- L275LKhassana0 contributionsThe best tour I’ve done in MarrakechIf you are a tourist in Marrakesh, I’m not sure you’ll find a more friendly, kind, intelligent, well-informed, funny and just brilliant guide than Yassine. It was our first visit to Marrakesh and we wanted to explore, see some of the impressive sights - including the traditional souks - without feeling intimidated by salespeople or wandering off anywhere we shouldn’t! Yassine is such a down to earth, professional (highly qualified) guide who literally couldn’t have given us a better tour. He’s so knowledgable and his English is excellent. He also speaks 8 other languages which are his passion. We needed to stop for water at the start but only had 100 MAD notes so he very kindly bought us water. He took us to a great place for lunch after the tour (outside of the 3hrs) and ensured we were well looked-after. This was out of his way and above and beyond what was expected. Overall, I really can’t rate this tour enough - the best tour I’ve spent for a long time - we highly recommend Yassine!Written October 30, 2024
- 591happym0 contributionsOne-of-a-kind Guided Medina TourOur family of four (including two teens) had a fabulous, one-of-a-kind tour with Nour! In the span of just a few hours, we were treated to a fantastic immersion in the history and many dimensions of Nour's vibrant and enchanting home city. We loved how warm and enthusiastic Noureddine was throughout the tour; his knowledge and incredible linguistic gifts were an asset to great conversations as we made our way through the hidden treasures of Marrakech. With Nour, we felt we learned about the "real" Marrakech--beyond the hustle of the main square and the wild souks lies a city of tremendous beauty and timeless grace. We highly recommend Nour's tour as your first activity in Marrakech!Written October 29, 2024
- medinaoasish0 contributionsMarrakech Discovery with a Wonderful, Friendly and knowledgeable GuideYassine was so wonderful to tour with! His knowledge of the city and history is remarkable. I learned so much and he was so patient with all my questions. The tour keeps you moving and informed with a wonderful understanding of the city and how to get around. I loved doing this tour at the beginning of my stay in Marrakesh so I would know where I want to return and spend more time. I will be recommending Yassine to all my friends who visit Morocco!Written October 29, 2024

- Relax035750538710 contributionsAwesome 3 day desert adventureMy friend and I spent 3 fantastic days with Ibrahim. Our trip began in Marrakech and we traveled with him through the High Atlas - Tizi n Tichka, Telouet, Ourzazate, Skoura, the Dades and Todra Gorges, and Sahara and then north through Ifrane. Throughout it all, he was easygoing, charming, and a virtuoso at creating experiences that we will treasure forever. He seems to know a good share of the population of Morocco and draws on their expertise as local guides. For example, one particularly memorable afternoon was spent in Telouet with a Berber/Tuareg local guide who grew up on the Glaoui Kasbah grounds and could talk about the clan's role in the Silk Road. It was experiences like that that made Morocco come alive for us. I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a comfortable and authentic 3-day desert tour.Written July 31, 2024
- saharaeyes0 contributionsAmazing tourThe tour was about 4hrs , our guide Brahim was a very knowledgeable person, kind and easygoing. He should us around as we get blended in the red city , Bahia palace conveys a deep story and Medrassa ben youssef stood witnessing the finest work of handcrafs men for centuries. Through our guide we could see the real beauty of Marrakech . We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic experience, definitely you need Brahim as a guide . Thank you Brahim for being our guide , we were very luckyWritten April 27, 2024
- U3462AKkimberlyb0 contributionsAmazing experience in Morocco! My husband and I had an amazing experience in Morocco using Next Stop Morocco! We did a private tour for 4 days and our driver Anas was so great!! He was very accommodating. The additional tour guide we had in Fes was also exceptional. I definitely recommend this tour group!!Written December 27, 2023
- Navigator154989795900 contributionsHamman experienceWe booked this experience for the Hamman experience. Unfortunately the Hamman looks nothing like the pictures advertised. It was more of a public bath and was very unsanitary with pubic hair all over the floor. Would definitely not recommend!!Written October 18, 2023
- sarahhK6527PD0 contributionsCharming and Interesting GuideWe thoroughly enjoyed our morning with Abdelilah who picked my daughter (22) and I up from our hotel. Our tour was so interesting and gave us a real insight into the history and culture of Marrakesh. He took us to places we wouldn’t have known about to see everyday life as it has been for hundreds of years. And some excellent shopping tips! We were lucky to have such a charming and informative guide with excellent English. Thank you! His business card is already on another review.Written September 27, 2023
- saharm5980 contributionsOur 3 Female Hammam ExperienceI am still amazed. This Hallam experience was what we needed after having a week in Marrakech. Saida was very kind and took care of us. We were 3 females. The scrubbing was surprising as we are not used to it but after the scrubbing our skin felt so soft. The experience as whole ws worth the price as my friend has already did a touristic Hammam but she said she did not get thé enough scrubbing. I highly recommend it as a local experience.Written September 8, 2023
- francescadS3994PD0 contributionsReal and authentic!!!I really didn’t know what to expect at all so it was a bit of adventure. I’ll be honest it wasn’t like the pictures - it was basic and definitely no frills. It did feel like we probably got a hammam experience like the locals - not like tourists. If that is what you are after you will get it but it won’t be for everyone. Our hotel staff told us it is the custom to get a similar treatment weekly on a Sunday. Meeting outside cafe glacier didn’t work so we went to the address on the ticket which was just along from the cafe - the optician knew what we were after and asked his neighbour who said the lady would be 5 or 10 mins. She duly arrived dressed very traditionally. She was sweet and friendly but didn't really speak English or very much French. I asked if she wanted to see our ticket but she didn’t have any way of checking it but showed me her contact on WhatsApp which was the same one I had from WhatsApping the contact number on my ticket earlier. Anyway it was a match so I decided it was probably ok to follow her. She led us to the hammam - separate male and female entrances so we were apart for the hour. In the end it was a good experience but I wish I had known what to expect and to be able to communicate would have helped - instead we used a lot of hand gestures. I was treated well and after some serious exfoliating with a mitt and shedding skin like a snake I was left with silky smooth skin. I wore a bikini and kept the bottoms on for most of it - optional I guess. I was sitting or lying on a mat on the floor throughout. She treated me well and responded when I found the pressure too much or whatever. I emerged feeling like I had really experienced a real authentic hammam!Written September 6, 2023
- daisyluv280 contributionsA great experience! The meeting point is somewhat awkward, but it’s understandable. You would probably miss the actual place if you actually tried looking for it. Saida met me a little after the appointed time, but was very sweet. The actually hamam experience was exactly what I needed after being in the desert. I was scrubbed, massaged, and bathed clean. I would definitely do it again! Please note that the whole experience took less than an hour.Written August 29, 2023

We have a Guide according to our nationality, so a Guide for one language per group of 3-4 people
We French were Mohamed just for us 2
It was great
Gastronomic discovery but also discovery of the city to connect dishes from one street to another always avoiding crowds , always transverse streets , or parallel to those too touristy
It was great, even after several stays in Marrakech, we discovered small alleys
I highly recommend
Thank you.

WOW WOW WOW!
An absolute must if you really want to discover the best food of the culture that is NOT in a restaurant! Mustapha was my tour guide and WOW! His love for the cuisine of his culture really shined through. We started off with small bites and then worked our way up to some bigger plates and even a home cooked meal that he made for us! I mean, absolutely exceptional tour and if you don’t do this, you’re really missing out! By the end of the tour i was so full that I could barely sleep but it was worth it! 10/10 would recommend! Would love to do another food tour with him showing me different spots so I can keep exploring the food scene!

Awesome tour! We tried many different types of food unique to Marrakech with the best being the Tangia! Our guide made the Tangia himself (or with family) but it was not from a restaurant which made the entire tour seem very welcoming. There are a few items that may seem intimidating but I highly suggest trying everything.

We were disappointed in the tour. The Guide was about 45 min late. He was not very informative and spent most of his time talking to his partner. The tour was unorganized and we wasted a lot of time finding enough chairs to sit to try the food. We went to places that had a lot to be desired with sanitation. The tour was not accommodating to Vegans even though the tour description said it is accommodating. We left the tour early, as did others, because it was disorganized and disappointing.
We took a food tour in Rabat and it was exceptional so we were disappointed in this tour.

An amazing tour brought to life by Mohamed our wonderful tour guide. He also made us aware of not only the history of the food we were tasting but introduced us to historical buildings along the route.
My family and I had a wonderful time.we were introduced to food we have never tasted before, catering for meat lovers and vegetarians alike.

Originally, I booked this tour on GetYourGuide with a different company. Thank God they canceled bc of having the best experience during this tour with Brahim. Because of Ramadan, they had to make a few changes such a eating in a locals home instead of a restaurant. This was possibly the best part due to the mega feast at before us. During this tour, we were given a little history about the food while embarking on different areas of the Medina. At the end of the tour, the guide got me a taxi 50% less than what I paid to get there. This tour set the stage for my positive stay in Morocco. If you're contemplating this tour, please don't. Just do it. Haha.

Had a great tour. Both of the guides were very friendly, funny, engaging and knowledgeable. They waited for me and called me when I managed to leave the meeting spot with the wrong tour. The whole group enjoyed all of the dishes, and had a great time. They even served a home cooked dish which you wouldn't be able to get unless you know someone that lives here. Only downside, they try to kill you with the amount of food included, lol. Highly recommended!

Our guide Nour was so enthusiastic and passionate about food that it was contagious. We were considering guiding ourselves through the souks to discover what the locals eat and we were so happy that we took the tour instead! He took us on an adventure, discovering not only traditional foods, but their history and in great detail. The tour ended with a beef tangia which he had made himself and it was to die for!
I really can’t recommend this tour enough!

We booked a private group evening tour with Muhammad and Mustafa and had the best time. We tried up to 10 different items and had a night time walk around the city. They even catered for my friends who were pescartarian. We learnt alot of the food and culture of Marrakesh, the guides had lots of stories and we're really engaging. The guys went above and beyond and even walked us back to our Riad to make sure we got home safely, our tour started and ended late and as we were a group of girls it was much appreciated. Mustapha provided some good recommendations for food and for the city, as well as put us in touch with a taxi company who was trust worthy and we also had a great experience with. Highly recommend booking with these guys for a food tour.

Our tour guides leaded us to a magical street food experience to the most amazing hidden gems of Medina and Kasbah. Places that we would have never discovered on our own. The tour lasted for about three delicious hours and l would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to explore and enjoy exceptional Moroccan street food.

When I go to book I see that there are two tours available: 1) Marrakech Street Food Tour 2) Marrakech Night Street Food. What is the difference between these two tours? I see they’re both available at the same times (11:30am and 6:30pm).
