It might be that our tour experience was one not typically provided by this operator, but our trip fell short of delivering a good day. The minibus and the those in control of it's advance preparation and appropriate trouble-free maintenance for the trip was poor. Whilst there was possibly an element of bad luck on the day, it was more about the operator's ability to effectively manage the situation that exacerbated a bad situation in to a even worse one. The issues:- - The first stop of the day should not be to fill the vehicle with fuel and to add pressure to tyres after picking up all the passengers, this should be done before picking up any passengers. - A puncture, whether bad luck or otherwise, should have been able to be quickly dealt with changing to a spare tyre, but when that one also had a puncture, then that makes for an unacceptable situation. - When the same wheel later receives a second puncture and the passengers are stranded a long way from anywhere, and there still wasn't a useable spare, then the already unacceptable situation becomes significantly worse. As a result, our day was greatly tarnished and ended three hours later than expected.

Disappointing Experience Despite a Great Tour Guide We recently joined this tour, and while there were some highlights, our overall experience was disappointing due to a few serious issues. 1. Tour Guide: The tour guide was fantastic—knowledgeable, engaging, and fluent in three languages. They were definitely the highlight of the trip and made the day more enjoyable. 2. Seating Issue and Unfair Charges: We were required to pay 250 DH for a ticket for our 4-month-old baby, in addition to 350 DH per adult. Despite explaining that our baby was too young to sit independently, we were told, “a bus is a bus, and you have to pay for the infant.” However, once on the bus, there was no seat provided for him, and we had to keep him on our laps for the entire journey. This was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. When we raised this with the tour leader, they simply told us the bus was fully booked. This felt very misleading and unfair, given we were charged specifically for the baby.b 3. Food Poisoning: After dining at the restaurant organised by the tour, my partner and I both fell ill with severe food poisoning symptoms. I had the Tanjia Marrakchia, and my partner had the lamb tagine. We’ve been confined to our room for two days now, unable to enjoy the rest of our trip. This is unacceptable, and the organisers need to address the food safety standards at this restaurant immediately. It may also be worth checking on the other passengers to see if they experienced similar symptoms. While the tour guide was excellent, these issues greatly overshadowed the experience. We hope the organisers take this feedback seriously to improve for future travellers.

It was a wonderful day trip nice friendly driver nd guide. We enjoyed it. Recommended for everyone family or friends. Do your shopping carefully dont just pay what they aske bargain it.

The team at Beach Tours were extremely friendly and on the tour, we visited various locations such as sand dunes and rural areas. It was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it to experience the Moroccan culture! It was well worth the money and made lots of great memories with my family.

From being picked up by our tour guide we were told the day’s itinerary,first stop seeing the goats in the trees! brilliant.Then onto the sook where we saw local ladies crushing the argon nuts to make the oil.Then walked around the town.A hour on we went to a smaller town where Ali barbi and the Fourty Thieves was filmed we had lunch ,beautiful scenery.Then we went on a donkey trek that was an experience ha ha in a good way Our day trip was definitely worth it Our guide was lovely and helpful and full of knowledge.Great day out.

First time in Agadir and was our wedding anniversary trip. We found Agadir beach tours when walking around. Mohammed was very friendly and after we had liked at the Selection of excursions and activities we were welcomed into the office. We booked a trip to paradise valley which features a stop at a botanical garden where you are given much information about the local plants and argon trees, you are also given a sample of the oils and creams made by hand and opportunities to purchase some of the products. Our guide Mohammed directed us down the paths to the water at Paradise valley, terrain was quite rocky and could be slippery in parts we had a good few hours there before being guided back to our mini bus and dropped off at our agreed point. We also booked a sand dune buggy trip which was a half day trip due to some miss communication we weren't pick up at the agreed point but wad quickly picked up and taken by car to the location. Due to this we had a brilliant one to one guide and Highley recommend this tour company for certainly the sand dune buggying, there wad a good selection of activities to choose from and reasonably priced.

Mohammed organised the trip. It is really well organised. The coach is comfortable. The journey is 3.5 hours but you have a quick stop for a coffee. The tour guide speaks a few languages which is useful. Marrakesh itself is absolutely mayhem, have your wits about you, be careful with the snake charmers as they promise not to charge them yet charging 400dh (£35 ish). I gave them 20dh for their cheek. The market is like a labyrinth of tunnels so stay close to your tour guide. The horse ride is fantastic!

the tour was great, we walked the paradise valley. Unfortunately it was raining in the morning and the naturepools were dirty and not clear but the walking to the pools were beautiful unter the palms. the stop at the local bitanic garden was also very interesting. Anothet great point of the tour was that we booker the tour in the morning, but we wanted to go in the afternoon. they were super flexibel and gave us other options to change it to an another time. they tried to give us the best experience.

Picked up punctually from hotel in Agadir. Bus was comfortable. Guide was great. Very informative trip around the markets.
