We returned to Tanzania to another great experience as advised by the owner of the company Mr. Manase. We took a longer trip this time to have more time for exploration without rushing through the parks because there is so much to see. Our driver David is the ultimate guiding companion, he set new standards on how guests should treated with excellence. He was knowledgeable about all the animals we encountered, including the birdlife of Tanzania. He drove responsibly respecting all the park rules and very passionate about conservation. We are very happy that the accommodations arranged were awesome. Actually better than we expected. Premium Safaris Africa is the home to perfect safari experience, I highly recommend them.

We booked our Zanzibar Holiday with this company, and everything was well organized from the pickup, accommodation, and Excursion, The blue safari was amazing! The staff was very friendly, delicious food, and unbelievable snorkeling!!! The whole experience was really fulfilling, we hope we will do it again!

We used Premium Safaris Africa for transportation from the airport and a tour of Stone Town, Blue Safari, and Spice tour. They were waiting at the airport sign with names in bold so you couldn’t miss them. An hour’s ride to the RIU palace, they had cold water, clothes, and candy, it was extremely warm so this was very refreshing and the van had WiFi. A great guide for our tour, very knowledgeable and polite. Service, service... they were Great Manase was our contact at the resort but he was wonderful

Fantastic and amazing safari trip with PREMIUM SAFARIS AFRICA Thank you Manase for arranging such wonderful trips. We have a wonderful time with all our two destinations: Kilimanjaro & Safari. At first we went to the summit of the Kilimanjaro (MACHAME ROUTE). It was a great experience. We have an excellent guide: BAKARI. And also the other crew have done a fantastic job for example the cook: the meals are so good (pancakes in the morning - i love it). Now the Safari: ARUSHA Nationalpark, Lake Manyara, Lake Natron, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Duluti See. We saw an incredible amount of animals and stayed in great and exclusive hotels. Our guides took excellent care of us and it was a lot of fun to be on the road with them. Right at the beginning Freddy told us that we will be like a family for the next days and we should not hesitate to ask questions and make requests. We saw the great Migration of the wildebeast and zebras. It was so great. Thank you very much for that! It was so a great time and I will come back!

During the days we saw and experienced a lot, we were mostly alone with the jeep in the countryside and not in convoys and could always arrange our program very individually. Arrived in the evening at the hotel, we could also clarify questions and requests for the next day at any time via Whatsapp. We had a really great and individual tour and could enjoy carefree this unique experience! We Booked our Flight Safaris from Zanzibar to Selous Game Reserve with Premium Safaris, this was a perfect selection. Everything was well arranged from day 1 to the last day before we extended our trip to Mikumi National Park, Manase the owner of the company is very well experienced when it comes to arranging and organizing trips he gave us lots of Ideas and options just to fit our budget since we wanted to explore the beauty of Tanzania. We chose Shika Tanzania Safaris mostly because they were quick to respond to all of our queries, seemed professional, their price was good. Menase is wonderful and honest person. They were very attentive to our needs and I have nothing good to say about them. Manase, the owner of Shika Tanzania Safaris, is another wonderful person I got to know. Throughout the planning period he was always responsive and gave excellent advice. The price of the 8 day Lemosho Route for 6pax was good. Kilimanjaro hike was quite hard but very rewarding. Make sure you book a eight days trip instead of seven days because that one extra day makes a huge difference. Believe me on this one because we wouldn't have made to the top if we hadn't that one extra day. Go with Shika Tanzania Safaris and make sure you ask for Menase and his crews because we were treated like king and queen. They did a fantastic job in supporting us along the way. Seregenti, Tarangire and Ngorongoro parks were magical. Along the way, you will see lots of Masai people standing along the road to greet you for money. It's an interesting experience. We saw all Big 5 and a lot more including zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, hyena, hippos, and ugly warthogs. Overall, we enjoyed our trips very much all due to an excellent job done by Shika Tanzania Safaris.

We had an awesome experience on our ten day safari in Tanzania. Manase met us at the airport, took us to our hotel and he and Freddy made sure we had the trip of a lifetime. We stayed in beautiful tented camps and luxurious lodges at each game park. Freddy excelled at finding all the wildlife on our list on our game drives. They more than met our expectations and I would highly recommend them.

Thanks to this great team from Shika Tanzania Safari, we booked our Safari within a very short period of time and Manase was very super first to answer all of our questions, first we have done a shop around to compare the price and we got very cheap price from so many small operators, we ask Manase why was he charging higher than other companies? He said cheap is expensive and for sure it was. The price was okay and the service worth the price. Everything was well planned, we had a very nice 4x4 land cruiser brand new, our driver guide David was well excellent. He knew a lot of Animals and the nature as well, the accommodation was perfect as well, the amazing thing was that Manase use to call us every evening to see how we are doing. We highly recommend this guys, if you are looking for a reliable company then Shika Tanzania Safari is the best.

I booked a safari with Levi from shika through viator. He proceeded to cancel to the tour and asked me to book directly through himself. 2 weeks from the trip he cancelled the safari claiming that the price he had charged us would not be financially viable for his company. Over the last few months he has made many excuses regarding why a refund has not been provided and eventually not replying to any messages/emails. Do not book with these guys, there are many other tour groups for safari.

We booked our safari by meeting rasta Carlos in front of backpackers hostel Arusha. They made a great price and good service (see review Big 5 for safari review). Best thing was meeting rasta Carlos. He took us around town to nice and cheap diner places and bars and an ATM without commission. Later we also did a 4 day trip to Lushoto and walking with him. Probably the highlight of our trip. BEST CHOICE FOR SAFARI IN TANZANIA I recently went on a safari with Shika Tours and Safaris in the Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. Right from the start, it was a very well organized, professional and friendly service. Like other people, I had researched companies on trip advisor and through friends; however Shika Tours was the most responsive by far. My guide was knowledgeable about many animals we saw and made a real effort to seek out animals we had not yet seen and at a close range, where possible. The vehicle was always clean and well maintained, making it overall a very comfortable and rewarding experience.
