We had an amazing trip in the desert. Everthing was well organised and we saw a lot of the beautiful landscape in Maroc. You will have the chance to see much different things in a short time. Rachid was a very friendly and punctual driver with who it was very easy to interact. He spoke fluent French, Arabic, Berber and good enough English (for which we were very glad since we didn’t speak any of the other languages). He knew the lay of land very well. We were given a very customized experience by him (and on occasions by his friends) and we are very grateful for it. I will recommend him highly and I will be sure to contact him again the next time I’m there should he still be available. Booked Ourika Valkey 12 Noon till the evening. Was contacted by them at Noon and asking me to delay my Excursion to the next day due to the vehicle having a fault. No apologies nor compensation from them, no car whatsoever. Booked them via Viator, they had no reviews but only booked as they seemed flexible with timings.

It was a good decision to book this trip! The Ouzoud waterfalls are a wonderful place to relax from all the trouble in Marrakech for a few hours. We booked quite spontaneously: in the evening before. But still everything worked out and there weren't any problems at all. :-) In Ouzoud we had the chance to go with a guide to the waterfalls (for a fee of course), but we made it on our own (and we would highly recommend this to others as well). Also we asked Rana Holidays for another ride (via WhatsApp) on another day and they organised it immediately. Very nice and helpful company!

we booked the threed days tour with rana holidays, the pick up was very easy from our accomodation; we start our journey by accrossing the high atlas mountains followed by a break in one of the locale cafe to have brekafast , afterwards we arrived to the gorgeous ksar ait benhadoo a unesco heritage , the visit was so great with our locale guide who speaks very good english , the next steps where in ouarzazate ,the valley of roses then the dades valley for the overnight, we did stay in a very cozy riad and dinner was served, the hospitality of people is spmething precious that we did appreciate so much , the second day , the trip continue to todgha gorge a massive canyon where we did hikke inside the palm groove then visit a locale hand craft made carpet. By the sunset we arrived to merzouga , we did the camel riding then arrived to our camp where we did spent a great night it is one of the 1000 nights . a spectacular sky surrounded with a big dunes and the entertainment of the locals is fasincating , we had an amazing trip and we would love again to thank the rana holidays for there organisation . we took a 4 days tour tp the desert including the atlas moutains and the big palm groove agdez, the trip from the begining till the end was super interesting and our driver Rachid did his best to provide us with all requests and informations about the sahara and the tribes, we are well welcomed in every place we went ; and i do recommend this trip and the company for there potentiel CEO Moulay Rachid and all his team you are awesome . The experience was flawless and the staff is best I could have asked for! The guides were plenty aware of everything and all the historical background and the driver is precisely great as well. The experience itself leads you through to many surprises all the way long and, of course, allows you to feel each place you stop. Definitely a Must-To-Do.
