About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- tompO4494YR0 contributionsAmazing tour! Even better than we expected!Casablanca is a very cool city and we wouldn’t have been able to see it without this tour! The enormous scale of the Hassan II Mosque was incredible! We learnt lots about different areas and functions of the mosque and what it meant to Muslims as well as how it was built and the grand scale of the project! Then we had free time to enjoy the beach with views of the city along the coast. Our guide and driver (Mohammed and Mouhssin) were so helpful and after we left some sunglasses in the van after drop off, they came back to hand it to us! An amazing tour and even better than I expected!Written November 13, 2024
- Melissa K0 contributionsMorocco exceeded my expectations. First visit and I am in love with the country and the people of Morocco. We were 3 women from Canada on a girls trip to Morocco. Click helped us set an itinerary that took us all around Morocco from Marrakesh to desert to Atlas Mountains, Fez, Chefchaouen, Rabat and Casablanca. It was ambitious for 7 days but they made it seamless. They booked all our riads and they were lovely. Fatima checked in on us daily. The highlight of the trip and why our experience was exceptional was our driver Younese. He made sure of every detail and I have no words on how well he took care of us. He made us fall in love with Morocco, the people, the culture and him. Highly recommend Click and you must ask for Younese. I hope you are lucky enough to have him as your driver that will show you the beauty of Morocco. Can’t wait to go back!Written November 13, 2024

- Suzetim0 contributionsVery disappointed, waste of our time.Very disappointed. I booked for myself and 3 friends. Main reason I booked was for the walk in the hills and waterfall visit that I previously did in 2015 with my husband and 3 kids. On this trip we were the only 4 from the UK, the other people on the trip were French. Guide spoke perfect French and English, at first he was friendly and happy. He gave us an intro chat about what we were doing, must admit I didn’t hear him mention the waterfall. Didn't think to ask and confirm. Longer talk in French. First stopped at a lay-by, some hills to see. Heart shape structure to take photo. Visited a woman’s Aragon oil co -op, which was a shop, then walked up the main road to a Burbar village (small town on the road up the hills), visited a Burbar house, they wanted you to buy at their shop and tip. Went on a walk up the road, up some steps, to a viewing area, looked like waste land and then along a path to a shut down restaurant area. Empty pool and table and chairs on grass area. Asked why we were visiting this place, guide said for the views???? Got a little defensive in manner. All tourist traps, but happy to do as going on walk and waterfalls. Back on minibus and taken a bit further on. Had lunch at 12, thought early but busy chatting with my friends. Lunch ok nothing special, basic and more expensive than Marrakesh, then back onto mini bus, fell asleep. Thought we were on the way to the walk and waterfalls. Woke and looked like we were near Marrakesh! Stopped at petrol station - told to go get a coffee. This was at 15:30. Asked why here and not doing walk and waterfall. Guide said he was told by the ladies at the Aragon oil place we couldn’t go there. Said he had told the French people but not us. Was his fault. Asked why he didn’t know at the beginning and never mentioned not going to the waterfalls on his short intro. He kept saying-Please don’t complain he will loose his poorly paid job. Total waste of our time. Would not have gone. He said he was saving our lives not taking us there on the walk and waterfalls too dangerous. I said I had been before, but was told by him I had not! This was the only reason we came on the trip. He said after the lunch he told us all we were going back to Marrakesh, we obviously were not listening properly, he did a joke and said keep walking down the hill to Marrakesh as we were returning to the minibus. Thought he was joking. Gave different reasons why we didn’t go to the waterfall then said someone fell 2 days ago, then it was yesterday, then there was a landslide on the road. All the villagers had to leave work to try and clear it, “did we not care about them?” Then it was-No water at the waterfalls, then it rained and made the rocks slippy. Too dangerous to walk there. Back to someone fell a couple days ago. Asked what we wanted , we did say we wish we had been told at the start of the trip and we would not have gone. He said no refund and don’t give a review. One of my friends came and said she had spoken to another couple on the trip, who was disappointed. We asked if we could get a 50% refund. He said no but did offer to get us a souvenir! I was annoyed and said walk to an empty restaurant area and stopping at a petrol station was not at all nice or scenic. Guide then got annoyed, pointing finger at me, saying we should not talk to anyone else on the group and he didn’t care what I did, Allah would make sure he was breathing tomorrow, said this a few times pointing at my face. Gave up as he was getting annoyed and not very nice. I just asked to get on the mini bus and back. If we had been told at the beginning we could have decided if we wanted to go, he kept saying no refund, but we could make that decision ourselves, if we wanted to go or not and forfeit the fee. Didn’t like his explanation all sounded like excuses, lies and threats, stoping at petrol station seemed to be just delaying getting back. So in brief, we had an atrocious walk to closed restaurant grounds, stopped at a shop, visited a house with an old woman who wanted a tip to have a photo, a meal that was by a river but felt like a building site, coffee at a petrol station and a threatening guide, though it was a reasonable price! We just wish we had paid more and gone on our own. Total waste of time. It was also our last day in Marrakesh and there was lots of other places we could/should have visited.Written November 13, 2024

- Johannabjork70 contributions10/10 ! Lovely trip and best review from me!Lovely trip and the driver sharaf and the tour guide Said are super friendly, the drive was super good and the trip overall wonderful. Super happy and they are super helpful and help us with everything they can, we ended like a small cute family in this trip with other travellers. In this trip you get to see so many places and so many things, this trip is worth it all the way! Its just top review from me. To be honest I will always keep this trip in my heart, the sleep was good and i liked the two riads we stayed in, they both were pretty and cozy !Written November 11, 2024
- Joleene0020 contributionsRocky desert and lack of safety assuranceWe had nakhill team. I don't know where to start. We were picked up by the driver outside of our hotel gate. I had a text that he will be picking us up at 4:35pm but he was outside calling me at 4:09. We are a party of 7. The driver didn't speak much, then on the way he stopped to in the middle of a highway and went to hug his friend in the shop came back with a small box . No acknowledgement of why we stop or anything. We started to think the worst. We got to the place , no one spoke about briefing actually no one spoke. I was handed a smelly helmet, and goggle. Taken to the bike , showed the gas and break. Nothing else. And we were off. The leader was way ahead with 2 members of our family. He didn't even realise I had fallen off or more I was thrown off the bike. After realising he took my helmet off told me I'm fine. Instead of slowing down he carried on being fast . Eventually we were done. No forms to fill in . I got back to the hotel and had bruised arms and sore back. All in all . The whole thing did not give me a sense of safety. The palmeira is a lot of rocks not dessert sand. And some of the route has normal traffic of cars and .minivan in and out. We did this in egypt and that's was a dessert and fully brief and speed controlled for safety.Written November 11, 2024
- broonfamily0 contributionsPoor show, worse experienceEvery interaction, they wanted you to pay extra, becoming aggressive when you refused. The whole show was so staged, participants clearly did not enjoy what they did and worked here for a wage, not because they had any interest in what they did, or their history. Food was mediocre, and shared by table with locals using their fingers to take theirs, then we had to eat the same food . I would not return, not value for money, completely contrived and only done to part you with your cash. AvoidWritten November 10, 2024

- vasilikic20190 contributionsAmiiiiiineIf you are looking for valuable moments in Morocco definitely go for it! The trip itself was more than worth it, in 3 days you visit most of the Moroccan cities, and you see all the important monuments and mosques. However, without our guide, Amine and our driver, Khalid it wouldn't be that fun and enjoyable! Amine is such a knowledgeable person and most importantly always with a smile no matter the pressure. Khalid on the other hand he made sure to make enough stops for us to use the restroom or have something to eat. Don't forget the hours in the mini van are long and without these two wonderful people it wouldn't have been so easy and fun! We admired Hassan II mosque in Casablanca, one of the two mosques in Morocco open to non Muslims. You can enter only out of praying time so a big thanks to Amine and Khalid that we made it on time! Ifrane is such a beautiful little city that worths to see it even for a little bit, and in Rabat the capital you can visit Hassan Tower, which has been added to UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List. If you are a fan of leather jackets or accessories you are also able to get an insight of Chouara Tannery in Fes and make valuable purchases. Chefcaouen or the blue City couldn't be missed from this tour. It is the same nice during the night or day time and you can take some amazing photos!Written November 7, 2024

- shadeker0 contributionsQuad biking excursionWould absolutely recommend if you are staying in Morocco. Our tour guide was Zinbi Mohamed, hands down the best tour guide around. Made us feel more than welcome in his country. Stopped to get us a drink on the way to the excursion and refused to let us pay. He’s made it certain that we will be back.Written November 6, 2024
- M3958VBsonjah0 contributionsI would be happy to recommend this tripIt was great trip. Everything exactly on time, our guide Mohhamad was excellent, nice and full of interesting information, exactly what we need and far better than we expected. Casablanca mosque is such a special place as a one of World wonders, and we get detailed information about history and state by our very special guide.Written November 5, 2024

Loved all of it! We expected to get absolutely covered in sand and dust and we weren't disappointed! Though the handy hairnet and air clean at the end were good ideas. We opted for the buggy, though the others in the group were driving the quad bikes, and I think we all had a fun time!
