We had a safari in Tanzania booked with this company and the experience was just fantastic.
Organisation and logistic absolutely fine, Ismail our guide has been just adorable and top professional: we saw all the big five more than once, and some experiences were incredible, like a cheetah and her three cubs at less than two meters.
Hotels and accommodations has been outstanding, especially the tented camp.
We saw Tarangire (highly recommended) Serengeti (not to be missed) and Ngorongoro (incredible). We will be back for the other Tanzanian parks.

Our guide Maulid was great and we felt his respect / love for nature. It wasn't the "Mass-Tourism"-way and was really personal.
The lodges and tents in the middle of nowhere were very special and the people workking there so nice. Food in the evening was a highlight as well.
There are just some minor rooms for improvements (e.g. variety in the lunch box)

The organisation has been easy and smooth since the beginning! Floriana has been always available for the minimum detail, at whatever hour and day. Isaac has been an amazing guide, ready to show us everything that happened in the safari! From the « love dance » of the ostrich to newborn lions and gazelle, to the “big five” at few inches of our vehicles. What I loved the most was the respect of the animals and their nature. Never too invasive and always quite close to them. Karibu Savannah Explorers !

The sales agent Micky provided us with a tailored and professional itinerary just the next day. It all came even online including a map and very helpful information about the whole program.
Micky was very helpful with all our questions we had.
Finally, we Arrived in the hotel in Arusha, our guide and driver Aby contacted us and briefed us about the upcoming days.
The accomondations in lodges and tented camps were always upper class with friendly personnel, supplies and excellent food.
We saw a lot more wildlife on our Safari than we expected. What an experience!
Aby is a very professional and knowledgable guide, a very safe and comfortable driver and also a very nice guy.

Maulidi is the best tourguide in this hole world. We get so many informations and his knowledge is amazing! We had so many nice safari trips and the imigration in different villages are so nice so friendly. He makes this place to a good place and i will never forget this time here.
Also the lodge and the stuff there was excellent. So friendly and helpfully. They have always a beautiful smile and are here 7/24 for the guests. They do their best for our comfortable. Never forget this nice people.

Watching the animals up close and the information provided by our guide Thomas. Thomas was very friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to cater to our needs. When I told him I was tired of eating cold lunches, he quickly arranged with the Serena lodges and we had lunch at the sister hotel on our way back to Arusha.

Excellent service. Our guide, Modi knows everything about the ecosystem of the Serengeti.
He was completely attentive to our needs and made sure we had the best experience.
We got to have so many spectacular encounters with that animals.
