Very informatiev and worth visiting. Everybody need to eb reminded how precious water is particularly in countries where water is scarse.

I booked my excursion online fully paid. I received no reply from the company in Morocco. I called them and they confirmed they were picking me up in the morning. On the day an hour before pickup they text me saying that my hotel was too far and they wasn’t picking me up. I was so disappointed as I was ready to go on the excursion and they informed me very last minute. This caused so much stress and upset to me. I will not book through trip advisor again as it is not reliable at all. I will be contacting them to refund me. Trip advisor should follow up with companies to make sure trips are completed as booked since trips are booked through them. It should be their duty to ensure customers are getting exactly what they have paid for and should not leave customers like myself without any help or support. My whole day of a short 3 day holiday was wasted and this caused me a great deal of distress and inconvenience as I was looking forward to this.

We went on the 'Shared Day Trip to Ourika Valley from Marrakech'. In the description it said we would have the chance to swim in natural pools but in reality it was an area at the bottom of the Setti Fatma Falls the size of a toddler/ learner pool so densely populated you could barely get in and was knee deep. So we didn't swim. I opted for the 'lunch included' option and paid more for this but there was no lunch included. We stopped at a place that produces argon oil and loads of other cosmetics, spices etc. The guide was extremely pushy, I felt obliged to buy something I didn't really want. Very disappointed.

Extremely good value way to see a little of the Atlas mountains but not much else. The guides appeared very helpful but were very reluctant to allow us to depart from their fixed itinerary. For example they made it more or less impossible to eat anywhere other than the place they chose where I had the worst meal of my holiday. I did get some nice shots of Barbary Apes though.

Took this trip with my family of 5, the driver Achraf took really good care of us. He was professional and recommended all The good spots. An unforgetable trip with a lot of wonderful memoris. A must if you are in Marrakech!

Great show. The food was horrible, tastless and over cooked. The service was awful. Never brought drinks ordered and only brought 1 chicken breast for 3 people to share. The vegetables were over cooked and mushy. But, the show was excellent

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this museum. We took a 10-minute thrill-ride taxi from the Medina to get there. It has three floors of exhibits about water use and engineering in history and the present. Our 21-year old also enjoyed it.

Exploring the museum of water in Marrakech on our day tour with atlas eco Travel was a truly amazing experience as it unveiled a captivating journey the history and inportance of water in Moroccan culture. The exhibits beautifully showcased the intricate systems of irrigation that have suplied life in the region for centuries. The place provided a fascinating view into the vital role water plays in shaping the vibrant tapestry of Marrakech. Highly recommended especially with Atlas eco Travel.

This was never completed the company in charge never picked me up and yet to refund my money, they never sent a message until after 4pm saying they were outside my hotel meanwhile I had gone to the venue myself without them Please kindly tell company to refund my money

The views were absolutely breathtaking, be prepared for a long hike it was so worth the views and the scenery, i met such amazing people and the tour guide was so helpful bless him, i had food near the waterfall and it was an experience for real, thank you so much

We had a fabulous day in Casablanca, helped enormously by Ashraf our driver, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, a great driver and helped us see things we would never have been able to without him. Casablanca has lots to see in one day and Ashraf will help you get round them all safely and enjoyably. Highly recommend especially if you have the same driver.

We had a great day trip to Casablanca thanks to our driver, Achraf, who took good care of us and made sure we had a wonderful experience. It was so interesting to see a different part of Morocco and to witness the beauty of the Hassan II Mosque and experience the oceanfront at the Corniche. We booked this experience with Time Out through Viator and would happily recommend booking it, especially with Achraf! Thank you so much for a great day.

Smashing! Just what we were looking to do. Very reasonable. Great organisation and experience overall. Super friendly and considerate guides with mint tea at the end of the trip.
