we cannot recommend union tours enough. We had wonderful driver Isham, and excellent guide Gilo, escort us on an overnight Sarahra tour, stopping at Zira beach, Tiznit city, Agadir reservoir and many other sights and stops. They looked after us so well and were so kind, friendly, helpful, and professional. The vehicle was a lovely crew cab van which was very comfortable and great for seeing out. We were a private tour just for us, so they tailored it to our interests and requests as we went, like stopping at camels, or shops. They looked after us so well, they were so genuine, helped carry our belongings everywhere, played with our children, always offering to help in any way, engaged and interacted 100% with us. Apart from the great places we saw, we had great fun and a laugh along the way, trying lots of new experiences and delicious foods, star gazing, campfire and music. We felt we were all real friends by the end of the trip, not customers. We learned so much about the country, culture, and heritage, it was wonderful in every way, that it was hard going back to regular tourist civilization after it. Thank you Gilo & Isham 💛💜. Wow. What an amazing place. 325 crocodiles and other animals such as monkeys, tortoises and lizards. So much information on boards around the park. Well worth a visit. About 2 hours is enough. Nice cafe too. 90 DR to get in - bargain. Taxi there is about 190 DR.... Feeding time is great to see. Busy but plenty of room.

Wow what an amazing place, it was informative and beautifully laid out. What made this trip so amazing was the tour guide that made our day so special his name Sahid. He went over and above to make sure everything was perfect, trustworthy, honest and friendly!! We booked all our trips through him and were not disappointed 🥳

Never showed up at agreed pickup point. Phoned them 7 times during normal office hours , no answer . Poor experience means I’ll never use them again. Please avoid disappointment by paying your tour operators or hotel as they will not let you down. Sent in app messages, still no response.

Beautifully presented park with so many crocodiles over 300. The crocodiles are clearly well looked after, grounds are beautiful. The cactus park was stunning and the iguanas are dotted all around so you have to look to spot them. It’s a great place for everyone not just the little kids my teenage daughters would have loved it!

Lots and lots of Crocs, with some snakes and monkeys thrown in for good measure. Beautiful trees and plants also. Was what you’d expect, no guide.

My hotel wasn’t on their list so paid 4 taxi 🚖 2 a nearby hotel that was- only to be told the excursion was cancelled due 2 wind 💨. Company could have called n advance to not waste my time and money. To add insult to injury, the guy who was sent to tell me it was cancelled, offered 2 hail a taxi 🚖 back 2 my hotel, hopped in with me and didn’t pay 💰. Ridiculous & unprofessional.

Terrible company! DO NOT BOOK! I had purchased a tour that included transportation from one city to another. This was my first time coming to Morocco. I had booked and PAID this tour through Viator but had spoken with Union Tours and they said that even it is just 2 people going, they will honor the tour (as it had a min of 3 people). The night before the tour before we arrived in Morocco, I contacted Union Tours on WhatsApp and the guy said "Oh, I am going to cancel your tour". I was shocked!!! He said it is only 2 of you and unless you pay me an extra 100 Euors, I won't take you! Who does that to a passenger just arriving in a country for the first time who needs to get from city A to B the next morning? Anyhow, after much begging, he said that he will give us the transport, but none of the meals and entrances (that we had prepaid for). From then on, he refused to answer my calls on WhatsApp which made me nervous. The next day, he sent his driver (named Mohamad who was actually very nice). He then gave us a quick ride to Essaouira and thento Marakech, where he provided a hotel room to us based on the tour. The next day, he sent another guys (named also Mohamad) who just wanted to get rid us by doing a super quick tour of Marakech and dopping us off near our raid. Overall, I would never book with a company like Union Tours that would NOT even have the curtesy of letting people know ahead of time that they want to cancel your tour which is also your transportation from one city to the next.

Punctual driver. Careful driving. Clean vehicle. The service was impeccable and top notch. We also went on tours and the guys were patient and even helped out with advice on where to get what and they also took our pictures for us and showed us the best picture spot. I will definitely recommend Union Tours

What a fantastic day out, picked up from hotel, 45 minute ride up into the mountains and wow what a ride on the buggies, both my daughter and myself loved it, about 1.5 hrs in the buggies and a stop at a Moroccan hut for tea. Fabulous

I went there today with my wife,we had a great English speaking guide. We spent 2 hours there and thoroughly enjoyed it. Approximately £20 each including transport

Absolutely awful, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a SCAM. We paid for a sunset horse ride along the beach and we were taken to a completely different location - a road full of rocks with a camel ride instead. We explained to the owner of this third party company that we were there for horse riding and he told us that they’re’ only camels and no horses, never mind a beach with a sunset. After contacting the owner of union tours regarding our extreme disappointment, he did not seem to care and tried to deny that we had paid for horses although I had the clear evidence on my receipt from them. Furthermore, we also paid for a jeep safari tour however once again, union tours failed to provide us with the service that we had paid for and there was no jeep Safari trip involved or a bbq. Instead, they took us to a place they call ‘mini safari’ which is just a small patch of sand, bearing in mind that we had paid extra for the jeep experience. After contacting the owner of union tours again, his reply was that “jeep is expensive” yet he still took full payment from us. I’d really recommend you don’t book with this thieving company as it will definitely ruin your holiday experience as it did with us.

Beware all the quad bike tours and reviews. When they have sufficient poor review, they restart with a new name. Same on AirBnB experiences. It’s not clear which company you are booking with and many operators running under multiple names. Read reviews very carefully or pay extra to go through your hotel for some protection. Our trip was tracked as 17km (not 30 or 50 as advertised) and over a very short, flat repetitive route (about 4 km see photo). It was around a dusk bowl off a main road, near some plastic greenhouses, pylons and yes a few argon trees. There was no break other than a bike swap, no traditional Moroccan tea at a tea house, no Berber villages, no sand dunes, no beach like the photo or description. No photo opportunity. No air con in the van. No French or English spoken, except very basic words. No safety briefing - just ‘go’ and ‘stop’. Some of the vehicles are very battered and not well maintained (my buggy had a flat tyre). It didn’t feel safe with a young child. The problem is, once you are at the quad bike centre, you are in the middle of no-where, so if you don’t like the look of things you are stuck!! It is not Sahara, or even pre-Saharah. There are multiple bike companies along the same road and you have to avoid other groups when you are out.

Union tour were fantastic at helping me and my friend feel safe as two young girls travelling alone. We were picked up from the airport as well as dropped off. We booked 2 excursions and each time we were provided transport. The communication between the boss Hisham and us was very easy and clear. At each point he messaged to make sure we were okay as he knew we were nervous. Hisham also offered to drop us and pick us up from CTM coach station. Hisham was very honest which is what we liked the most, he charged us reasonable amount unlike quotes from other services who would see that we are tourists and try to rip us off. I would highly recommend Hisham to any of my friends and family who will visit Agadir as he made everything super easy for us. He truly was our holiday dad. Good luck!

We spent 6 days in Agadir and this tours company made our experience so amazing! We booked our airport transfer and many tours - jet ski, buggy, Lagzira, Marrakesh, cammels, city tour, Crocopark and all tours were really great organized with friendly guests and comfortable transportation. Communication was without any problems and always there is special price ready for you!
