We spent a week in Morrocco and booked a 4 days private guided tour and trip from Marrakech- Sahara Desert- Fes- Chefchaoen and back to Marrakech via Desert Morocco Adventure. It was the best decision made! We were so glad to have Youssef also known as Icho whom I discovered by watching You Tube vloggers and recommended his private tour. Morrocco is indeed a beautiful country with friendly people. But what made this tour and 4 days guided trip memorable is having Icho ( Youssef ) as our guide. Icho was such a fantastic and amazing guide. His knowledge and passion for the area and places we visited was so evident , and we so appreciated his insights and stories about landmarks and history of the area. Thank you so much Icho ( pronounce like “is-sho” ) for your time, effort and enthusiasm in guiding us through this incredible tour! Both me and my husband as well as our friend who came with us, we felt that we also gained a brother and a friend!!! Icho was also very thoughtful and would provide bottled water for us which is so sweet of him. Despite the long drive and journey he remains professional and a great company with all his funny jokes too. Highly recommend him and his company for any trips around Morrocco. We spent a week in Marocco, it was amazing! Zouhair is a fantastic guide, he brought us to see so many places, always kind and patient! All the accommodation booked were stunning, the all tour was very well organised! I highly recommended it, and definitely will use this again for my next trip to Morocco!

That Morocco is a beautiful country is an understatement. It is a place one should visit at least once in his or her lifetime. What made it more memorable is having Hassan as our driver and tour guide. I highly recommend him. He made sure we get immersed with Moroccan culture but at the same time enjoy the magnificent scenery of each city we visited. He too was so patient with us and was not too strict with schedule. What’s important for him is that we enjoy and we get good photos along the way. We get along well and we were comfortable with him despite the fact that we were all girls during the trip. Lastly, he went over and beyond being a tour guide because he assisted us with our other concerns while we were in Morocco. I only have good words for the guy whom we now consider as a friend. Traveling through Morocco for 11 days was amazing , thanks to our driver Aymane and Moha our guide for making sure we had the best experience. They were so knowledgeable , patient and so passionate about Morocco . We traveled from Casablanca through Rabat to Chefchaouen ,Fes , Merzouga, Essaouira and back to Marrakech. Though we had long drives the driver made stops at the best spots so we could take pictures and have lunch. I recommend Aymane our driver and Moha the guide for the best experience in Morocco.

Moha was an amazing guide and super accommodating. He made us feel right at home as he took us through and taught us more about the Moroccan culture. Traveling with Moha was amazing. We spent 11 days in Morocco and he was with us the entire way, he was patient, very informative and took us around the best spots. We started in Casablanca, through Chefchaouen, Fes, Merzouga, all the way to Marrakesh. I would recommend his tour guide 100%

Spent 11 days in Morocco with Mohammed (The guide) 5 stars for this guy. He is very kind and makes you feel like you are traveling with your friend. He made us comfortable, I am so glad we chose him. Mohammed doubled up as the guide and also took our pictures. He took us to amazing food spots across Morocco from Casablanca, Chefchaouen, Fes, The desert, Atlas Mountains, Essaouira & Marrakech. Loved most his time keeping & his ability to manage a huge group of girls (You know how much a task that can be) He was able to excellently manage us ! Dear Moha ! We had the best tour not just because of the beautiful places in Morocco but also because of our tour guide/driver Hassan Segaoui. He is very accommodating and he made sure we are safe and comfortable. We learned a lot from him, and he became a very good friend.

We took the 4 day 3 night tour starting in Fes and ending in Marrakech, and it was by far the highlight of our trip to Morocco. Absolute must do. Moha (Icho) was the most amazing guide. He is a sweet and caring person with friends in every pocket of the country. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his country, and truly wants to help make the most of the experience for his guests. Not to mention, he is an A+ photographer, so you are guaranteed to come out with some Instagram worthy photos alongside the life long memories after this tour. The accommodations themselves are absolutely breathtaking - we stayed 1 night in a desert camp, 1 night in a lovely riad with a pool on the edge of the dunes, and 1 night in a scenic hotel with a panoramic view in the Atlas Mountains. At each place we had everything we needed, were helped by the most amazing staffs, and truly could immerse ourselves in the beauty that is Morocco. We had amazing times in Fes and Marrakech, but what truly made Morocco the best vacation ever was going on this Sahara desert tour with Moha. If anyone is on the fence because of logistics or driving time, I’d highly recommend to take the leap and just book it. Thank you Moha for the truly once in a lifetime experience!

Thank you Icho! This is not a typical trip review. Icho was kind enough to take me into the desert for 2 days to donate school supplies brought from the USA through generous donations from my friends and family. Icho was so very appreciative of our help. We are already planning another trip next year to another desert in Morocco to help more children and families. Icho is an unique and kind human being. Should you get the chance to do a tour with him, it will be an experience of a lifetime. Icho comes from a Berber Village near Erg Chigaga in the desert. He now has a tour company based out of Marrakech. He sacrificed two days of his work just to take me to the desert and deliver the school supplies. I learned a lot from Icho about the Berber life and culture. It gave me so much to think about and to reflect on my life at home. It was amazing to visit that part of Morocco with someone who is from the area. Icho knew so many people along the journey and even if he didn’t, he easily could speak with anyone we met. Icho helped construct the tent for the school 7 years ago and continues to support it when he is in Erg Chagaga. He is very committed to giving back to others. He was so great with all the kids we met. I could tell they really liked him. I really enjoyed spending time with Icho. When we met Brahim, the teacher, he thought Icho and I knew each other for awhile, not knowing we met in person for the first time the day before. Lol. It’s rare to meet a person so dedicated to his culture, his people and to helping others. Icho is an amazing example of putting others first and living life in the best possible way. Thank you Icho for taking time out of your busy schedule to help me and the school children. You are an amazing man. And for all my friends at home. Next time that you are planning a trip abroad, I know Europe is usually first on the list. Please consider Morocco. It is an amazing country with a rich history, amazing culture and the best people. I’ve always dreamt of seeing Morocco and the Sahara Desert. And Icho made this extra special and spectacular! Our tour was actually tailored on what my friend and I wanted, and Icho made the perfect adjustments! He Had given us best accommodations and a very safe and enjoyable travel to and from the Desert. His driving skills are superb and there’s no dull moments with him. All of the experiences I’ve had in this trip in the desert would be kept very special. And for sure I will be back. Next time, 3 nights in the Sahara too. Cause really you can’t get enough of it. It’s one of the most amazing places and experiences I’ve had in my life. And this is coming from someone who’s travelled more than 30 countries too. One more thing, Icho has given us amazing service! And really went beyond what we signed up for. He is amazing! And this tour is amazing!

This has been an amazing trip. From the time I was picked up at the airport to the time I was dropped back to the airport to leave Morocco. Younes was the best driver and tour guide. He always made sure I was comfortable and happy. He took me on the best journey through Morocco and was very knowledgeable. I recommend Younes as the driver for your time in Morocco. I wish I had more time to see more places.

My friend booked a 1-week trip to southern part of Morocco using Desert Morocco Adventure with Yousef (aka Icho) as our tour guide/driver. THANK YOU (shookran) so much for making our trip memorable, adventurous and FUN!!! ICHO, was truly an amazing guide. He was polite, a phenomenal photographer AND videographer, a skilled driver manuevering across the mountains - day & night, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the local areas. We were very comfortable in a Toyota SUV with Moroccan music in the background and learning some Berber words here and there! All our excursions were excellent and the sites (the mountains, Dades Gorge, Draa Valley, Sahara Desert, etc) were breathtaking. The weather was very cooperative - dry and cool, during third week of March. We stayed in riads, which were all surprisingly beautiful, clean and comfortable. The HIGHLIGHT of the trip for me was the Sahara Desert: the camel ride, GLAMping, stargazing and the quad ride. MAKE SURE to book a "luxury" room when GLAMping because it means the bathroom is inside your tent. I don't remember which camp we used but it was AMAZING! Mustafa, took great care of my friend and I. The were plenty of food as if they were feeding for 10 people instead of 2. The tent is equipped with USB plugs, 5 layers of blankets (I kid you NOT), very comfortable and spacious especially the shower area. Shopping, shopping, and shopping were another highlight for me. In the old medina in Marrakech is full of delight vendors & you can haggle with prices. I decided to purchase a handmade rug by Berber women somewhere local in a village rather than buying it from Marrakech. I will NOT hesitate to book another trip with Desert Morocco Adventure in the nearby future! I will certainly recommend the company that wants to visit Morocco! Many thanks again. Wow!! What an amazing time! I really want to thank Youssef for planning this thoughtful, creative, and immersing once-in-lifetime experience and my driver, Younes for his incredible patience, professionalism, passion and knowledge. I did the 3-day tour from Marrakech to Merzouga and my goodness, the tagine I ate at the Berber village of Telouet we stopped in was the best I’ve ever had! The Sahara desert was certainly the highlight of my trip. Afterwards, we drove to Chefchaouen and we stopped to feed monkeys in the forest which I didn’t expect to see at all, but it all makes the trip much more exciting and enjoyable! This was a trip of a lifetime. Thank you to my driver, Younes for taking me to all of these places, great conversation and showing me the pride of Morocco and the stunning sites and views. This was a memorable experience that I will always cherish. I can’t wait to come back with my boyfriend so he can experience the true heart and soul of Morocco like I did!

We recently got back from a wonderful 7-day private tour of southern Morocco with our amazing driver/guide, whom now we consider our friend, Youssef (Icho). He is very warm, passionate about what he does, and very proud of his culture. We learned a lot about the Berbers and the history of Morocco. The itinerary he suggested took us to the scenic mountains, the Sahara Desert and Marrakech. He showed us the Berber communities and we enjoyed the people that we encountered there. As two women traveling together, we always felt safe and catered to. We just had to sit and enjoy the journey. Icho did little things, and we took notice -- fresh bottled water on the car every day, with dried nuts to snack on; and he cleaned our mess in the car everyday too. Which was fantastic. LOL! The Sahara desert experience was the highlight. It's a must when you visit Morocco! The riads and the desert camp that Icho chose for us were all great. It’s also a bonus that Icho takes the best photos and videos to preserve all the wonderful memories of our trip in Morocco. Would hire him again in the future. Highly recommended!
