          Marrakech to Merzouga
We drove from Marrakech to Merzouga and spend a day to work in the Erg Chabbi desert. It was an amazing experience and our guides made sure there were no short comings. The desert was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. And the drive was very scenic. I would definitely recommend especially in January since that is low season.

          Excellent tour
Very well organized trip in a comfortable car. It was a long journey but a private car helped us organize it to our own liking. We really enjoyed our trip despite the long drive. The views are very worth it.

          Animal abuse
Do not go to the Fantasia dinner show!!! First of all, food is not that good. But what shocked me the most is the way they treat the horses. As an arabian horse owner and trainer, I can tell that what happens during the show is animal abuse. Horses are beaten and more in front of the public. Please do not contribute to this.

          Beautiful Morocco
Soufian organized our airport pickup, all transport, guides, Riads and tour guides for our 5 days in Morocco which includes Marrakech, Fes, Casablanca and Rabat. Our guides were friendly, very knowledgeable and took great care of us. Soufian is delightful; he’s also organized, reliable, funny, accommodating and was great company. We felt comfortable and relaxed with him. Morocco is a beautiful and historic country; we had a fantastic trip. I cannot recommend this tour company enough and would definitely use them again for a return trip.

Customized day trip from Marrakech to Safi
We went on an all-day trip from Marrakech to Safi to visit the National Ceramics Museum, tour the Jewish cemetery and synagogue, and to see the whole process of Moroccan pottery being hand-crafted. Safi is an interesting city dating from ancient times. The city walls and fortifications are impressive. The Ceramics Museum is well worth a visit. The whole history of ceramics in Morocco, from ancient times to the present, is represented in chronological order. Safi is also of importance as a center of Judaica and a center of Jewish life going back to ancient times. It is still a center for pottery manufacture and very fine pottery and ceramics are made here and are available at reasonable prices. I highly recommend Marrakech First Trip and the service provided by Soufian Laamiry. He will customize your travels to suit your personal interests. He is also very good company and offers a wealth of experience as a driver and tour organizer. There were so many things to see in Safi that we ran out of time and didn't get as far as Oualidia. That will have to wait until next time.

Touring Morocco in the heat of the summer
I only gave it 4/5 because at times there was too many sightseeing scheduled in a day. It would have been nice to have a little more free time. Having said that, our tour guide Omar was simply fantastic!!! He is very knowledgeable about Morocco’s history and culture. He answered all our questions in detail and with context so we have better understanding. He has a wonderful sense of humor and easy to talk to. He went above and beyond to make sure all travelers were happy! He was our photographer, translator to local languages, made sure we were all hydrated, given the heat of the season, and even carried our luggages to our rooms when the hotel staff is slow or busy!! Traveling with Omar was a pleasure.

I took a trip to Merrakech with some friends and we took a day trip to the Ourika valley guided by Soufian which was excellent. He picked us up at the Marrakech airport and drove us to The Source hotel where we stayed. He is an excellent driver and showed us interesting sights on the way to the hotel. Soufian speaks great English, and of course French and Arabic which he taught us some important phrases.

On the day of our trip to Ourika valley we left around 9AM and our first stop was the Saturday Berber market in Asni. This is a traditional market for the Berber people some of whom travel 3-4 hours by donkey from villages to trade, produce, fruit, meat, eggs, spices and all sorts of other goods. There are kitchens cooking Tajine which smell amazing. Everyone was friendly there.

The next stop we made was to a rug dealer on the was to Atlas mountain in Ourika valley. If you are looking for a quality rug this is an excellent place to go.

After this we stopped for a hike at the Atlas Mountain. Soufian arranged a local guide to meet us in the town who would take us on a hike to the waterfall. Mohammed, our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The hike to the waterfall was pleasant and the view was wonderful.

After the hike we stopped in a local restaurant for a dinner at the river which was very cool and refreshing. Very good berber, lemon chicken and vegetable tajine, included in the price of our day trip.

Our final stop on the way back to Marrakech was at a traditional Berber house. This house was by a river and we were shown the traditional grain mill, sauna, living quarters, farm as well as a shop with pottery jewelry and other artisanal berber items.

This trip is an excellent way to spend a day if you are in Marrakech and I would recommend it to families, friends or couples. It is memorable and a great value. Soufian is a very friendly and observant tour guide and our group was very grateful that he was able to show us around the the greatest sights around Marrakech.

My wifi and i booked a day trip from Marrakech to ourika valley with Marrakech First Trip company, really it was an amazing experience.
After our arrival to Marrakech from Casablanca we decided to visite the atlas mountains , our departure was at 10:00 AM stops in a berber house and a cooperative of argan, arrival to setti fatma at about 12h appointement with a local berber guide, organazed by the agency and including in what we paid.
After two hours of hiking we came back to the main village of setti fatma we enjoyed a tasty berber lunch near the river with a fantastic view of the atlas and berber villages.

Really de highly recommande this company for everyone who want to do it: good tourism car, clean, wifi and good driving.

Today me and my friends went to the Ourika Valley and Atlas Mountains. We are staying in Marrakech and had a wonderful tour guide named Soufian who is the kindest man in Morocco. He drove us from our hotel all the way to Ourika Valley. He took us to a Berber market on the way where we got to see the different goods and produce that the Berbers sell. Soufian is very informed on everything and taught us alot on the trip. He provided us with water when we needed it and made sure that we were all accounted for and safe the entire time. He then took us towards the Ourika Valley, making our desired stops on the way. We stopped to buy rugs and souvenirs before getting to the Atlas Mountain where we were led by another tour guide on the hike. We walked up to the beautiful scenic views with a majestic waterfall. Soufian stayed by the car the entire time to make sure that our stuff in the car was safe. When we got back, he took us to an amazing restaurant where the table sits on the river. Me and my friends had a wonderful time and even has Soufian join us because he is a great addition to every conversation. The drives with him are smooth, safe and fun. We laughed, listened to Arabic music and even danced in the car. I highly recommend him, he is a necessity to have around in Morocco. He speaks multiple languages very well and knows the best spots to see. He also was very COVID aware and kept a mask on the entire trip. He had everything we needed to have a safe and amazing trip that we will never forget.

Our private day trip with Soufian was awesome! He picked us up on time and carefully answered the host of questions we had along the drive up to Ourika Valley from Marrakech. He arranged an equally amazing local (Berber) guide who took us hiking up the Atlas mountain. The hiking guide was super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He showed us some of the most wonderful views and shared so much of their beautiful culture. Soufian then took us on a ride through the Atlas Mountains to see even more amazing views - always willing to make stops along the way. This was a breathtaking experience like no other, and I wouldn’t want to do it with any other guides.

This was an amazing trip, up a narrow gorge along a road that winds through small villages and climbs higher and higher. You definitely need an experienced driver because the road is narrow and on the edge of a cliff. I highly recommend Soufian Laamiry. He specializes in tours going over the Atlas Mountains. He stays calm and always shows good judgment when negotiating tricky road conditions, so that you can relax and enjoy the spectacular views and not worry. The highlight of our outing was lunch at a restaurant at the edge of the river, down a long stairway from street level. Soufian, apart from his skill as a driver, is charming company. He speaks English and French fluently. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

This trip is perfect if you want to be back in Marrakech soon in the afternoon. The driver was really professional. We Paid for the driver 15euros/person and the trip was from 10am to 17pm (possibility to negotiate with them). The views incredible. However, we didn't expect it was really mountain (1,5h walking) not too difficult but with a mountain route, so I recommend to wear good shoes. The restaurant they suggested too expensive (not good price quality relation, 120 dh/person). We didn't book a guide but it's kind of unavoidable, when you get there there is already an external guide trying to convince you (we payd 200dh for 6 people). Thank you

Hi Mrs Ibonefv Thank you for your very good review and we are so glad that you booked with us your full day trip you Ourika Valley and atlas mountain, for the price really it was ok for us and very good price for you like a clients of 6 people, the driver was Spanish speaking but in the price was not including in what you paid, so the driver suggested a local and mountain Guid for your security for 02 hours hiking to the waterfall and to give you more informations about the Berbers and their life. Marrakech First Trip team thank you again and we hope to meet you again for an other trip in morocco.

We had the best day experiencing this tour and the beautiful culture of the Berber Villages. We could not recommend this enough, we were two woman on our own and felt incredibly safe! We stopped off and experienced how argan oil is made, rode a camel, visited a true Berber home and much more! It was planned perfectly and we were really well looked after! Cannot recommend enough
