About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- 248zaharam0 contributionsWas OKIt is a long distance around 7-8 hour driving. We stopped at Aitben Haddou and did a tour with a tourist guide. They do ask for money at the end (around 30 MAD) but I would recommend it. The Sahara and Camel Riding was a good experience. However, when we got to the camp, there was only 5 of us so it seemed a little bit dull. The hosts did their best to entertain with some berber singing. I was hoping there would be a fire and we would be dancing around it as other reviews suggest but none of that was present (maybe cuz there was only 5 of us in total). Dinner and breakfast was nice. The drive back was just long and the driver kept stopping, when in reality you just want to get back ASAP. Overall, it was okay, just expected a little more entertainment. Also the driver/organisation usually gets in touch with you a day before - just something to note.Written October 9, 2024
- edogawa e0 contributionsPunctual, great transport and driver. Met my expectations.Unique and awesome experience! We were with a good group of people, the mini bus trip is a bit long but with great landscapes, photo stops. Unique experience with the Berbers! Thank you for their hospitality and kindness! A tip, go up the dunes at night to see the stars - it’s really pretty!Written July 1, 2022
- edogawa e0 contributionsAmazing experienceWe loved the trip, the guide Abderahim was fantastic even helping us with the locals who were trying to 'push us to buy items. We recommend it, super punctual and friendly!Written July 1, 2022
- edogawa e0 contributionsExcelent trip and highly recommendedTrip to Essaouira is very lovely. It is a cute city and it feels nice to escape Marrakech for a day. You stop by to see the tree with goats on it and you have a stop with Argan oil.Written July 1, 2022

Extremely helpful and comprehensive concierge experience. The three days involves extensive driving from Marrakech to the Sahara which is unavoidable, but the multiple stops at entertaining and archeological locations was perfect. Absolutely upgrade to the quality Riad and Berber desert tent experience.

The trip was really well organized! We had an amazing driver who was looking after us all the time. It is a long journey but on the way you will meet lots of locals, visit different places and of course Sahara. it is a really beautiful experience in the desert, camel ride, locals playing drums! Just keep in mind than you don’t go really far into the desert, the tent where you would stay overnight is located 15 min away. Also, be prepared for the dessert as it is really cold overnight!

We went for 4 days and three nights. We did the tour as it was scheduled. But the last day, since we were staying a day more, we stayed in the hotel Palais les Dunes. The responsible of the Hotel Zaid was super friendly and made everything easy. We stayed all dsy in the pool, and then we did the 4X4 excursion and the Quad in the dessert. They were both amazing experienced. The room in the Hotel was super nice as well as the pool, it was really nice to have that day extra in the dessert. It’s really worthy to stay one day longer so you could do those field trips. 3 days goes pretty fast and you don’t have much time to do both of this. Totally recommend the trip to the dessert! It was an amazing experience.
