- PadSussex0 contributionsAmazing varied day out!My partner and I had the pleasure of going on this trip with the guide Abdelaziz. We both really enjoyed the day and the variety with visiting the argon oil makers, the mountains, the waterfalls, his village, his family home for an amazing lunch and the camel ride at the end of the day. Pick up was smooth and as per the time via WhatsApp communication and the end of the day was in keeping with the schedule. Vehicle was also comfortable. Appreciate the insight into the Berber history and authenticity of the experience. Fully recommend this trip to others for a safe, fun and varied day!Written December 12, 2024

- Paul H0 contributionsOutstanding, sights and sounds in the high Atlas mountains..This is the trip we had been looking forward to, a trip outside the city confines of Marrakesh. It did not disappoint, it’s worth every penny, Ibrahim, our tour guide was excellent, knowledgeable and extremely friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We started out visiting a local Berber market, from fresh produce to beds, all can be bought at ridiculously low prices, it was an eye opener, we were even encouraged to sample the fresh fruit and veg. At no cost. .. Next onto the camel ride. Great fun. Only 15 minutes but well worth it. From there it was onto a Berber village for lunch. Made by Ibrahims mother and sister in law … absolutely outstanding.. tagines of the highest quality. Fantastic set up for the 40 minute walk to the waterfalls, which is at 1400metres above sea level. Not for those with mobility issues! All in all I can not recommend this trip highly enough.. thank you Ibrahim .Written December 30, 2023
- lis090 contributionsAmazing tour and guideThe tour was amazing. Truly one of the highlights of our trip in Marrakesh. The guide is a Berber which only added to the experience. Ibrahim was really knowledgeable and showed us the real story behind everything. He was super helpful and even helped my son experience a quad ride as it was his wish for the trip. The food prepared by his family was delicious and everyone was lovely. I felt sick and his family was really welcoming and we are so thankful for the received hospitality. 100% recommendedWritten December 17, 2023
- Relax7151170 contributionsBest excursion ever.Truly excellent! Best excursion I've been on yet. Great host, very authentic and interesting experiences, like nothing I've had before, and unbelievably awesome value.Written December 16, 2023
- Mpc18770 contributionsBest guide for authentic berber life!!This trip is 1st class, your guide is a genuine berber native, who is knowledgeable and informative, and because he's a genuine berber you experience how the true natives of Morocco live. Berbers inhabited Morocco 400 yrs before the Arabs arrived. The trip to the berber village is his own village and the meal is prepared by his mother. It was the highlight of our visit to Marrakech. Would highly recommend and this is beyond value for money. One small detail, wear suitable walking footwear.......I didn't!!!!Written October 8, 2023
- pranaykrishen0 contributionsAn unforgettable experience with Jamal and Houssain! Our family included a young child and three seniors. We are truly grateful for the care they took to ensure our comfort throughout the day. Jamal picked us up in a comfortable, air-conditioned van. We visited the Tahanout market and Aldayne women's cooperate to experience local cultures. Houssain, a local of Imlil Valley, took us on an hour-long hike to a stunning waterfall. We enjoyed a delicious, home-cooked lunch of Couscous and Tajine. On our way back to Marrakech, we stopped for a camel ride (and incredible photos!). This was our best experience on the trip to Marrakech. We look forward to returning for another tour and hope to meet Jamal and Houssain again. Thank you!Written June 30, 2023

- MeS3110 contributionsBest day in MoroccoOur experience with Ibrahim and his premium Atlas Mountains & Berber Village with camel ride was perfect. The van picked us up at designated time (whatsapp message the evening before). We completed the entire scheduled trip including the Tuesday Berber souk in approximately 10 hours. We were given multiple bottles of water, with toilets at argan oil women’s cooperative, lunch break and camel ride. Our group ranged from approximately 8-70+ years old and all did the hike. It is not a walk or trek but a hike. Wear appropriate shoes, it is approximately 3 miles. The driver and guide were knowledgeable, multilingual (our group had multiple languages), safe and conscientious. The lunch the best food we had in Morocco. The hike was spectacular and this TripAdvisor outing was the highlight of our entire week in Morocco. Do not hesitate to book this one. Thank you for giving us such a great experience.Written October 28, 2022
