About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Rowinvdavoird0 contributionsReally nice experienceWe were in a group of 2, so only my boyfriend and I and this was so magical. Our guide was so friendly and we loved his vibe so much. I don’t remember his name but he deserves the best! The camel ride itself was very fun too and it was amazing to see how Berber people live. They were also very sweet against the camels, because I was a bit scared that they were rude to them, but luckily that wasn’t the case. I really recommend this activity!Written November 15, 2022
- Trail144689399240 contributions100% recommend, lovely experienceI can’t say a bad word about this experience. First, we got picked up from our hotel and made the journey to palm grove. It’s not a dessert, but it is a nice quiet area full of palm trees. The camels were beautiful and well treated. The tour guide was lovely, friendly and took pictures of us and all the other riders without even asking, he just offered which was nice. Then, we stopped off for tea and moroccan cookies which were home made by the family and we sat in their outdoor tent which was part of the family home so it felt like we were guests. The lady bringing the tea and cookies was so cute and friendly, so accommodating to us all. Next, we finished the tour by heading back to where we started and this was around the time the sun started to set so you could see lovely orange and pink skies. All in all, would deffo recommend. Also, although the tour guide does not at all put pressure on you to tip, I think it’s a nice thing to do seeing as he does go out of his way to make sure everyone is happy and to take photos of you which he doesn’t have to do.Written August 6, 2022
- Leonor S0 contributionsNice experienceOnce in a life time experience, I enjoyed every bit of it and will certainly be coming back in the future, and also I loved the teaWritten June 20, 2022

- 374sadafa0 contributionsTanmirt bahra iiaazan, AkilWe would like to thank Akil for his amazing hospitality services. We had booked the Camel ride by sunset experience on Tuesday 24th September. Akil was our host and Hasan was our camel instructor. After experiencing an amazing time, we asked Akil about other experiences. He passionately spoke about his home town, 'Ouirka', and we agreed for him to collect us again the next day. Akil was lovely and pleasant the whole time, he catered to our needs and made sure they were met. He went beyond his role as a tour guide and helped us even when it wasn't part of the experience. It was a pleasure to have Akil take us on our journeys. I would definitely recommend Akil/Amanzal travel to friends/family. Tanmirt Bahea Iiaazan!Written September 28, 2019
- Kimberley P0 contributionsPerfectHad the best experience with my family! Everyone was very welcoming and we got some incredible pics of the trip. Timing for the sunset was perfect and we would highly recommend.Written September 21, 2019

- Natnu0 contributionsAmazingWhat a trip done by really nice people made kids feel relaxed especially youngest child fun all the way stopped every few mins to take amazing photos of us welcomed us into there own home for tea can’t advise this enough and so cheapWritten July 2, 2019
- Liza G0 contributionsSunset camel rideWonderful experience, loved riding the camels, and had a stop for mint tea and a sweet. The guides were very friendly.Written May 22, 2019
- Megan H0 contributionsDisappointingMy friends and I signed up for a 2 day 1 night tour with the idea that we were going to spend a night in the desert. We spent the first day driving around 12 hours to get to the campsite, where we essentially rode a camel into what looked like a parking with a lump of sand on it. My friends and I were disappointed, but definitely made the most of it. Just know what you are paying for. We definitely did not imagine us riding a camel for 20 minutes to a parking lot with sand. Definitely not the Sahara experience we were looking for.Written April 30, 2019
- arc0irisa0 contributionsThe most fun camel rideOur camel ride guides were just the most fun ever... We only had 7 camels each trip - not like some of the other camels trips with 10 or more at a time. There were two guides, one for the camels, and one that bounced around asking for our cameras and phones to take pictures of the group, and individuals. Happy and funny the whole trip. We stopped halfway through for a tipical mint tea at one of their homes and then back again in time of catch the sunset. Really nice, worth the money. (family of five travellers)Written April 22, 2019
- Joe P0 contributionsBest Camel Ride Ever! This was the real deal. We were picked up at our hotel; driver was very personable, the car was clean and rode nicely. Arrived at the site in about 25 minutes and it was amazing. Aziz prepared us for our ride, dressed us in our outfits and away we rode into the sunset on our camel We had tea and cookies at a Berbers house which was lovely. I recommend this tour 100%. Thank you Amazal tours. April & Joe.Written April 15, 2019
- Sally17740 contributionsPrivate trip to Ouzoud waterfallsExcellent trip, well organised and reliable service. Driver was early and very friendly and helpful. As he took us through the city he pointed out places of interest. The 3 hour drive was long but it was worth it for the views when we got there. Stopped for comfort break on the way. When we arrived our guide/driver Abdel Habine took us on a guided tour through the waterfalls, he took photographs for us and even carried our bag too. Couldn’t fault this service, excellent and would definitely recommend!Written March 28, 2019
- Igor2230 contributionsgreatInitially, this tour, I was offered by my friend. Pier we will go and we will have a rest))). I first doubted, but when I was there and saw the beauty of nature-which words can not convey to you-made sure once again that you need to relax to the fullest. Excellent guides-showed all the historical places, animals and plants of different beauty. And Pro local cuisine I I I'll shut up-make you lick your fingers)))Written March 17, 2019
- Alexrendo0 contributionsMarrakech!!!Marrakech!!! from this city start exploring Morocco. advantages over other cities: 1. The city is clean and well maintained. 2. A lot of greenery (low) and in combination with red-brown buildings, eyes rejoice harmonious, natural, natural shades. 3. From Marrakech CLOSE: - to the Paradise beaches of Essaouira and Agadir (1.5 h) ; to the mountains, which stretched in a chain on the horizon near the Airport - to Ouarzazate and the Sahara desert (Zagora) - and also to the Europeanized and famous Casablanca (uninteresting and dirty) 4. The old Market is not only a place to buy all kinds of Souvenirs, But also a Museum-Labyrinth-a Large residential city. And the further deep into the city, the more amazing the culture (tanneries, etc.) and fewer tourists, and if you get lost, then for a nominal fee local output. And not believe, who says, that the Old city\market better in dusty and poor FEZ, Pro FEZ here is this the reference... 5. Developed infrastructure, good service and open friendly people (which promotes bargaining in the market) 6. Relatively inexpensive, especially away from tourist spots. 7. Delicious, hearty and varied cuisine. Moroccan coffee tea pot peddlers coffee\tea. Sugary sweet mint tea or bamboo juice. Red cactus fruit. And of course baking...Written March 14, 2019
