        Great Trip, Worth it
The trip was amazing. You can’t describe the endless rolling sand dunes without seeing them. The other activities were also nice and a great way to break up the drive. As other reviews have noted there is no way around the long drive. However our driver Mazouzi was amazing and made it doable. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly and did everything he could to accommodate everyone. I would like to thank him personally for a great trip.

Beautiful scenery, keep in mind it’s 1800+ stairs overall
This is a lovely experience, loved every minute. We had a tour guide with us as we booked the tour with TUI. Make sure you wear comfy walking shoes, you have water with you and get ready for plenty of stairs. It is 600 steps down and 600 steps back up. My friend and I very much appreciated the boat ride when getting to the bottom as it was 36 degrees that day and very humid. The spray of the waterfall felt amazing. The people were so friendly. We had a lovely fresh fruit juice at the bottom which was yummy and needed for hydration. There are market stalls as you make your way down and up. There was a little shop half way down where I bought a 500ml Diet Coke for only 10 dirham, which is less than £1 cheaper than UK. If you have mobility problems I would not recommend this tour. It is very steep, hard work making your way up. There were men offering donkeys to take people back up and I have Rheumatoid Arthritis but no way I was getting on a donkey bless it to carry me (the following day I was in a lot of pain and struggling to walk) My friend very much struggled with her breathing coming back up. Was so nice seeing the monkeys in the wild rather than on leads and chains in the souks. You can buy food to feed them which is peanuts, though we were advised not to as they can bite. As it was booked with TUI at our hotel, we had lunch there with an amazing view of the waterfall from up top. The food was amazing, very tasty.

        Do not reccomend
Booked the trip not realising it was a 3 hour journey but not a problem, we were in a group with 5 Portuguese, our tour guide clearly liked one of the girls hardly spoke to us and followed her around, we did extra walks so she could go swimming stopped every 2 mins for them to take selfies and then stopped for lunch only for our tour guide to leave with the Portuguese and leave us in the restaurant without a clue how to get to the top or where or what time to catch our bus! Left me in tears and complete waste of day! The waterfalls are beautiful but a long hot day with lots and lots of walking approx 700 steps back to top

        Visiting local people
We went with two 4x4 cars to the Atlas Mountains and Agafay desert. The guides told us a lot about the area. But also about the people. What was even more interesting. Due to the tour, we were guests in family houses, local people. Who where open, friendly to tell their story. It was hard to see the damage of the earthquake. When you want to see the countryside, the locals and not the tourist spots, I can recommend this tour.

Ando Travel Agency made the whole experience incredible and seamless. Youssef took care of us for the 3 days and Auberges Sahara topped it off with an amazing experience in the desert. Cannot fault any of the food or accommodation. Will be recommending Ando Travel to family and friends.

        A beautiful break!
We had an amazing day! What a great break from the hustle bustle of the city. The falls and geology are impressive - and the ROI for the waterfall views to hike effort are off the charts! The monkeys are almost like teenagers posing for pictures. Our guide, Mouhsine, was exceptionally knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommended!

        Great experience
Was a roughly 3 hour journey from Marrakech to Ouzoud falls, so waking up at 8am, you're able to catch some sleep before you arrive. Marwan was our guide and he was very welcoming and energetic, able to guide for our group which had 3 different languages (French, Spanish and english), and he effortlessly guided and switched between languages. He took great care of us, was overall a great experience! Definitely worth the 6 hour round-trip journey from Marrakech, there is also a rest stop halfway through for toilets, food, snacks, water etc. Only reason I wouldn't put 5 stars is that we didn't get much time to shop for souvenirs, was always on the move to the next area.

Great option if you want to unwind
If you're tiring of the mania of Marrakech, Essaouira is a great place to slow down, take in the sights, and relax in the sea air. A very pretty town, its white-and-blue buildings bring Greece to mind, although the Medina still has all the life and colour that you would expect of Morocco. You're free to wander at your leisure, which is perfect for those of us who are not generally eager for guided tours. However, official guides do hover around the main square if you would like to take them up on their services. The journey is pretty easy along mostly dead-straight roads. Rest stop each way, as well as a visit to an Argan Oil Cooperative, which seem to be almost unavoidable when booking excursions from Marrakech. The visit was quite brief and pleasant, however, and the saleswomen were not at all pushy.

Mazouzi, our driver, was great! Always felt comfortable and informed on where we were going/what was coming up next. Overall the trip was solid, well planned out and the desert portion was amazing. Was a little weary of getting scammed after reading some poor reviews of some Sahara tours but never felt pressured to buy anything and everything was quite professional. One criticism would be that the lunches were eaten at a predetermined restaurant and were a little bit expensive and not amazing so I would recommend you bring some of your own food if possible. Other than that I had a great time and once again our driver was pure class, I really enjoyed my journey with zouzi

Our expedition from Marrakech through Morocco with Ando Travel was magnificent. Our guide, Abdou, from the very beginning was punctual, polite, and very patient with all our questions and stops for photos. Abdou knew all the best stops and the scenery was breathtaking along with all the interesting visits to see the everyday life of the people of Morroco and lesson from the traditional nomadic Berber tribes culminating in a trek into the Sahara dessert on camel back to watch the sunset over the dunes of the Sahara ending the evening arriving at a berber camp were we ate ending the night sitting round the campfire to listen to the Berber people play music. In the morning we set off on camel again to watch the sunrise before returning to Marrakech. A truly once in a lifetime experience that went above all expectations and we cant thank Abdou all the guides, the Morrocan and the Berber people enough for their hospitality and warmth throughout our journey.

We booked with Ando Travel because the reviews and we don’t regret at all. The tour was good organized, and our driver Haj was really nice and helpful.
The first night in the hotel was good, bedroom was clean and the food was nice as breakfast.
The second night was in the tend, for that we booked the luxury upgrade. I will recommend that for sure since you get to have a longer ride with the camels to your camp that is more than an hour inside the dessert and you get to sleep in the middle of the desert so you get the real Sahara experience ( In comparison with the standard tend) the camp was fully equipped, tends were warm enough, with bathroom and shower in it (really clean also) and the stuff working there were friendly and caring.
Haj, our driver, took good care of all of us and gave us good explanations about everything, plus he drove really carefully during the long hours of the tour, we felt safe at every time.

In general was a good trip that we won’t forget; the agency is very serious and reliable.

One of the best experiences in Morocco!

Be prepared for a lot of driving but was worth it. Every place we visited from Ait Ben Haddou to Tighir and of course the Merzouga desert was picturesque and worth the trip. Also our driver, Abdou, made sure we had a very pleasant journey. He made plenty of stops, explained a lot about the places we were visiting and was very funny and friendly! He made a big difference to our trip and we are very thankful to him :)

Totally recommend if you have enough time in Morocco!

This tour greatly exceeded our expectations.Abdou was a fantastic guide form the start. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and funny as well. The tour itself was great and had a very personal feel to it with the small group. The stops along the way had a great mix of history, culture, and photo opportunities. Our village and Berber guides were also great hosts. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great authentic experience outside of the major cities.

I completed a desert tour from Marrakech to Fez in late February. I travelled solo. I had a fantastic experience and I met many eclectic and interesting people in my assigned group. Samir, the driver I had from Marrakech to Merzouga, was very knowledgeable and helpful.

This excursion is really unbelievable value for your money. The only disappointment, and this was no fault of the company, was being split from my group because I selected the luxury camp and they did not. So we were not able enjoy the camel ride and that evening’s activities together.

I found the food to be delicious throughout. Some of the highlights included
visiting a gorge, visiting Ait Benhadou, a spontaneous trip to Atlas Studios (where we spent an hour with an incredible guide who had us act out various scenes and essentially made mini movies of us using existing sets), feeding monkeys in the Atlas Mountains, riding, via camel, into and out of the dessert during sunset and sunrise respectively, sandboarding, and visiting a berber village and learning about their way of life.

A truly remarkable experience. Thank you Samir and Ando Travel.

Highly recommend Yousef and this tour. Everything was very efficient and highly organised, he picked us up right on time and we were able to experience all the sites listed. The guides were knowledgable and helpful, and the Sahara Desert Tour was incredible! Highly recommend the Luxury camp - the site was incredible with proper bedding and a bathroom, the food was tasty and the hosts were so friendly. Incredible experience!

Non responsive...I'm stumped by all of these positive reviews. I should have known better than to go with this company as they were awful with communication from the start. They take days to reply to emails or whatsapp and dont actually answer questions when they finally do. I wanted a cheap trip so went against my better judgment and went with them. I had an issue with the driver and could not get any answers from the company. Its true that you get what you pay for.

The trip highlights to us were the Berber village experience at Tinghir (with Hamid as our guide) and the dromedary ride. We also wish to dedicate special thank to our driver Omar throughout the 3-day trip, who is not only kind and helpful and proficient in English and French but also a very professional, his smooth and swift driving made every exhaustingly long journey a perfect chance to catch up on sleep. Other than that, we were in an amazing group of ABC's (Austrians/Australian, Belgian, and Chinese), and we blended in well throughout with a lot of bantering. It was a great chance of making friends too!

This is a one in a lifetime experience we had in our bucket list. The 3 days allowed for us to know different cities, fabulous landscapes and delicious food. We were picked up at our hotel and our guide Samir, even though his English was very basic, was very respectful, responsible and friendly. Sleeping in the tent was special, I highly recommend to pay extra for the luxury of having a bathroom inside and if you are going in the month of May, please pack a portable fan, it will help you sleep better.
