- 882biankas0 contributionsA wonderful day packed with activities.I want to start by saying, wow this blew me and my husbands expectations away. This is entire day joined by our wonderful guide Fouzia. Fouzia is kind, extremely knowledgeable, and you can tell she loves what she does. You get so much for the cost, just reserve your space you’re not going to regret it. Our favorite was the wonderful hike through the high Atlas Mountains. It’s a little steep in the very beginning but after that it’s great. We made a stop at this incredible area in the middle of the hike with a waterfall and fresh juices.Written December 2, 2024
- ronans2520 contributionsAmazing and knowledgeable experienceThis was a very rewarding trip with lots of memorable experiences, tea drinking, and immersion in local culture but also okay for first time solo tourist to Morocco and more experienced tourist. Fouzia is a very knowledgeable and friendly guide who will accommodate any of your questions. I would recommend this tour.Written December 2, 2024
- 860sabinez0 contributionsVery interesting insights in the mountain region and Berber culture! The day was amazing! Our tour guide, Fouzia, was very lovely, funny and she told us a lot about the country and the Berber people in the mountains. After some tea and a little dromedary trekking, she went with us to a female community that produces argan oil. Very interesting! She then went with us to her family to have a very tasty, homemade lunch and a hiking tour to a beautiful waterfall! All of that made this tour authentic, cool and also fun! If you are interested in the Berber culture, go there!Written December 2, 2024
- JKG101010 contributionsAwesome Day Trip in Morocco!Yasmin is incredible! Thank you so much! This was definitely the highlight of our trip to Marrakesh and the surrounding areas! Would highly recommend!Written December 2, 2024
- cassandran3860 contributionsSpoiler Alert: Book this tour you will not regret it!Spoiler Alert: Book this tour you will not regret it! The price was almost too good but any apprehension melted away once we were picked up on time by the driver who then went on to pick up Fusia our guide. Turns out the driver was Fusia’s uncle so it is a true family business! Other members the tour were picked up and we noted that the guide was contacting people by mobile to give directions where needed. The care and attention was reassuring - even if it wasn’t directed to us specifically. Fusia had a professional but jovial manner which really made us feel at ease. After a short ride in the air conditioned minibus we were at the site of the camel ride. We got there so quickly we didn’t even have time to drink our water. The animals are actually dromedaries as was explained before we rode. The ride itself was amazing and I would happily do it again. The team of assistants took photographs for those who wanted them and I recommend seizing that opportunity - we are glad we did! The peace and tranquillity on the ride was surreal and the mountain views added to the experience. We were treated to Berber tea and Fusia took the time to explain the customs around that. The tour group consisted of a diverse range of people who all appreciated the explanation. After a longer ride in the minibus we arrived at the argan oil collective. Fusia introduced two of the ladies from the collective who explained the history of argan oil production during the tour. We were treated to a Berber breakfast which, while simple, was quite tasty. We did buy some argan oil products as they were reasonably priced. The views we saw on the hike were breath taking. The photographs cannot do them justice. If you can safely hike make sure you do so. Fusia explained many things along the way and made sure to talk to everyone on the group. The hike concluded with the meal at the Berber household which was Fusia’s family home. I cannot mention what the meal was as that would ruin the surprise. Along the way we stopped for photographs and there was a coffee break but I’ve just mentioned the main parts of the day. The value for money of the tour may have spoiled me for other holidays. I 100% recommend this tour!Written December 2, 2024
- Paul B0 contributionsFab day out.Great guide, spoke perfect English. Fantastic value, everything as stated in the description is accurate. Water supplied, mini breakfast and huge lunch. Altogether a very enjoyable. Thank you Fouzia!Written December 1, 2024
- saoirseb5170 contributionsA tour not to miss!We booked this tour last minute and it was a great decision! The mini bus was comfortable and our tour guide Fouzia was very friendly and informative. The camel ride was definitely a highlight. They were very well behaved and we had some amazing photos taken by one of the men working with the camels. We all sat together for some Moroccan tea afterward which was lovely. The argan oil cooperative was also a great experience. We were given some food and got to see the women making the argan oil. There’s also a good opportunity to buy any of the argan skincare products with lots to choose from. But there is no pressure to buy which is nice. I would say a moderate fitness level is required for the trek but overall it was very doable. I would, however, advise bringing good trainers/hiking boots as the slopes can be slippy. After the trek we had a delicious traditional Berber lunch in a family home in the mountains! This was a great time to get to know the other people in the group. Overall, a lovely experience and very good value!Written December 1, 2024

Great trip, so many interesting stops (camel ride, Berber Argan co-op, Berber market, and walk to waterfalls) and really information, including tips for where to eat that night!! A highlight being the delicious meal at their family’s home for lunch. Nothing was too much trouble. Cannot recommend enough and it made our trip.Written December 1, 2024
- Y5597GSannar0 contributionsAmazing day-trip!!We absolutely loved our day out with Yasmine and her family-run business! It was so rich and full: seeing the Berber villages, riding camels, seeing the argan co-operation with breakfast and a little dance, having the most delicious tagine and couscous, and walking in the lovely mountains to the waterfall! It never felt rushed, but we did so much! Thank you Yasmine for such a memorable day, I’d recommend everyone to book this as a day out of Marrakech - it’s really worth it!!Written November 30, 2024
