About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Rebeccaroche0 contributionsExceeded our expectations! We were staying a riad outside of Marrakech and decided the night before we wanted to ride quads. Despite my last minute purchase, the owner messaged me that evening and set up a pick up in the city for the next day. He came and picked us up personally, on the way to where the quads were he got us water, and then also picked us up at drove us back when we finished. It was just my husband, me, and our guide Simo. Simo is awesome! He speaks a little English, mostly French and Darija. He showed us what to do before we went and was super careful and attentive as we drove around to give us a diverse experience while also being aware of our comfort levels. He slowed down for more intense hills, took us to different and interesting terrain like right along a lake, through an olive orchard, on dried riverbeds, and also on pre-made paths so we could go fast. We had never ridden quads before and it was an amazing first experience. Part of the way into the trip we rode (slowly) through a herd of goats which was really cool. We also stopped at an overlook and had moroccan tea which was really refreshing and Simo talked with us about music, the terrain, and other random things. We were provided goggles and full face helmets and at the end of our ride we got power sprayed with air to remove some of the dirt. This experience was really fun and I would recommend it to friends in the future.Written July 31, 2020

- 136emmar0 contributionsFantastic dayWhat a fantastic day had by all The taxi drive was on time and polite and lovely calming music 🎵 played in the car, Running a bit late with the tour I think but we stopped at a hillside restaurant with amazing views For tea and bread all free if charge On the quad bikes 🏍 Mohammed sim was wonderful, taking photos and generally nice 👍 Tide to the Berber house on the bikes and what a wonderful humble man and his son, We didn’t stop laughing 😂 So welcoming and relaxing 😎 stunning views, It has made our trip to Morocco all the more memorable Thanks 🙏Written February 20, 2020

- ElainefromCork0 contributionsWhat a jerkWe had a super few hours on the quad bikes. The two guys who rode with us were fabulous, good fun, looked after us so well, as was the lovely man who made us tea halfway through. It was exhilarating. However trip was slightly marred by the jerk who collected us in marrakech, 2 hours late, drove like a lunatic and played his music at full blast. He was rude and full of himself. The 2 lads on the quads more than made up for him though. Thought a little overpriced for what we got, 2 hours on bikes, but overall glad we did itWritten January 25, 2020
- rohan59960 contributionsEnded up as one of my worst exerienceI would have wanted my money back; if only I knew how to claim. I reached out to the Super Quad Bike requesting my money back. What happened: We started late around 15:30 hrs and we waited for 45mins to start the biking. It was almost 5, we set out, and were biking during sunset. NO sunset photos. We stopped at a hut for Mint tea and started riding back. One of the bikes in our group broke down and we were left stranded. Believe it or not, we were taken back to the starting point with the help of additinal bikes with headlight as it was COMPLETELY DARK. We COULD'NT HAVE rided otherwise. We were brought back, luckily safely. We were dropped back to our Riad aroun 21:30. Unfortunate event in contrast to better reviews which made me choose this event in the first place. PS: Beep happens Regards, RohanWritten January 4, 2020
- I8398LCmirandab0 contributionsQUADS NEED MAINTENANCE! DANGEROUS!Although our guide was helpful and nice, I can only give Super Quad Moroc one star in good conscience. First, we waited half an hour before starting because they didn't have enough quads (...we only needed six). That meant we had to drive back in the dark which was scary because the quads really need maintenance. The headlights and breaklights were all out, the tire treads were worn way down, and the breaks need tuning. Also, mine ran out of gas!! These are all very dangerous things when you are driving around a dark, hilly desert.Written December 30, 2019
- helenfG5727NR0 contributionsAMAZINGPrivate tour with great guide Simmo. Gorgeous scenery and a fun event. The tea with gracious Berber host topped off an amazing experience. Highly recommend.Written December 22, 2019
- Dan12455667777777770 contributionsBest adventure in MarrakeshAfter spending a couple of days in the Medina, we decided to explore the landscape around the city. It was worth it every second. The transfer was perfect in time. The guide was super friendly and helpfull. We had a real adventure through the most beautiful places in the desert of Agafay. The night before was rainy so we were completely dirty in the end. The Quad was defenitely not new, but did its job.Written December 14, 2019
- Ollie4010 contributionsMrBooked quad desert experience 18.30 on the Tuesday evening and choose 09.00 as my hotel pick up time (was a little spectacle as some of the reviews encountered issues with pick up) but 08.45 the following morning a private car arrived and took us 30min to where the experience would start, I'm an experienced quad driver as have one at home my partner though has not really used one so 30 min after set off the guide could see I was eager to open the quad up and have some real fun so he offered to do part of the tour with my partner on his quad and we both really went for it, I think my partner enjoyed this as well, The part meeting them Berbers and drinking mint tea was also very interesting after the tour the driver was happy to drop us off in the new town rather than HotelWritten December 4, 2019
- David J0 contributionsQuad biking in the desertTour guide was great, made sure everyone was keeping up okay and swapped quad when one of the group's keeps cutting out.spot of tea and biscuits half way through. Great views of the desert and a lake. Would have been good to drive a bit faster although I think it depends on the ability of the group not just one personWritten November 16, 2019
- NadiaandAlia0 contributionsAmazing first experience of ways bikingWe were picked up sharply from our hotel and taken to the location. We were given hair nets, helmets and goggles. We received instructions and then our group of 4 were on our way with the instructor leading. We covered a lot of area and the instructor was always glancing over his shoulder to ensure no one was left behind and that we were ok. At the start we went slowly and then we started to pick up speed. We stopped after about an hour to have a break and get some pictures in with a view. We then got going for another 45 mins and stopped for some Berber tea. I would highly recommend this activity. It was exhilarating and the views were amazing. As you are quad biking in the desert, you will get sandy so I would recommend wearing older clothes that are comfy.Written November 15, 2019
- rich0770 contributionsGreat experienceHad a fabulous half day trip quad biking My wife was not confident so Seymour our guide took her as a passenger on his quad. Was a great experience with wonderful scenery, a really nice stop for mint tea and plenty enough time to ride the quad with quite challenging terrain but nothing too scary. Would definitely recommend , Seymour was a very good guide even though his English was limited ( much better than our French)! And the gentleman at the stop was very friendly and warm.Written November 14, 2019
- Reinfallquote0 contributionsDon‘t do itI booked a Dessert Quad tour in Marrakech on viator.com and payed in advance. The company (Super Quad Maroc) didn’t show any reaction on any calls or mails to provide the meeting point and pick up time. I have sent them my contact details and the hotel adress since pick up at accommodation is included at the tour. Nobody appeared neither called me back after several tries to contact them. None of the provided phone numbers were available. Very unprofessional behavior. Don’t choose this company, it’s a complete rip-off.Written November 11, 2019
- NickAversano0 contributionsDisorganized and lateOriginally I had booked the trip to start at 11 am, until however I received an email the morning of saying that they could not accomodate us until later in the afternoon. Then, the driver was 30 minutes late picking us up. While the quad ride was very scenic and quite fun, it was not as long as I was told (4 hours was more like 3). In addition, the quad trails were not very exhilerating and were for drivers of little experience. I will say the views in the desert and by the lake are quite breathe-taking.Written November 9, 2019

My cousin and I did quad biking for the first time and it was a fantastic experience. Our guide was very good at explaining what we had to do (even with the language barrier!) and ensured we stayed on the track. The views while we were driving were spectacular; it was so peaceful when we stopped for a while to admire the hills and the lake. We stopped for lunch at a restaurant overlooking the lake - food was great too. We would recommend this company as its representatives were very professional and friendly.
