I used the services of Pure Morocco for airport-hotel transfers in Casablanca as well as a full day excursion to Chefchouan. We were a group of 4 adults. The drivers were excellent. They were friendly, spoke excellent English and always on time, in fact, usually early. I especially appreciated the prompt communication with Zakaria. He always replied to my emails and texts immediately. I have owned a tour company for 30 years and highly recommend using Pure Morocco.

Great company to deal with. Everything from hotels to guides in the different cities was very well organized. Larbi our driver was professional and on time. He had good suggestions for restaurants. We had a fantastic experience with Pure Morocco. We booked a seven-day tour, visiting the cities of Marrakesh, Rabat, Fez, Meknes, Chefchaouen, Tangier, and Casablanca, with a stop at the ruins of Volubilis. Before our trip, we had a thorough discussion with Mehdi, who went over the itinerary with us. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our driver, Nourdine, and Fatima at the Marrakesh airport. Nourdine was a skilled driver and an excellent company throughout the seven days. He made every effort to ensure we saw what we wanted and even suggested authentic Moroccan dining options. Additionally, we had tour guides in each city we visited who were knowledgeable about the history and sites. While all of the tour guides were great, Youssef, our guide in Casablanca, was particularly outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed his company as we toured the mosque and medina in Casablanca. I highly recommend Pure Morocco for first-time travellers to the country. We felt safe and well taken care of and could do almost everything we had planned. We only realised that each city we visited required more time than we had, and in hindsight, a 14-day tour might have been better. It was a wonderful holiday that left all of us eager to return. Good morning We have visited Morocco for 6 nights and 7days family trip. One of my friend Nasr suggested me about Pure Morocco and Mr Zakariya. We have had a tailored trip to Rabat - The Capital city Chefchaouen - The Blue city Fes - The previous Capital Marrakech - The red city Imlil- Village in Atlas mountain and Casablanca It was a dream vacation with beautiful memories. We preferred to stay in Riad - Old traditional palace like homes turned into hotels with great Architecture yet very modern facilities. The interaction with local very friendly and welcoming people was unbelievable. The arrangements done by Pure Morocco was 5 stars. Our Driver Mr Moncef was waiting at the airport and tòk us to our first destination Rabat Riad al Kabeera . The professional tour guides provided who speaks good English was arranged. The car arranged with the driver was very comfortable. We had a great time in all the places. Shopping was fun and local cuisine is very tasty special mention about TAGINE. I would like to thank Mr Zakaria and Ms Fatima for the care and affection. Special Thanks to Mr Moncef our Chauffeur with great sense of humour and good knowledge about local buildings. Pure Morocco had made our Vacation a very memorable and fantastic. Morocco is a must vacation and hope to visit again.

What an amazing experience. Zakaria and his staff (Hussain, our guide; and Larbi our driver) we're incredibly attentive, courteous, and super friendly. We enjoyed this trip immensely, and we plan to return for a much longer experience in Morocco. Zakaria went above and beyond to appease our short visit to Casablanca, which was really arranged around a 19 hour layover from Brussels back to the US. The timing was perfect, and Zakaria was always responsive to our needs prior to arriving in Casablanca. I highly recommend this tour operator and he really does an outstanding job in the details. Excellent 8 day trip to the imperial cities and the Sahara desert with the best driver and guides. Highly recommend for a fantastic experience from start to finish.

9 day morocco tour We took a 9 day tour from memphis travels which uses Pure Morocco torus. We traveled Rabat, chefchaouen, Volubilis, meknes, fez, marakech. We received detailed itinerary of the tour. We were accompanied by the mustaffa (driver) for entirety of trip. He was friendly, punctual, helpful. he became our friend during the tour. All the city guides were english speaking, knowledgeable and flexible. All the hotels and Riad in marakesh were top notch. The restaurants they showed were top notch; we fell in love with moroccan food. We were taken care of minute we landed to the minute took return flight. We felt safe during the entire trip, we took an optional cooking class at marakesh; it was educational and tasty. Only peeve is credit cards are not accepted in many places; So you need to have cash..option 1 is convert US currency at commonly fround exchanges; option 2 access ATM for local currency. The vehicle was ful size van,, AC and comfortable.

We had a great experience with Memphis tours travelling to Morocco this past week. Leyla and Fatima worked patiently with us to customize the 8 day itinerary. Jawad, our driver, always had a smile, drove very safely and expertly throughout the trip. Aziz is one of the best tour-guides we have ever come across in our travels. He was very knowledgeable, gave us a lot of great information, knew his history and society, was great with numbers and dates, and handled our 12 member group with patience and understanding. He went above and beyond to make this memorable for all of us. He even arranged a surprise birthday party in the desert camp for my daughter who turned 18 during this trip, which she will never forget. Both Jawad and Aziz even brought her gifts, which was unexpected and really nice of them. Overall the people in Morocco were very friendly and nice, and it has been a wonderful experience.

We booked this tour through Memphis Travel who uses Pure Morocco Tours and Travel locally. Prior to our trip we received a detailed itinerary for each day of the tour and Islam (Memphis Travel) was great at answering questions. Once we arrived in Morocco, Larbi our driver for the entire trip was extremely professional and attentive. He was timely, informative, flexible and cared about our safety. The selection of sites to visit and days allotted per city was just enough, my only point of suggestion is to have less co-operative stops in the various cities. We visited 3 different carpet stores to hear the same stories about the process and shown suggested carpets to buy.

No detail was too big or small for Pure Morocco. From the moment we arrived on our 10-day trip in Marrakech, Casablanca, and the Blue City, the Pure Morocco team took great care of our group. Would use again.
