About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- stevesX7298BD0 contributionsAmazing Safari.Everything was prepared and the program was meticulously thought out, making it the most amazing experience. Nearly all of the species we had anticipated were present, and our guide Patrick was well-versed in their locations. He reminded me of an animal.Written October 8, 2024

I'm incredibly grateful that Safaris Partners provided us with this chance to have such a wonderful experience. In addition to the amazing sights, the guides are like family. - 575bts0 contributionsI heartily endorse this safari adventure! Safaris Partners. We went on a longer tour. We planned to visit the Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire Park, Arusha National Park, and the Serengeti. Jimmy, our wonderful guide, was very knowledgeable and gave us detailed information about each site. It was incredible to see all five of the Big Five. I heartily endorse this safari adventure! - ParadiseFoundExpat0 contributionsDo not use Safari Partner and especially booking agent Edward!Safari Partners is a third party booking agent. This means they will find other Company that will take booking. NO STANDARD and Less Service! Our booking agent was Edward which was impossible to contact when we had a problem and did not do a proper job with booking causing a lot of stress on our Safari. The 1) Safari vehicle used was not up to Healthy standards. After spending 12 hours traveling to and from Serengeti National Park, the vehicle was plagued by Dust and Dirt due to faulty windows, doors and no air conditioning which could help filter the air. This resulted in an unhealthy air quality inside the vehicle, especially for senior citizens. 2) Moreover, communication with Edward became inadequate after he received payment for the Safari. He also 3) failed to book the correct number of rooms for the duration of our Safari, leaving one night unbooked. Edward also 4) misbooked our flight to Zanzibar causing us to spend night in Dar es Salaam in a very very cheap and dirty Hotel. After we paid for Zanzibar Hotel and missing the first night in Tembo Hotel Zanzibar. Edward also 5) promised a city tour of Arusha though the driver showed up an 75 minutes late allowing no time for City Excursion. Edward should know his contract helper. Edward did not take responsible to his clients! 6) Safari Vehicle had many problems: windows and doors will not shut properly leaking in dust and dirt, loud noise after starting engine, seat belt and safety bar did not work properly, and finally Vehicle Broke Down. In my life experiences, words are Cheap and often used by individuals with Questionable motives to shift blame. Edward did not offer any refund, just a bunch of red excuses and misleading statements blaming others. My recommendation is to find another company to plan your Safari! Don't use Edward.Written July 3, 2024
- 582julianes0 contributionsMegaWe really enjoyed the day in Mikumi National Park. A highlight was meeting a lion as the first animal early in the morning, before we even got to the park. We also had a lot of fun watching elephants, giraffes 🦒, zebras 🦓 and hippos. We were able to see a crocodile 🐊 up close outside the water. We also had a lot of fun with our guide Jimmy and he explained a lot to us about the national park, nature and all the animals. The food was also delicious and we like the beer.Written June 20, 2024
- jkf5430 contributionsMemorable trip with friendsWent on a road trip to Mikumi, spent one whole day in Mikumi NP, with a night tour and a day hiking Udzungwa mountains to the water falls. It was a really lovely trip with friends, staying at Camp Bastian and our guide was Patrick. Patrick went above and beyond to help out and went an extra mile to provide a really great trip experience. The hike was quite a challenge but very enjoyable to finish it, and great to see the monkeys and chameleons that we saw. The game drive and night drives in Mikumi were great. A trip I will not forget!Written May 14, 2024
- stanislavt4550 contributionsgreat tripMr. Edward from the travel agency promptly offered us a trip to the city of Bagamoyo. The historic city together with the perfect guide Michael met our expectations. A great lunch and a detailed explanation about the history of the city was really of a high standard. We recommend visitors to Tanzania not to miss this opportunity.Written March 25, 2024

The owner of the travel agency Mr. Edward offered us a varied program and the experienced guide Jimmy showed us and described everything that was needed. - stanislavt4550 contributionsexcellent tripMy friends and I went on safari in Mikumi National Park. It started with flawless communication with Mr. Edward about 2 months before the trip, everything went smoothly, agreement, price, payment and the trip itself. We had experienced drivers (Patrick and Jimmy), they were able to show us everything the park had to offer. The accommodation and food right in the park were also great. We really recommend it to anyone interested.Written March 25, 2024

- S_Corban0 contributionsAmazing bespoke tour!We had a great time with Safari Partners. Edward was quick to respond to my queries and put together exactly what I asked for. Hamis picked us up in Arusha and was our driver through to Mikumi and then from Morogoro to Dar es Salaam. He is a very good driver and we appreciated his skills. Patrick is an experienced guide and we saw lions several times very close to the vehicle as well as elephants and other animals. We also appreciated his knowledge of the birds. Patrick drove us back to Morogoro and there was a wonderful surprise at the office arranged by Edward of a birthday cake and non-alcoholic bubbles to celebrate a special birthday as Patrick had told him it was my birthday. It was a wonderful highlight on top of an awesome day. More than all this though, we so appreciated Edward organising for us to stay at accommodation in a small town which was only possible because the person had used Edward’s services himself. Thanks so much Edward, Hamis and Patrick.Written June 4, 2023

We've learned a lot about the environment and plants and trees. The waterfall was very nice. We had a bath there and no people around. All around a lovely dayWritten February 25, 2023

Suwandu Camp, Selous National Park, what an amazing experience! Superb location for your accommodation in a modern equipped tent in the bush with every possible luxury. The staff are excellent, tending to your every need and sheer attention to detail and welcome made our four nights very memorable. Excellent three course meals prepared by very accomplished chefs with international cuisine. Dream experiences with boat, walking and jeep safaris with special sunset drinks and breakfasts by the hippo pools. Truly a place worth a visit.

We were on tour with Santiago in Mai and it was just perfect: Very well organized, Santiago could answer any question about culture, fauna or flora, Santiago is a very good and safe driver, he new exactly which moments could be a challenge for us Europeans and we always could adapt our route according to weather or wishes though already being on the road. We can even recommend going to Tanzania in rainy season, even though we didn't see as many animals as we probably would have during main season - but we didn't have to share the lions with 20 other tourists.
