- 1The day starts leaving Marrakech behind. At 8:00 hours we will head east towards Ouzoud, in the province of Azilal. During the journey, of approximately three hours, we will go through different villages, enjoying their life and their landscapes. Once we arrive at the Ouzoud Waterfalls, you will have free time to explore the area, enjoying the local flora and fauna (it is common to find small monkeys) and eat at the beach bars overlooking the fantastic waterfalls. You will be impressed with its 110 meters of fall: a sight for both sight and hearing. You have 3 hours on the site. You can choose to take a guide or explore the place on your own. If you are hot and brave enough, you can take the opportunity to bathe in the river. Although the water is usually quite fresh, we assure you that you will not be the only ones. We will be back in Marrakech late in the afternoon.

A nice place to visit but if you are not going to take the guide (no need to as clearly signposted and not a lot to it) cheaper and more convenient to go in a taxi if 4 of you (400D return in taxi).
Poor communication day before. We had to chase by phone and were told would get more info 9pm ish that night. Nothing happened so had to chase at 10.30pm.
Picked up on time and driver pleasant at first then visibly annoyed and very unhelpful when turned down tour guide offer which was optional (which is why we picked this provider). Not dropped off near entrance to the falls and no direction given ... although asking a local was not difficult - although you do get hassled at first to take a guide.
Told to be at pick up point between 2.15pm and 3pm but bus not there by 3.35pm with no communication so had to contact the office/owner who proceeded to blame us for not taking the tour! No apology from driver when she did arrive at 3.40pm.
We prefer to do what we can independently - the cost of the tour was not why we didn’t want it.

Hello,
Thank you for this horrible review full of lies ! by the way there is no taxi straight to waterfalls from Marrakech.
We just want you to know that the briefings are send around 9:00 Pm not "at or exactly at" and we are the only agency doing that and communicating with our travelers before, during and after the trip to let them feel safe and that there is someone behind.
In the other hand you are not the only traveler that we had for this day and you had to be understanding.
Finally, a lot of lies in your feedback beacuse you wanted a refund and we refused as there wasn't any problem from our side and THIS IS THE CHEAPEST PRICE IN THE MARKET AND PEOPLE HAD PAID UP TO 35€ WITHOUT EVEN A CUSTOMER SERVICE.
So thank you again for this horrible review ! As we know we could bot satisfy everybody especially "Unhappy people".
So if you are very demanding do not look for the groups tour as it always dedicated to budget traveler, but rather a private tour.

Driver picked us up from the hotel, after 3 h drive we arrived in beautiful waterfalls, there’s time to eat lunch an de feed the monkeys. There is also a bout you can take on the falls

Definitely worth doing - no doubt, just be prepared to pay for the tour guide and other little things. Wanted a little more freedom but still amazing.

Just to explain to the other travelers who might use our services in the future.
The guide is not included and it costs 3 € / person, in fact it is optional, so you have the right not to take it, but it is desirable to use these services in order to enjoy the hike with a local who knows very well the area. But as I said you're free to take it or not.

The tour operator immediately presented himself in a surly and detached manner. The local guide is not optional as they say but mandatory, and the proposed tour is very slow and banal. The monkeys are shown for less than 5 minutes and the locals ask for money to take the photo. The possibility of taking a bath is offered and then told that we are late and skip the activity. The driving is extremely sticky, you can't get around independently and the lunch agreement with them is poor. Very disappointed, it is worth it just for the breathtaking natural panorama

Good excursion. However, for us it was during the dry season and the falls have much less water, but still very beautiful. What I wouldn't take again is the guide (€3 per person in our case), who is useless. The only thing he does is take you along the path (it's impossible to get lost) and you have to eat at the restaurant he tells you.
