Booking.com taxi
I'm sorry if this isn't the same booking. We booked a private car from Fez to the Casablanca airport. Easy to do. Got an email with contact information about the pickup. If you know the Medina in Fez the taxi can't come to the hotel. We never received confirmation about the pickup and the phone number given in the confirmation didn't work. We cancelled in less than 24hours because we couldn't risk standing on the corner at 2:30 am and not finding our private car. Now booking.com taxi refuses to refund our money. NEVER book using Booking.com taxi. They don't support their service.
