About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Mustavi0 contributionsBest excursionIt was really good, would recommend to anyone! They offer a lot of help and recommendation with the excursion they have available!Written September 28, 2024
- K6960UIkeithk0 contributionsMoney we'll spentWe had an excellent time quad biking . We even stopped for drinks and snacks. Our guides were all excellent and made or time really enjoyable .Written April 30, 2023
- Rukia W0 contributionsAvoid this company! They don’t take any responsibility or ownership for anythingI do not recommend them at all! Went to Ourika valley on the 24th of July. 1) No air conditioning on the bus in 35 degrees Celsius weather, with no windows in back row 2) Several stops on the way before the waterfall then we reached the 1st point and the guide said we’d be too late if we carried on, just take photos here!!! So we wasted time in other spots and didn’t even get to do the one thing we went on the trip for! 3) The lunch spot is by the river and the view looks good, but you have to pick a 3 course meal that costs 130 MAD, they only offer samples of food and it tastes really bad! 4) On the way back the bus broke down! The driver didn’t speak English, so he didn’t explain what happened! When we asked he lied and said they’re sending another bus, instead he waited for cars that were headed back to take us (depending on how many available seats they had- in any)!! After 2 hours of waiting in the sun, when I got frustrated the driver said you didn’t pay me anything, call the company and complain or just wait! I called the guy that I booked with and he listened to the story then hung up as if his connection dropped! They ruined our day, we return to exhausted, stressed and we’d missed our dinner reservation!Written April 27, 2023
- ianx174890 contributionsWonderful trip from start to finish. Highly recommended. We were a group of four and booked a private tour by 4x4 to the three valleys in the Atlas mountains. The whole trip was first class from beginning to end. It is usually a gamble choosing a trip operator trying to decide which one won't rip you off.... Having checked out a few, Esprit D'Adventure was by far the most professional with very fair prices upfront and no pressure to book. Mehdi was excellent in explaining all options and letting us choose what best suited our needs. The 4x4 was a Toyota Land Cruiser and was in very good clean condition with a very pleasant driver, (Muhammed), who gave us a running commentary along the way. Once at the Valley the local guide was there to meet us and he arranged a mule for one of our group which she loved. The walk was really enjoyable and the guide was a lovely local guy, very friendly with perfect English. The small family restaurant for lunch was much better than we were expecting , delicious tagine of chicken and fresh oranges, in a pleasant setting, with good friendly service. We had also booked the camel ride which lasts about twenty minutes, which was very enjoyable. In summary, we would more than happily recommend this trip and company for excellent hassle free service at very fair prices.Written February 7, 2023

Very trustworthy operation and nice buses and staff - I trust this place and had a few trip’s which were very organised and punctual. - naomihickey0 contributionsAMAZING EXPERIENCEBest time ever!! Riding the camels at sunset was magical and the camp was so fun. The stars were so incredible we slept outside on the rugs! Rachid, our driver, made the trip so worth it for us!! He was so fun and taught us Arabic phrases to use and helped us practice, we had fun listening to music on the road and learning about things on the drive. We decided not to make all of the stops on the way back but ended up being invited for dinner with rachids family and it was delicious and beautiful!! Once in a lifetime experience.Written August 8, 2021

- tamarab4680 contributionsHorrible GuideLike others have mentioned, you get there and a guide appears out of nowhere asking for another 3 euros. We didn't want a guided tour so we declined. Rather than what has been implied in the company replies on here, it wasn't just a friendly offer you could easily decline. He pressured us to go with him, saying we would get lost on our own and bad things would happen and in the end we would miss the bus back home and get stuck because according to him the bus would leave right on time and not wait even 5 minutes. So we went with him and the ordeal began. Seriously at every tree or corner he stopped and made a terrible joke. It was so awkward, another younger group there was with us in the back rolling their eyes. But even if you would look to the ground, praying he wouldn't notice you, he would. He'd tap you on the shoulder trying to get a reaction from you for his joke. Halfway through me and my friends got fed up and left. He got really angry. We didn't even have time to really enjoy the waterfall, would've loved to have a meal with the view but couldn't. Found our way back to the bus just fine, when I confronted him about how he lied to us about getting lost and what he had to say for himself he got angry and said something about tourists being disrespectful. Also the bus left like half an hour later than what was scheduled. Horrible last day in Morocco of a wonderful 2 week stay! His name was Hamid.Written May 30, 2020
- sevastianan0 contributionsInteresting experienceIt was a very interesting experience. but as others have written, what they are selling is something and you receive much less. Firstly, in all excursions you ll book know that you will share the bus with people that have booked from other agencies (personally I don't mind). The travel agencies mix the people together to save money probably so they share the same bus and driver. Regardless, it was a nice experience, but if you have time go for three days and not one. It is a very long trip from Marakkech (with many curves on the roads so you get dizzy) and it is exhausting. Be prepared for the toilets which are holes on the floor, women take TOILET ROLL WITH YOU anywhere you go, in the evening it is freezing in the desert, (if you are easily disgusted, take pillow cases with you, even a bed sheet. I don't think they wash those blankets frequently). Mohammed and the guys are nice, they sang and played the drum in the evening. but of course like everybody else, at the end they ask you for tips. so have some extra money with you. I asked the specific travel agent whether the tend was private and he said yes. well it was not. We shared it with two more people, so four in general. And he also said that we were supposed to stop at the cinema thing to see a movie or something for the movies that took place in Ourzazate. That did not happened. what he meant is that we will pass from OUTSIDE to take a photo. I can google the photo, why would i need to pass outside to take one! pointless. We also went to Aït Benhaddou, the guide there was horrible. he did not even take us high up. He only took us to the shop of his friend at the end for just five minutes, and ofcourse he said the price was fix. Guess what, it wasnt. We bargained hah. and at the end they take you at a restaurant with a horrible pizzas (lidl has better ones), and asks you to pay him, 30MAD. I WANTED TO REFUSE. HE WASNOT WORTH IT. the guide in our previous tour in Ouzoud was great, and he deserved the tips. This guide tho did not.Written February 17, 2020
- Benlevy220 contributionsGlampingMohammed was so accommodating and helpful. We had the best tour to Wassa Zat and Merzouga. Everything he said we were going to do, we did. Very honest guy. Seriously beautiful tour, and we love the Glamping more than anything.Written February 16, 2020
- 296jenniferb0 contributions4 Days Zagora and Merzouga private tourHighly recommend! Our driver was Mohamed was awesome. He has so much experience and kindly pointed out many things during the trip. We really valued his advice. And he was our photographer ;) The trip was great. We had a lovely experience both at Zagora and Merzouga Berber camps. (Best sunrise was Zagora and best sunset was in Merzouga.) Ait Ben Haddou was fascinating and, as movie lovers, we made a stop at Atlas Studios too.Written December 22, 2019

Everything was fine and our expectations were exceeded.
Mohamed was a very pleasant guide, who made our trip an unforgettable one. He was always punctual and the tour was well organized. The car was comfortable and we had so many impressions during the 3 day trip. If we wanted to, we could always stop at different spots in-between to soak up the breathtaking landscape.
Highlight of our tour was the night in the desert with a sky full of stars.
Definitely recommended!
