Vincent at Wild Horizons Victoria Falls arranged several short tours for us, including Devil's Pool and Livingstone Island, Bike Ride, lunch at a local home, Zambezi River Cruise, Village walk in Namibia and a Game Drive at the Pricate Game Reserfe to see Rhinos. Loved all of it. Especially loved the Devil's Pool swim. Vincent was very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed the canopy tour, the 9 zip wires are great. It's worth bearing in mind that it's not so much a tour and the canopy, it's just about the zip wires. The WH website says there will be "opportunities to learn about the diverse flora and fauna of the region" but that didn't happen at all on our tour, we were just taken to the 9 zip wires. I'm not much of a thrill seeker and was a bit nervous of the zip wires but they were fine for me, not scary at all. In total we spent about an hour on the tour, including the walk back up which took about 15 minutes.

A memorable evening. Super comfortable seating around tables on the upper deck with great views. (The upper deck does give slightly better views so it’s worth getting a table there if you can - first come, first served). The promise of simple “snacks” definitely do justice to what we got: really well presented, generous and varied they made a great start to the cruise. Generous drinks (we recommend the G&Ts!) Just the right amount of commentary/explanation from the captain - in person, not over a loud speaker. A fascinating route which gave glimpses of the rapids above the Falls as well as varied shoreline scenery. Breathtaking sunset. We glimpsed hippos and crocodiles, and whenever they were visible the boat got as close as it could. Don’t expect a river safari though; the experience is all about ambiance, scenery and sunset. We loved it!

Ziplining with nacho and Sebastian. They were fun, they were responsible and they knew how to make us have the best time ever! Riley took the best videos and photos. Definitely buy them at the end.

Spent several days in Vic Falls doing trips with Wild Horizons (Flying Fox, Falls Tour, and Zambezi rafting). Cannot say enough good things about this world-class company. Everywhere we encountered the staff – checking in, doing the activities, guides that accompanied us) the service was helpful, friendly, informative, and highly professional. Having been a guide myself, I recognized the highly detailed procedures used to ensure everyone was utmost safe and cared for, and the equipment is all in excellent condition and carefully maintained. In particular, the day trip on the Zambezi was incredible. The Trip Lead, Sugar, and his crew of highly skilled boatmen (rafts and kayaks) are the utmost professionals. Everyone involved made sure all guests felt safe and happy while also having a blast on some of the best whitewater in the world. The team are trained paramedics in many cases and take safety extremely seriously, not something I have always observed when rafting around the world. I only wish I could come right back and do a multi-day trip, but maybe next year!

Omw!! This experience topped off my Victoria Falls tour. Wow!! From the driver guide who did the transfers to and from the boat, to the staff on the boat, to the food, and of course, the magical sunset. Words cannot describe how lovely this was!! Kudo's to the team!!

Wild Horizons disappointed us the day before by not picking us up. However the next day, they made up for it by rescheduling our cruise and a complimentary dinner. We were impressed by their team helping us out. A poor experience was exceeded by making up to us.

Our tour guides, Dingy and Nacho, were a great team on the zip lines! Our family (kids aged 10 and 12) had a very fun time zipping across 9 different lines over the river. We all had a safe and fun adventure. Enjoyed a drink at the cafe following our excursion, where we watched others swinging and bungee jumping.

Whitewater rafting the Zambezi River is amazing!!! Getting there is a huge trip down the side of a mountain. Very small walkways, very steep slopes, and I broke 2 toes with a slip & fall. After rafting you have to hike back up. It is extremely difficult for the average person, I'm over 50. It took over 2-3 hours to hike very slim trails, very steep incline. The handmade ladders to climb are rickety at best. I would not do it again. Once in a lifetime experience but no way again. Be advised, difficult.

Dad and two teen daughters, what an amazing ride! Guides were knowledgeable and we felt very safe with them. They also had great senses of humor. Our guide, Bruce, took a little extra care of one of our daughters, who was a bit more nervous. The hike down and back up from the gorge, was tough but manageable, and the food when we got to the top was delicious! The ride itself was exhilarating! definitely a must do, to check off the bucket list!

Such an amazing dinner cruise. Usually you either get good wildlife viewing OR a good dinner. We got both! Plus we had an amazing captain and wait staff. Special call out to Ratie—thank you for making our cruise so memorable!!

We loved our day on the Zambezi River! The BBQ lunch afterward was simply delicious. Be aware that the hikes down and up were challenging.....start training on a stair climber now! Our only criticism was of the long and very bumpy drive back to our hotel. We were driving for more than an hour which felt even longer after our hiking and white water rafting. Suggestion: Your shoes will get very wet and muddy. Consider bringing an older pair that you can wear and then leave with the locals who help carry the boats and equipment.

Depart in daylight, return in darkness. Cruise was not overcrowded and was very comfortable. Service was excellent and although the staff were busy, a smile or two (as we experienced almost everywhere else) wouldn't go astray. Food quality was superb and there was plenty to drink. You do not go anywhere near the Falls but can see the spray on the distance. Basically it's a cruise up and down a portion of the river, and you will see some hippos and crocodiles for sure. Worth doing at the end of the day.

This was a fun way to see Victoria Falls highlights, including a quick ride on the bridge to watch the bungee jumpers and the Big Tree. We had already done the Victoria Falls walking tour, so our guide took us to some other viewpoints and places. There was only one moderate hill, but for the most part it was flat and not a difficult ride. Out 17-year old son said it was one of his favorite parts of our Zimbabwe stay (along with the zip line).
