We had fun with Webster in his 12 days tour starting from Victoria Falls, Chobe National Park and others most important Park in Zimbabwe, as well as ancient monument and ruins of the civilization of peoples who lived in that area before the European colonization. Webster is an expert guide and a prudent driver, he always takes care of his guests and knows where bring you to find out the big five, for example with the help of three rangers armed we have seen a family of three white Rhino graze peacefully in the bush. Excellent the choice of the hotels and lodges all with pole in particular at Hwange N.P (where in the night elephants, baboons end gazelles walk free in the back yard of the lodge) or the Lodge of Ancient City at Great Zimbabwe where the architecture of the lodge is the same of the ancient monuments. The tour ended at Hare where we sow the crowed and large market.

Excellent communication from booking (on safaribookings.com) through payment to the actual safari. Would definitely recommend if you want an authentic camping safari & don't mind up to 11 hours at a time in the vehicle. Open air Landcruiser vehicle allowed easy and unobstructed game viewing up close. Our driver/guide (Jack/Mabuta) was excellent at tracking animals so we got to see the big 5 as well as rarer species such as the wild dogs and the leopard. He also was determined to get us to see the animals or birds we wanted to see. Spacious, clean tents that were well setup. Excellent food. Game viewing up close so plenty of photo opportunities.

I used DK Tours for all my Excursions in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana while staying in Zimbabwe. The excursions included the below which I did in 4 days. All I had to do is tell Owen what I wanted to do and he arranged the transfers and excursions for me. He was more than willing to also communicate with me through WhatsApp to answer all my questions. He was very interactive. All my excursions went as planned and I fully enjoyed everything. 1. Zipline at falls 2. Morning Tram 3. Devils pool with lunch 4. Four course dinner cruise 5. Helicopter flight over the falls 12-13min The price quoted by DK Tours were also very reasonable, I'm an auditor so really did my homework on pricing. DK Tours were Top 3 in pricing out of 9 Quotes and by far the best reviews out of the three. To get to Zambia from Zimbabwe you need to cross a bridge which I really wanted to walk on for some photo opportunities instead of driving over it. This was however not part of my tour but Owen was so accommodating by taking a walk with me for free to ensure im taken care off, he even carried my bag to enable me to easily take my photos. The Zambian guide arranged by DK tours was also very friendly and professional. He offered to also carry my backpack during the Victoria Falls Tour so I can easily take photos. I had a whole minivan for myself the whole day. The Angels pool was also amazing. We saw some giraffes passing by the Royal Livingstone Hotel and the guide even turned around so we can drive in and see them up close, he definately put in some extra effort to make this a good trip for me. I was escourted on all my excursions with a minivan which was quite comfortable. Webster from DK Tours were my Tour guide on the Zimbabwe side of the Victoria Falls. He was professional, and has a lot of knowledge about the Victoria Falls. Webster was also very helpful by taking many of my photos at the falls, being a single traveler this was of great help. Enoch drove me to some of my excursings, he was very friendly and a real pleasure to meet. It was a LONG day but worth it. I was surprised that we were handed off to different tour operators throughout the day. It sounds like DK Tours does a great job matching up the tour date you want with the people who are available to lead it, and I was really happy to be supporting different (very) small businesses, rather than one big fancy tour operator. I just wish it had been a little more clear up front. Our guides gave us clear instructions to walk through the Zimbabwe-Botswana border, so that experience was incredibly efficient and low stress. We happened to be on the game drive solo and saw tons of big animals at Chobe (including, in a stroke of luck, a leopard!) and many charismatic birds (lilac-breasted roller, kori bustard, and water thick-knee). There were other people on the boat tour, which was really nice--we met people from all over the world. Seeing elephants, crocodiles and hippos close by from the water was really special. I took off one star for the unexpected 1-hr gap after lunchtime, where everyone else went on their boat tour and we were left waiting for ours. We'd eaten, and there was no where to go, so we just had to sit at a (VERY nice) conference center waiting for our pick-up. I'm guessing we just got unlucky with the available timing, but I wish I'd had a heads up.

The best experience of our life. Webster is an excellent tour guide and we had the best service in both Zimbabwe and Bostwana. Blessing, our guide in Hwuange park was always on time and willing to help us to find lions. Very knowledgeable and knew everything about the safari. Also, we had Nkele, our guide in Chobe park and he was punctual and very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the trip and I will recommend this company.

Amazing trip. Awesome accommodations: both places are exceded my expectations, food was great. Service is outstanding. Our game drivers are knowledgeable and great. We saw a lot of animals. The organizer of our trip answered to my questions promptly and made the booking process smoothly, staying easy, all paperwork, shopping, crossing borders for additional activities and etc. My family and I felt very safe and comfortable there. Everything was great.

We recently did a safari tour package and it was wonderful. After being picked up at Victoria Falls airport, we were driven directly to Hwange National Park where we spent 3 nights at the Hwange Safari Lodge. Comfortable accommodation, good food and excellent game drives left us well satisfied. It's a beautiful national park and a bonus was the lodge has a waterhole, where there is a constant procession of wildlife throughout the day. Returning to Victoria Falls, we had a guided walking tour, an excellent way to see and learn about the Falls. The Falls themselves were just about in full flow and that is an awesome experience, to feel, hear and see the amount of water that goes over the falls. The day was topped off with a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River and a stunning sunset. A day trip to Chobe National Park was next and if you ever get to Victoria Falls, you must do this trip. The morning was spent on the Chobe River, getting up close with elephants as they drank, ate, swam and played in the river. It is an amazing experience to get so close to these wonderful creatures in their natural environment. A game drive in the afternoon follows after lunch and it is another wonderful experience, the river scenery is just stunning. We organised an extra day and took advantage of the free time to do the helicopter flight over the falls, probably the best way to put the whole scene into perspective. Everything was beautifully organised and ran exactly as hoped for. The accommodation was good, the food excellent and the service provided from pick up at the airport, to the return to the airport was all that you could hope for. If we ever get the chance to return to Zimbabwe, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We did the 2 Day Chobe Park Safari tour and everything has exceeded our expectations. Our Botswana guide was fantastic. We got to see all the animals we were hoping to see and this thanks to the guide who went above and beyond for many hours, in the afternoon and in the early morning, to help us find them. Also the river safari was interesting. We chose the overnight stay in the lodge and it was a good accomodation. DK Safari has been a good choice. Recommended.
