This is my first time writing a review since the trip was extraordinary!!! We just returned from an incredible 7-day safari in Serengeti, followed by a relaxing 4-day getaway in Zanzibar, all expertly planned by Safari Infinity!!! Augustine has provided extensive information and options to customize our itinerary, ensuring every detail was perfectly arranged—from transportation to accommodations and meals, all the hotels, camps and resorts are stunning!! Apart from these arrangements, we were super lucky to have our safari guide, Claud, he was gentle, skilled at driving, and took excellent care of us and the animals. His vast knowledge, friendly demeanor, and ability to find the perfect photo spots and different animals made our safari experience unforgettable. Claud exceeded all our needs and expectations!!! We went on a 9-day safari with Safari Infinity in June 2024. They helped us with all the planning and answered all our questions. We mainly communicated with emails and their replies were quick (less than 24 hours every time). They also gave us some good recommendations for our vacation in Zanzibar after the Safari! We were so grateful to have Nixon with us. Nixon is a truly amazing and fun guide, who basically knows everything about animals’ habitat, landscape, and culture of Tanzania. Most importantly, he is not like other guides that only bring you to animal sightings surrounded by many vehicles, he tries his best to give you some private sighting experience by observing animals’ behaviour. We didn’t need to worry a bit during the whole trip, we were well-fed every day and were so happy with all our encounters. Don't hesitate to book your safari with Safari Infinity, you definitely won't regret it!

This was the most amazing experience of my life! Nixon and Lord were vastly knowledgeable and experienced guides. These wonderful men became family.

First of all, I would like to give a big shout out to Lisa. She was knowledgeable, informative, and responsive at all times during the pre-booking period, in fact, it felt like having correspondence with a friend throughout the process. I will not go into all the details of the tented /lodges we visited as they were all of outstanding quality and service, but I would like to mention Karinu lions paw camp as a particular favourite of my families. Of course the guide is a key part of the journey and we had the pleasure of the service of Nixon. His knowledge, information and unbelievable keen eye ( sharper than binoculars!) was spot on. His respect for wildlife and nature was unparalleled (unlike many other tour company drivers who cut across bush and sometimes gave animals with young no space simply for a close up photo for their travellers). I wont name the companies but many were main stream. But safari infinity were exceptional during the booking process, comfortable vehicles with beer and wines provided, knowledgeable guides and tailored plans. Thank you so much for the memories!

Augustine is an incredible Safari Consultant. He answered every single question I had with great detail leaving no room for confusion. He guided us every step of the way when providing recommendations and helping us book our entire trip. Our driver, Peter was also incredibly knowledgeable. He was very considerate, fun, and enjoyable to have as our Safari guide. He went above and beyond our expectations. I cannot recommend Safari Infinity enough. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. We just did an 11 day safari in Tanzania that was truly exceptional thanks to the planning, and patience, of Lisa and our amazing guide, Tumaini. We rescheduled this trip multiple times due to covid, and yet Lisa expertly re-planned each time to suit our schedule, with meticulous attention to every detail. Everything about this trip was truly fantastic-the itinerary, the lodges, the food, the guide(s), the activities, the wildlife sightings. When we had a hitch in our return flight, Lisa and Tuma were there to expertly support us and make sure that we got home smoothly...Truly an unforgettable experience.

Our experience with Safari Infinity was 5 star from start to finish. Augustine put together a 2-week honeymoon itinerary that was executed perfectly and he was always available to answer our questions leading up to the trip. All of the lodges we booked were unique and impressive in their own ways but none other than Nyumbani Collection in the Central Serengeti, definitely a must stay camp with an incredible staff. Our guide, Nixon was a joy to spend the week with. He was incredibly knowledgeable and it seemed like he always had us in the right place at the right time. We saw all Big 5 during one of the days in the Serengeti and were able to witness multiple exhilarating animal hunts. This truly was the trip of a lifetime all made possible by Safari Infinity and we hope to be back one in the future with family.

My husband, brother and I experienced an 8 day safari with Safari Infinity. The experience was outstanding. Lucia made organizing and scheduling the trip very easy. She was patient and understanding with all of my emails and questions. The accommodations were outstanding, boxed lunches everyday while in safari, wonderful meals at camps and outstanding service. Our guide, Monah, was the best. Very knowledgeable and patient. He knew where to find the animals and never disappointed. We observed animal behaviors in places where we were the only people around for many miles. The trip exceeded our expectations! We plan to use safari infinity for another safari experience in the near future. Thank you Safari Infinity for giving us the experience of a lifetime!

I can really only echo what others here have already shared. Starting with Augustin and the planning phase, everything with this company was perfect. They are definitely offering you an upscale safari option, but we appreciated every aspect of it. We had to postpone our trip from Jan. 22 to June 22 due to Covid and feel like it was just meant to be. Thank you to Augustin for the five million emails back and for the to ensure it was the perfect fit for us. Thomson was our guide and I cannot imagine a better one for our personalities and interests. He knows everything about every animal and how to find them. He was so patient, which allowed us to see animal behavior that we might have otherwise missed had we just been trying to collect as many photos as possible. He honestly made the trip for us. We are already missing our daily coffee with him and the animals! We hope to go back with our kids someday and would definitely use them again.

There are no words to describe our experience with Safari Infinity for our honeymoon. The Serengeti stole our hearts and will be forever etched in our memories. Mona helped make our honeymoon so special and he quickly became family to us. We will always remember this incredible week we shared with you Mona and cannot wait to see you again. Our favorite stay during our two weeks in Serengeti was hands down Nyumbani. Moses, Walter and Monengoy (our Massai Warrior) were amazing. We shared special times with all of you and consider you friends for life. There were too many special moments, amazing sights and precious memories to share in a one page review. Just trust me when I say, it was a once in a lifetime experience that would not have been possible without Safari Infinity and their incredible team of wonderful humans. We have extended our family now to the far reaches of Tanzania and we never forget this amazing week we shared with you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Safari Infinity planned out a 9 day Safari with 4 nights ending in Zanzibar for us. We had a wonderful time and each of the hotels/tent camps that we stayed at was amazing with exceptional service. I highly recommend Safari Infinity and our guide Mona was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job finding the animals and educating us. He was also an excellent driver and that matters when there is rain and rough roads. If you can, a personalized private Safari is the way to go plus there is no limit on mileage.

Everything about this company was amazing. We had a great 10 day safari and everything was coordinated seamlessly. Our safari guide, Tuma, was fantastic and had a wonderful knowledge or everything we did. This was a once in a lifetime experience that was beyond what we envisioned. Only problem was that our trip had to end.

Where do I begin? I started planning for our very first Safari (and trip to Africa) about a year and a half ago. Truth be told, I was a little lost on how to organize this trip. I am a planner, I find a lot of joy in the planning aspects of our vacations and historically I have done everything myself. After about 2 months of me trying to plan I knew I would need some help. I turned to TripAdvisor to see what sort of companies were out there. I had seen all kinds online from super high-end luxury operators down to what I would call sketchy simply due to lack of info. I landed on a handful of operators that I would reach out to that seemed reputable, seemed to align to a mid-range tour, and that had some flexibility built in. I think all in all I reached out to about 5 different operators, most of which I believe were based out of Tanzania. I think it's important to set the stage here a little bit. This was our first trip to Africa and safari, maybe our only trip. I really didn't want your typical package tour where we followed a group around, saw the highlights and retreated back to some Disney-esque resort. I wanted this to be a personal trip, where we had control over what to see and do, where we got to know our tour guide, where we felt like we actually were part of the experience rather than simply viewing it from a truck. As I mentioned, I had reached out to about 5 companies. In my email, I asked a several questions, being our first time in Africa and on safari I had a TON of questions but I started high level, I figured we'd get the rest answered as we went through the process. Three got back to me with canned responses, I'm sure just some response template. I immediately crossed them off since I could tell they weren't going to fit what we were looking for based on that alone. One got back that seemed pretty decent but after another discussion realized they were on the high end and would be out of our budget. Safari Infinity reached out and from the start it couldn't have been a better experience. I mark this as the start of our Safari journey, about a year ago, and I was working with Augustine Lee who is their sales coordinator. I can't overstate this enough but he was a pure delight to work with. He took time to thoughtfully answer my million and one questions. He would send me options, ideas, pictures... he was nothing short of incredible. At one point we were several months into the planning and I realized, I haven't even paid any sort of deposit, he was basically acting as my personal tour consultant for free. I had already decided that I was going to work with this company based on his efforts alone. So after several months, entirely due to my own planning neuroticness, we finally landed on an itinerary. 12 days in Tanzania at the end of October for a family of 4. It would be our own personal tour, our own car, a trip entirely built around what we wanted to see and do at a pace that fit our needs. So I can't say enough about the planning support that Safari Infinity gave us, we wouldn't have been able to do this trip without it. Augustine was simply incredible. So, we booked the trip and had to wait a few more (long) months until we finally departed. Fast forward to October, we arrive in Kilimanjaro airport at about 10pm, when we got through customs, we had a driver, Jon, who was waiting for us. Jon wouldn't be our permanent driver as we soon found out. He was just taking us to our first destination and our permanent driver would take us from there. But Jon was great. He had all of our names and a little welcome package (tee-shirt and Masai wrap) along with some cold drinks ready for us. Along the way he gave us little insight into the country, culture etc. and was generally very helpful. Two days later our remaining guide came to pick us up. His name was Tom. So we started our trip as you would expect, exchanging some background on each other, discussing some small talk type things and driving. Over the course of the next 10 days or so Tom became more and more a part of our family. Tom was a former park ranger who used to protect the parks from poachers. His schooling was in wildlife management and as a result, he knew both the parks and the animals inside and out. He could spot a hyrax or dik dik from a mile away. And as such, he was a wealth of knowledge, we'd have conversations on migration patterns, mating habits, coloring, sounds, terrain, you name it. When we weren't talking about the safari, we'd talk about the country, the people, his background growing up, his family, and so on. He was as knowledgeable as he was friendly. At night we would often see other groups back at camp, eating their dinners in their group. We were the only ones that had our guide with us. We would ask Tom to each with us to continue talking about the day we had, share more stories of our backgrounds and just have a great time. When it came time to finally leave, and leave Tom, we were all saddened. He truly had become part of our family and an integral part of the fabric of our experience on Safari. He got us back to the airport, we said our good byes, and closed out our trip. Last thing I'll say is with regards to the vehicle since that was the other key function Safari Infinity provided. It came well equipped with power, binoculars for all 4 of us, a daily stocked cooler with drinks and plenty of room with the pop top for added viewing. It's your typical safari vehicle. We did have car troubles once but Tom took care of it at a local mechanic while we were off at lunch one day and we didn't even experience any downtime as a result. I can't say enough about Safari Infinity. The support they provided during our planning was above and beyond what I would expect from any tour operator, simply amazing. And our guides, Jon, and without question Tom, really made the trip special. I can't say enough about how amazing Tom was. The overall trip and our experience was way beyond our expectations, it went smoother than I could have ever imagined and Safari Infinity played a large role in that. Thank you to the whole team, but especially Augustine, and Tom. If you are reading this, you guys were incredible and my family hasn't stopped talking about the trip and you guys since we got back.
