- annabeln4990 contributionsHighly recommend great day soaking in TangirExcellent tour with informed guides and smooth transitions between them and different modes of transport. The medina and restaurant were superb and a brief stop for Argan oil very appreciated.Written October 5, 2024
- FyingKiwi0 contributionsSpeeding BulletA wonderful way to travel to Tangiers (and back) from Casablanca. When taking the bullet train, which reaches speeds approaching 300kph, it makes for a short journey in comfort (if travelling in first class), and an opportunity to make a one-day visit.Written June 15, 2024
- henryd720 contributionsHelpful and Knwoledgable GuideThe guide was really knowledgeable and helpful. It seemed rushed at times but we went to many places so it's worth it. The tansfer was convenient as well.Written March 29, 2024
- michellecL5482BB0 contributionsA fun dayOur driver was wonderful. He was polite and kind. The palace was lovely. The market felt a little rushed and very crowded. The camel ride was fun.Written March 14, 2024
- 90robbyr0 contributionsGreat first half, awful second half that ruined my experience. So we did the Tangier Half-Day Guided City Tour. It started out great, took us to a lighthouse, the ocean, the Hercules caves, and a castle…. But then it took a turn for the worse. Once we arrived at the castles, we all got off of the bus and we weren’t told we would be brought anywhere besides the castle. The tour guide then lead us to a shop of herbal supplements where we had to sit through a long lecture about different products and what they could do for you, then people were asked if they wanted to purchase anything. Once the lecture was over, we went outside because we didn’t want to buy anything. This is when we started getting harassed non-stop into buying products. The tour guide disappeared for a while so we had to endure the harassment. Many people were suckered into buying stuff which only fueled the street vendors to keep pushing. Fortunately I didn’t budge. When you told them you weren’t interested, they would get upset. Our guide finally came back and lead us to a restaurant where he said we were going to eat, but nobody wanted to eat there. We all came together and told him we weren’t going to eat there and so he agreed to leave. He then brought us to a fish market and right before we entered, he turns to us and says “watch your pockets in here”. Why bring us somewhere you know poses a risk for theft?! After this, I began telling the tour guide that the beginning of the tour was great but all of this harassment and the fact that I believed he was leading us to businesses where they could suck us into buying stuff, had ruined my entire experience. My girlfriend and I had stuff on the bus so we would have just left if it wasn’t for our belongings. The tour guide offered to bring us to more markets but none of us wanted to go somewhere we needed to “watch your pockets”. I told him I wanted to go back to the bus to get my stuff and several others agreed. He called his driver and then told us that it would be 15 minutes because the driver was eating. Keep in mind, Ramadan began yesterday and this is in the middle of the day. I asked if the driver celebrated Ramadan to which the guide told me he does. So he is eating even though it’s Ramadan? Absolute lie. Once I told him how it didn’t make sense that the driver was eating during the holiday, he said he didn’t know where the driver was and that we would have to wait two hours. I told him that he could reimburse me and I would let him keep my stuff I had on the bus because I knew he wouldn’t do it and would pressure the driver to return. The tour guide was nice but proved to be shady and someone I would not trust. If I were you, I would say the the lighthouse, ocean, Hercules caves, and castle were extremely beautiful and well worth visiting. But keep all of your belongings with you at all times so if you feel yourself being sucked into a harassing tourist trap, you can just leave.Written March 13, 2024

- Jazp1230 contributionsTrain to Tangier w/guideThe tickets were sent ahead of time. The driver took us from our Airbnb to the train station. Explained which train to take and then upon arrival the next driver was waiting on time for us at the arrival train station. Then the tour of Tangier started. Very well spoken English and knowledgeable tour of the city.Written March 10, 2024

- ReshmaAlva0 contributionsAwesome and worth a visit.Really nice and comfortable trip. The driver arrived on time and picked us up from our hotel. Tour guide joined us in Rabat and he was very knowledgeable. We learnt so much about the city. Only issue I had with the tour was it could have been longer. The exploring of medina could've been longer. Our driver was very kind and helpful. We wanted to be dropped at a different point and he promptly obliged. Rabat is a beautiful city, definitely worth your visit.Written September 30, 2023
- John L0 contributionsBusy dayThe driver, Mehdi, picked us up about a half hour late, which is not unusual to be late in Morocco. He was a quiet, excellent driver who made us feel safe. One of the first stops the local guide in Merekesh made was to a shop where we were given a sales talk. She took us to a number of shops throughout the day. Due the recent earthquake, we were not able to visit the palace. We took a quick walk through the square in Merekesh with no stopping. She was knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. The 30 minute or so camel ride was included.Written September 27, 2023
- christopherblackface0 contributionsNot worth itNot great. Didn't see three of the places shown and the guide just acted like a photographer. When it came to tip time the true colours came out. Tried to bully me into giving more of a tip even tho I gave a generous amountWritten August 31, 2023
- Riffat12870 contributionsRelaxing Summer breakLovely weather ranging from 26-29 degrees C in August, sunny days, sunset was at 8.30pm. We split our break between Casablanca and Rabat and hired a car to get around. Casablanca had nice beach walks, a beautiful palm tree garden, old souks as well as moderm malls. Rabat had a nice park, Mosolleum, Fort, Old Medina, souks and close to sea. For the teens there was a nice cinema and modern malls. We stayed in an Apart hotel In Casablanca and Conrad at Rabat. This was a relaxing break.Written August 12, 2023

We arrived in Casablanca with now real agenda and my wife decided to book a private tour. The tour guide Abdu was excellent and his team of drivers was impeccable with service. We only booked a tour of Casablanca and after the tour we booked an additional a private day tour to Marrakesh because of the great service provided by Abdu and his team !! I would highly recommend this private tour with Easy Transfer-Day adventures. You just have to remember you are NOT in your home country and you have to adapt to the Moroccan way of life which is great !!

A Horrible Experience and RIPPED OFF $141.00!!
! Our private driver picked us up at the port in Casablanca and took us to Marrakesh. He was excellent.
We were dropped off in Marrakesh at the mosque and a lady was our guide. As soon as we got out of the car our guide started coughing. We saw the mosque from the street and was told a little history about it. We then we were taken to the Palace which was interesting. Our guide continued coughing through the whole tour.Next we continued walking to get something to eat at Terrassee Cafe Restaurants Dar Touareg. This is a very small restaurant, open air and we had to walk up three steep flights of steps. We sat down at a table where there was still dirty dishes on it and sat there for 10 minutes without someone coming to our table. We asked a waiter to please remove the dish dirty dishes. He did and put down a clean plate and glasses but did not wipe the table off. I picked up the glass and it was so dirty you couldn’t see through it. We continued waiting for another 20 minutes. We then decided they were not going to wait on us as they were buzzing all around us ignoring us and we decided to leave. We walked downstairs and saw our guide eating and half way through her lunch with her driver. All of a sudden we were swarmed with people saying please don’t leave, don’t leave, we will feed you, we’re sorry we ignored you. Since our Guide was eating in the middle of her meal we did sit down and got new dishes. This was not even a three star restaurant. I’ve been on tours in morocco and I’ve been taking to really nice places to eat with a nice atmosphere and music. This was definitely not a treat or when I even expected.
We left with our guide and she continue coughing. We walked three hours through the market which was very dirty, broken pavements and mud, 40 acres of selling the same thing everywhere you looked. I am a shopper and enjoy shopping in Europe and Africa, all over the world and this was certainly a tremendous disappointment. The smells were overwhelming and motorbikes are speeding through the throngs of people.. No one could enjoy spending three hours there. Again, I’m a shopper!
As we continued walking through the market it became apparent our guide was sick so stopped and bought medicine to help her feel better. We then asked if we could see any other part of the city and were told no.That wasn’t in her agenda.
I could see a whole lot more that considering I song the tour I got for $135 on their site and I was charged $411 is another stab in the heart. I definitely will not use Viator and cannot recommend it at all.

You keep mentioning the guide was coughing like it's illegal or not allowed. We do PCR test before the tour anyway.
Again you complained about the restaurant you went to is not in the tour itinerary and nothing to do with us.
Complaint about broken pavement, smelly souks must be addressed to the borough not the tour operator.
Our prices are the same as Viator and I don't know when you get this fares from.
Overall, you should be rating our services and how did we do and not give 1 star because you didn't like the city.

I used Easy Transfers as an airport shuttle and one day tour. Excellent service especially from Fadoua Atif ( My private tour guide ) and the driver who's name was Fadwa I believe. Their prices were reasonable and experiences life changing. 100 % recommended
