About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- timotejz4490 contributionsWould recommend a 100%Extremely good tour guide, informative, ensured everyone was safe, gave tips going around and very friendly. Comfy bus, good food, very pleasant experience overall. Highly recommend. The guide shows you around the market and points out interesting things and tells the story of Morocco. Did not feel boring or too long or too short.Written October 15, 2024
- suer2000 contributionsValley of Doom and GloomUninteresting tour and no water in paradise valley to swim in. Supposed to be picked up at hotel that no longer exists. Had to ask shopkeeper to help with directions as they couldn’t find us. Totally pointless and waste of an afternoon sadlyWritten October 14, 2024
- nickysT912PB0 contributionsPoor and did not live up to the photos and write up on Tripadvisor. This was very disappointing. The reality did not live up to the photos on Tripadvisor at all. Felt like we were on a completely different trip. Nowhere to swim at all, just tables and chairs sat in the very shallow pools with just our feet in the water. Nothing to do for the 1-2 hours we were sat there. Maybe it is better in a different season but the write up should say this to avoid disappointment.Written October 12, 2024
- terrysmith19700 contributionsExcellent tour of Marrakech (sans the sales pitch)This was an excellent tour. Communication was good; the travel was on time; the host was engaging and interesting; the bus was comfortable; the walk through the Medina was well organised and security chap kept us all looked after. We had a great day and this is a fantastic was to see Marrakech without the stress of doing it solo. The only thing that irked me slightly was the mid-tour sales pitch. We were told we would be visiting a woman's co-operative to hear more about how Argan oil is produced etc, but in reality, this was a nauseatingly long sales pitch in a room in the middle of the Medina. The only saving grace was that it was air-conditioned so provided a nice break from the heat. While it was interesting, it went on too long and was more about selling product than it was about educating. If this was a little shorter, I would have given 5 stars. I'll also add that the central square doesn't really come to life until 6pm and the tour leaves before then, so although you get to experience the Medina at its best, the central square is best visited in the evening. In in all however, I had a great day and highly recommend this tour.Written October 10, 2024
- Trek7804900 contributionsNo sunset in viewThe name of this excursion was very misleading. There was no sunset ride. We booked it for 12pm under the impression that we would be taken to the desert see the sunset on the camels and have a bbq dinner there. 👀👀 That was NOT the case. We were picked up yes- then driven twenty minutes if that down the road to a dusty piece of derelict land that had what looked liked tired and worn out camels but were actually, tired and worn out Dramahs- a camel with one hump. Then we were taken up and through the side roads through what would have been a nice green area but wasn’t and then stopped at a dirty river to take pictures!!! Afterwards we returned back to the starting point. The host was lovely and well meaning but his liveliness was wasted in this area. He was informative on the Dramahs too. We were then given some Moroccan tea and offered pictures of ourselves that were taken before as we alighted the Dramahs at the beginning. The Dramahs each have names and mine was called shnooky. The transfer driver had no time for us at all. We had bbq dinner included but it turned out to be a dinner at one mini market with loads of cats!!! He came back for us but we had no time to even look around and buy any souvenirs. His attitude was really poor. Overall I wouldn’t book this trip again.Written October 9, 2024
- U3820XLscottg0 contributionsGreat trip, many thanksGenuine trip, we were warned to be careful in who we selected for trips but these guys were great. No problems. Our guide took the time to take all the photos my girlfriend desired during the trip. Be aware Agadir is not in or near the Sahara desert. Some people we met were confused on this point. The people are locals who take you around the local area.Written October 8, 2024
- Lara H0 contributionsGreat visit - recommededEverything about this trip was faultless from the WhatsApp message the night before confirming the exact time and location for collection through to the smooth journey with very clean service stops in both directions. Lovely drive through the Atlas mountains with beautiful views on the way home of the sunsetting over them. We were worried that we would be obligated to spend all the time as a group and endure more demonstrations of Argan oil production which we have seen several times but our guide was very accommodating and we did the initial tour and then he took us to the main square whilst the Argan demo (which is about 30 mins long) was on and arranged a meeting place for 5pm so we had around 4 hours to ourselves. We enjoyed visiting places we have been to before and new places like the Secret Garden. A very relaxed enjoyable day timed to be back at the hotel by 9 in time for a late meal. Highly recommended.Written October 7, 2024

- Maria Eugenia C0 contributionsMy First Time in MarrakechExcellent all-day trip. Our guide was Maggi who could comfortably switch from French to English and German, telling us lots of interesting facts in geography, history, religion and stories about Moroccan culture. All whilst we were driven by very skilful Hassam 😀Written September 27, 2024
- OnAir222427305910 contributionsEnjoyedenjoyed this activity. It was very pleasant and the scenery was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this activity if you have plenty of energy and physical stamina, as this activity involves walking up and down rocks and climbing. Some of the rocks are slippery and quite high up. So it does feel scary. This activity is definitely not for the generation who has mobility issues or scared of heights etc. It's a very fun and enjoyable experience and the water is nice to swim in in although I didn't swim i just put my feet in. The tour guide was great and very helpful and gave a good internary of the area.Written September 26, 2024
- alirg110 contributionsGood experience with good priceGood experience visited botanic gardens at first didn’t think much of it, it wasn’t much bigger then someone’s backyard and tried few cosmetic and tea etc which wasn’t really at my interest but swimming in valley was good, take a good walking shoes with, it is 30 min hike and is not very smooth ground!! Some delays on pick in up and dropping of about couple of blocks from hotel only nags otherwise good tripWritten September 23, 2024
- chrobryknurek0 contributionsBreathtaking experience of nature20-30 min of a light trek that lead to an hour of bathing in the natural pools. The weather was great and because of it the whole experience was breathtaking. The guide knew the pool and its depth at different places which made us feel safe and secure.Written September 17, 2024
- trudyh3880 contributionsThe good points and the not such good points, sorry had to be honest! The drive up through the Atlas Mountains is stunning and the driver/guide was able to show us video's on his phone of some visitors from last February 2023 diving into the mountains melted snow which forms pools much further up the mountains than Paradise Valley. At Paradise Valley itself there was very little water, and the small pool by the cafes was stirred up and very dirty. I think the marketing should be clearer as we were not told there is practically no water pools due to little to no rain for the last 7 years in Agadir! You certainly don't need to trek up there in swimming costumes under your clothes!!! Guide was local and had good local knowledge but the Paradise Valley itself we found to be a let down. It is a run down, dry river bed sadly. Also noticed lots of cafe vendors just sitting drinking tea and doing very little, when the place required a deep clean / litter pick which clearly isn't a regular thing. Rubbish everywhere, just looks like another area that the human race has ruined sadly, not worth getting out of the car for in all honesty....Written September 13, 2024
- J1571LTkarolinab0 contributionsGood time during visit in Maroco/ Agadir. Must have during vacationReally good time during vacation. Received from hotel. Short visit in bothanic garden and next little walk to swimming. It was not hard for me ( but please- think if you are ready for walk in 30 degrease sun day). In my opinion a little short time on water- maybe 30 minutes more will be perfect ;) the views were really beautiful and what important- our guide was amazing. If this trip- only with Hussain. Man with big heart for animals and in this same time creating good contact with people. During walk- no other touristic group, so it was greate to feel "paradise life" I can recommend! - Senur B0 contributionsGreat day out to marrakech from start to end.A great day out to marrakech from agadir. Our excellent guide Akram informed us the night before a updated pick up time from the hotel. The coach arrived on time . Stopped en route to see and take photos of goats on trees and also a service station for a comfort break and refreshments. Akram gave us updates on the history of morroco from geography to different cultures. Also updated us on marrakech history and our itinerary for the day. On arrival he led us through the stopovers as stated on itinerary. We then stopped for a break for a chance to listen to how the argon oil is produced and other morrocan produce. You have a chance to buy if you want with no pressure to purchase. You can have lunch at a rooftop restaurant. Couscous who was a helper helped the group along the way to make sure not one got lost. The coach came and picked us up late afternoon and headed back to agadir with another stopover for comfort break. Rashim our coach driver was a great driver. Overall a great experience and we all agreed we felt safe with Akram around. I would highly recommend this to adults, parents with young and teenage children.Written September 1, 2024

Our guide, Mohammad was very knowledgeable about the history of Agadir and Morocco. He pointed out many things that we would not have noticed just walking around on our own. It was a really good way To get to know the city without getting suckered into only shopping at the market.
