Professional and friendly. They were late for the pickup but they took good care.The quad bikes are in good condition. There is some hot tea served with bread and olives at the end.

We chose the one day on our holiday when it rained to do this trip, absolutely not their fault but our clothes got completely ruined (note its clay not sand!). We saw other quad trips when we were out and they seemed to have been supplied with covers for their clothes so that was annoying. Our guide didn't say one word to us - we made two stops in very random places and then he just disappeared for 5-10 mins. I was actually quite disappointed. On our return to the base, I can say as a woman that the facilities were beyond disgusting (although my husband also gagged at the thought of using them), I struggle to call them toilets and sheer desperation made me have to use it. The collection and drop off were the best parts of the trip!

We had booked believing the headline "Hotel Pick up and drop off". Instead, they made us meet the driver 750 m away (walking in the hot Moroccan sun) , And the pickup was an hour earlier than booked! (wasting part of our afternoon). The trip to the quad bike location was long but interesting. The air-conditioned minibus was fine. Once we got to location, there was more wasted time. They corralled us into this shanty (at least it provided a little shade) to feed us Moroccan tea and some bready snacks. Was nice enough, but took nearly half an hour to come. Finally, we get onto the quads. Mine kept stalling, necessitating calling a staff-member, waiting for him, and he had to lift my seat, and hotwire to start! WTF? Happened twice. Within our small group, we had a flat tyre (they told the client to keep driving!), my stalling, numerous very bald tyres, offering no grip, several bent axles (you could see the wheel wobbling) and the group leader's quad broke down, forcing us to wait about 15 minutes in the hot sun, while they sorted things out. The worst maintained quads I have ever seen. And they forced us to stop for photo opps. 3 times! Perhaps 10-15 mins each Again hot sun. We finally got back at 7pm (meant to be 6pm). We DO NOT recommend this one. (trouble is you don't know which provider you will get, TA, can you sort this?)

Brilliant few hours. Collected us from the hotel, great views when driving round and our guide was lovely. Would recommend.

Best £25 I have spent in a long time. Pick up and drop off from your residence is perfect, as you will need to go straight into the shower afterwards. The staff are friendly, and can communicate well enough in English. The bikes are well maintained but the visors did let a bit of dust in. We were lucky that our group was made up of 6 males with previous experience on quads, so we could really go hard. The views were nice enough; palms, ruins and local homesteads. Moroccan tea was served during the break and at the end, which was a nice touch. I would do it again, without hesitation.

Pick up was right on time. The quads were in good condition. The trip itself was not very special. The palmeria in itself was not beautifull. The guide was OK and accomodating. A luke warm mint tea was served at the end with some pastrie

Such a good day! So much fun! Great stops for photos! Ended with tea, bread and olives! Fourd was a great trip leader, went all out with the photos and took each of us around the dirt track for some extra fun! Would definitely do again!!

The waterfalls were gorgeous , the start with the monkeys was fab, the walk down was interesting, our driver Aboubakr was fantastic helped us down the hill, was a great driver also got us water on way back, 10/10

This was a fun experience and a last minute booking that went smoothly and was quite exilerating. Quite professional group of staff. Rachid was great and quite jovial. He was patient with our group of 5 who had to be separated as we struggled a bit initially.. lol. Twas much fun. Would do again and certainly recommend. Our driver was nice but a bit too aggressive/speedy on the road as all 6 of us were handing on for dear life.

The experience was very fun filled and the route was really beautiful and had lovely sights to see. Our guide Rashid was very energetic and thoughtful

This was a great experience. Rashid was a great tour guide. It really lasted the full time we drove through different road types. So much fun! All whilst controlled and safe.

Great trip into the desert! Quad bikes were easy to operate. A fun activity for the family and a great value for the money.

Great experience ,we really had fun and met amazing people along the way. Pick up from our hotel was on time ,we've been taken straight to the desert where were given helmets and quad bike each. We've been riding the bikes for about 30-45 min . After that we've been invited for mint tea and bread . Thanks 👍

Fouad was amazing giving a great experience. The route was really fun over different terrain. I really enjoyed my time at this place definitely recommend to others.
