good distance to the hippos and paddle fast. Keep your legs and fingers firmly inside the boat, to tapping into the water. Awesome!

Sisa is rated the best tour guide in Zimbabwe and he is extremely knowledgeable, both of the bush and his country. We have known each other for while, it started with a conversation and later we became friends. He is good at leading tours and interpretations - for me I was on a solo visit and I was fortunate to meet him this time around after he returned from a safari in Zambia - south Luangwa, Kafue and Busanga, also Sisa and his operation Excellence Trails they run trips to this part of the world and in Botswana - Chobe, Okavango, Central Kalahari Game Reserve and Makgadikgadi Pans. Sisa and brother Webster of DK Travels was very helpful with my overstay issue at the border and they offered me a comfortable pickup from the border to place of stay just a distance away from the falls at Mthunzie Residence which is operated by Excellence Trails, I recommend this apartment to all self drive, solo travelers and a small group of friends/ families. For your safari excursions either in Zimbabwe, Botswana or Zambia don't hesitate to contact Sisa personally or reach to his office (Excellence Trails) you won't go wrong:)

Sisa is extremely knowledgeable, both of the bush and of his country. We had amazing conversations and became friends. He is good at reading what you need and gives you space when that’s needed and engages when required. Highly recommended. Trustful and dependable

What a fabulous wee trip. Picked up at our villa we drove out to local helicopter landing site where our hosts set up. Our guide was very knowledgeable informative about all this celestial. Unfortunately for us the moon was resplendent in all its glory so no dark sky. However we saw many constellations and heard many stories of battles and gods. We now need to do the same at home😉. The only thing we might suggest is that folding chairs may be a help for folks necks. We really enjoyed the evening however and learned loads. Every blessing on the future of your business.

It was an interesting tour around the real Victoria Falls, not the touristic one. And the lunch in Dusty Road Township Restaurant was delicious and formative. The owner showed me the ingredient and explained me how they prepare he meals.

Wonderful tour through Zambezi NP: zebras, impalas, buffalos, warthogs, monkeys. And a very shy giraffe.

Really loved this full day tour with Sisa! Breathtaking view of the Vic Falls. An unforgettable experience. We saw big game - Buffalo, Elephant, Giraffe and Zebra in Chobe Natioanl Park. Sisa is a very knowledgeable and Proffessional tour guide.

I am Italian, totally trustworthy and well travelled. I hired Sisa and his company, excellence trails located n Victoria falls, Zimbabwe, to transfer the two of us back and forth the Hwange park, exactly in the Somalisa camp. He gave me an estimate of $95 per person per way, for $380 total. And when I asked if they were taking us (2 persons) directly to the camp, tbe total lifted to $560. He didn't provide me the service for full, but just for the part of the $95 per person. When I asked for a refund for the part not provided, he just first wrote me some silly things, then disappeared. Btw, the service was a bad one, just an episode: no fuel in the tank (in their old and dirty van) on the way back, so they had to slow down to save gasoline (we took two times the time). Don't use their services, ever.

We thoroughly enjoyed our morning game drive and were well informed by our friendly guide all about the animals we encountered. We would highly recommend booking with this company.

It was first time to go on Safari. I totally could enjoy seeing safari view and looking for animals because the guides explained about many things; animals features, origin of name, nature etc. When I’d been waiting for the Safari’s car, I saw the Zebra and horses while walking around the reception). I mean your adventure will begin when you go to Kwange National Park. That also was awesome activity that we had made camping there. We saw beautiful starry sky(it was quite interesting that the guide talked about How to find a destination and constellations), enjoyed talking and braai!! Thank you for having great time.

The falls are impressive of course but our tour guide ,Sisa,made it so much more interesting with his extensive knowledge of the history ,birds,fauna and flora there.Sisa was very well educated,and had lived in the United States for a while so was much easier for us t..o communicate with than other locals we talked with.Highly recommended.
