About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- MarcoPoloMiami0 contributionsExcellent tour from Casablanca!Excellent experience. Picked up on time, bullet train was awesome and the tour guides in both cities were phenomenal! Just a recommendation to the Operator: provide a detailed itinerary/agenda and the option to take the train first class with an additional charge (we did at the terminal) 10000% recommendedWritten February 2, 2025
- Maps337903357400 contributionsBullet Train Best and high speedBest Bullet train in North Africa. The last time I visited Tangier was 15 years ago. Now that Morocco offers Bullet train Casablanca to Tangier on the hour. This is the most comfortable train in all of North Africa. The government of this Kingdom has worked very hard to improve transportation in all forms including taxi, bus all have been upgraded. These are very cost effective to tourist and locals.Written December 27, 2024

- FyingKiwi0 contributionsSpeeding BulletA wonderful way to travel to Tangiers (and back) from Casablanca. When taking the bullet train, which reaches speeds approaching 300kph, it makes for a short journey in comfort (if travelling in first class), and an opportunity to make a one-day visit.Written June 15, 2024

- 90robbyr0 contributionsGreat first half, awful second half that ruined my experience. So we did the Tangier Half-Day Guided City Tour. It started out great, took us to a lighthouse, the ocean, the Hercules caves, and a castle…. But then it took a turn for the worse. Once we arrived at the castles, we all got off of the bus and we weren’t told we would be brought anywhere besides the castle. The tour guide then lead us to a shop of herbal supplements where we had to sit through a long lecture about different products and what they could do for you, then people were asked if they wanted to purchase anything. Once the lecture was over, we went outside because we didn’t want to buy anything. This is when we started getting harassed non-stop into buying products. The tour guide disappeared for a while so we had to endure the harassment. Many people were suckered into buying stuff which only fueled the street vendors to keep pushing. Fortunately I didn’t budge. When you told them you weren’t interested, they would get upset. Our guide finally came back and lead us to a restaurant where he said we were going to eat, but nobody wanted to eat there. We all came together and told him we weren’t going to eat there and so he agreed to leave. He then brought us to a fish market and right before we entered, he turns to us and says “watch your pockets in here”. Why bring us somewhere you know poses a risk for theft?! After this, I began telling the tour guide that the beginning of the tour was great but all of this harassment and the fact that I believed he was leading us to businesses where they could suck us into buying stuff, had ruined my entire experience. My girlfriend and I had stuff on the bus so we would have just left if it wasn’t for our belongings. The tour guide offered to bring us to more markets but none of us wanted to go somewhere we needed to “watch your pockets”. I told him I wanted to go back to the bus to get my stuff and several others agreed. He called his driver and then told us that it would be 15 minutes because the driver was eating. Keep in mind, Ramadan began yesterday and this is in the middle of the day. I asked if the driver celebrated Ramadan to which the guide told me he does. So he is eating even though it’s Ramadan? Absolute lie. Once I told him how it didn’t make sense that the driver was eating during the holiday, he said he didn’t know where the driver was and that we would have to wait two hours. I told him that he could reimburse me and I would let him keep my stuff I had on the bus because I knew he wouldn’t do it and would pressure the driver to return. The tour guide was nice but proved to be shady and someone I would not trust. If I were you, I would say the the lighthouse, ocean, Hercules caves, and castle were extremely beautiful and well worth visiting. But keep all of your belongings with you at all times so if you feel yourself being sucked into a harassing tourist trap, you can just leave.Written March 13, 2024

- Jazp1230 contributionsTrain to Tangier w/guideThe tickets were sent ahead of time. The driver took us from our Airbnb to the train station. Explained which train to take and then upon arrival the next driver was waiting on time for us at the arrival train station. Then the tour of Tangier started. Very well spoken English and knowledgeable tour of the city.Written March 10, 2024

- John L0 contributionsBusy dayThe driver, Mehdi, picked us up about a half hour late, which is not unusual to be late in Morocco. He was a quiet, excellent driver who made us feel safe. One of the first stops the local guide in Merekesh made was to a shop where we were given a sales talk. She took us to a number of shops throughout the day. Due the recent earthquake, we were not able to visit the palace. We took a quick walk through the square in Merekesh with no stopping. She was knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. The 30 minute or so camel ride was included.Written September 27, 2023

This was a very nice tour with a very knowledgeable guide and an excellent driver. The car was very comfortable and we saw many things we never could have experienced on our own. The guide took us "behind the scenes" in Rabat, through back streets that only a local could know, and it gave us so much more insight and understanding about the city and the culture. We went on a Tuesday and many of the sights on the tour turned out to be closed on Tuesdays so you may want to consider that in your planning. We still had a wonderful day and enjoyed this experience very much!

The trip was a good one. Good for a day's trip. You get to see parts of the beautiful city of Rabat and also get a decent workout in. Not a treacherous hike at all. Decent amount of walking and observing, with some learning as Arafa our guide offered meaningful takes on the city's hallmarks. Pickups were arranged and in a comfortable airconditioned ride.
I recommend for folks who have a day to tour Rabat.

Lovely weather ranging from 26-29 degrees C in August, sunny days, sunset was at 8.30pm.
We split our break between Casablanca and Rabat and hired a car to get around.
Casablanca had nice beach walks, a beautiful palm tree garden, old souks as well as moderm malls.
Rabat had a nice park, Mosolleum, Fort, Old Medina, souks and close to sea. For the teens there was a nice cinema and modern malls.
We stayed in an Apart hotel In Casablanca and Conrad at Rabat. This was a relaxing break.

Really nice and comfortable trip.
The driver arrived on time and picked us up from our hotel.
Tour guide joined us in Rabat and he was very knowledgeable. We learnt so much about the city.
Only issue I had with the tour was it could have been longer. The exploring of medina could've been longer.
Our driver was very kind and helpful. We wanted to be dropped at a different point and he promptly obliged.
Rabat is a beautiful city, definitely worth your visit.

Achraf has been such a wonderful tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and we have learned a lot from him on the history and development of Rabat. A very gentleman indeed, opening and closing the car doors for us. He is also very presentable and very easy to talk to. Highly recommended for great experience as you explore the beautiful Morocco

Local tour guide from Rabat was friendly and very knowledgeable.
It was a fantastic couple of hours in Rabat.
We only spent 2 to 2 and a half hours sightseeing so the tour was much shorter than advertised, as 6 hours.
one of the locations we didn't visit at all because it was shut permanently there was another stop where we started but only saw from outside because no entry, also shut.
Rabat is a beautiful city and wish we could of seen other places instead.
worth the day trip from casablanca.

Great tour of the city, and a lot of gems within. Self guided, so you are able to do what you would like to do. Spectacular views and definitely check out the cafe within kasbah of the udayas.

The tour was fun and we had a lovely day for it, beautiful weather. The car was comfortable and a fast transfer to Rabat from Casablanca.
The tour officially finished at 1pm then we were told that we'd be taken back to our hotels. By then we were starving as there had been no opportunities to eat since 8am. We asked the guide if we could go somewhere to get some food. He took us to a fantastic Moroccan restaurant with great food and in a beautiful building. After we went to Casablanca one couple wanted to do some shopping, our guide obliged again and took them to the Old Medina. Very friendly and helpful!!
The price was a little different to Trip Advisor - I paid $175 in Singapore dollars which seems a lot more than the $80 advertised. Some currency mix up maybe.
But all together a fun tour.
