About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- mnikhola0 contributionsExcellent trip to MarrakeshExcellent organisation of the trip. Akram was very knowledgable regarding the history of Agadir and Marrakech. The bus was comfortable, therefore we didn’t feel the travelling exhausging.Written November 25, 2024
- kieranmG7945VB0 contributionsGreat trip to Marrakech, thanks to our guide! On November 23rd, I went on a day trip to Marrakech and had an absolutely wonderful time. What truly made the experience unforgettable was our guide. Although I can’t remember his name, he was exceptional—so knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and kind. He engaged with everyone in such a thoughtful and genuine way, which made the trip even more enjoyable. It was a great experience, all thanks to him!Written November 25, 2024
- ydavidkchen0 contributionsExcursion of Moroccan landscapes, culture, and foodThis day tour begins with a trip to a fishing town by the Atlantic Ocean by a mini desert, followed by stops at Tiznit, a town with the “real” Moroccan vibes, then by a camel riding ground with beautiful small dunes. The lunch was at the top of a nearby city, and the two dishes were great. We then checked out the nearby Youssef Ben Tachfine Dam with panoramic views. On return, we stopped by a ceramics shop to watch the skilled craftsmen in action and shop on site. Throughout the journey, host Imham explained the history and background of the places well. Overall, this tour is a good way to spend a day in the Agadir area.Written November 25, 2024
- Mel T0 contributionsWorth the moneyGreat ride in the cable car up to the castle. Sadly the castle was closed by the time we made it up but it was still beautiful to walk around and amazing views.Written November 17, 2024
- ViewsOfAShetlander0 contributionsLovely TripThis cable car trip was excellent. It's a little out of the centre of Agadir so if you dont want to walk book a taxi. We chose to walk. The cable car itself offers wonderful views of the whole of Agadir and the harbour. Once you get to the top you are hounded by 'guides' trying to give you information which is already there, however, you can give them a little money and they will leave you alone. There is also camels up there which are cool to see. They are currently doing work to restore the castle up there, which will be amazing to see when it's done. The views are spectacular.Written November 13, 2024
- rapunzel860 contributionsGood way to see Marrakech in 1 dayThe guide was really good and accommodating and so was the transport. It was a great way to see the best part of Marrakech. I would note this isn’t a “small group” and at times it can be hard to hear the guide. It’s quite a mixed group so you tend to walk quite slowly to cater for the elderly.Written November 11, 2024
- denisecV6149TH0 contributionsHighly recommendedHighly recommend this day trip. Besides Marrakesh being an amazing place to visit, the guide we had for the day was outstanding - highly knowledgeable and made you feel safe in the chaos that is Marrakesh.Written November 5, 2024
- StaceyM21900 contributionsDesert ExperienceSuch an amazing trip with Abdellah!! Totally recommend it and a fabulous way to see some traditional Morocco. Amazing sand duning experience and Abdellah’s driving was superb, visiting Tiznit was like stepping back in time and once again Abdellah was on hand with all of the information. Finished off with a camel ride in the desert which was breath takingWritten November 3, 2024
- Matthew H0 contributionsMust doReally great. Polite friendly guide took photos for us and a lovely tea and biscuits to finish. Tick one off the bucket list.Written October 19, 2024
- BEARS V0 contributionsA must doReally enjoyed this experience. Could have easily caught a taxi to the Kasbah at the top, but where's the fun in that. Carriages are large and clean, and if it's not busy, you can manage to get in your own without having to share with strangers, which they charge extra for with the VIP carriages at a ridiculous price.Written October 17, 2024
- 305reiniss0 contributionsGreat experienceVery fun experience, interesting to see the desert and the way of life. Our guide was Simba ( Nourdine Benradia) very interactive and friendly taught us a lot and a pleasure to be with. Highly recommendWritten October 15, 2024
- BEARS V0 contributionsGreat day outYou can't come to Morocco without visiting Marakech, and this company does a good excursion. Guide was helpful and knowledgeable. The journey on the bus was long but comfortable, and we stopped for toilet and drink break. Marakech was bedlam, but we expected this. A little rushed through the souk but plenty of free time at end to go back in, if you dare. It's like a Warren and you WILL get lost.Written October 15, 2024
- timotejz4490 contributionsWould recommend a 100%Extremely good tour guide, informative, ensured everyone was safe, gave tips going around and very friendly. Comfy bus, good food, very pleasant experience overall. Highly recommend. The guide shows you around the market and points out interesting things and tells the story of Morocco. Did not feel boring or too long or too short.Written October 15, 2024
- terrysmith19700 contributionsExcellent tour of Marrakech (sans the sales pitch)This was an excellent tour. Communication was good; the travel was on time; the host was engaging and interesting; the bus was comfortable; the walk through the Medina was well organised and security chap kept us all looked after. We had a great day and this is a fantastic was to see Marrakech without the stress of doing it solo. The only thing that irked me slightly was the mid-tour sales pitch. We were told we would be visiting a woman's co-operative to hear more about how Argan oil is produced etc, but in reality, this was a nauseatingly long sales pitch in a room in the middle of the Medina. The only saving grace was that it was air-conditioned so provided a nice break from the heat. While it was interesting, it went on too long and was more about selling product than it was about educating. If this was a little shorter, I would have given 5 stars. I'll also add that the central square doesn't really come to life until 6pm and the tour leaves before then, so although you get to experience the Medina at its best, the central square is best visited in the evening. In in all however, I had a great day and highly recommend this tour.Written October 10, 2024
- Trek7804900 contributionsNo sunset in viewThe name of this excursion was very misleading. There was no sunset ride. We booked it for 12pm under the impression that we would be taken to the desert see the sunset on the camels and have a bbq dinner there. 👀👀 That was NOT the case. We were picked up yes- then driven twenty minutes if that down the road to a dusty piece of derelict land that had what looked liked tired and worn out camels but were actually, tired and worn out Dramahs- a camel with one hump. Then we were taken up and through the side roads through what would have been a nice green area but wasn’t and then stopped at a dirty river to take pictures!!! Afterwards we returned back to the starting point. The host was lovely and well meaning but his liveliness was wasted in this area. He was informative on the Dramahs too. We were then given some Moroccan tea and offered pictures of ourselves that were taken before as we alighted the Dramahs at the beginning. The Dramahs each have names and mine was called shnooky. The transfer driver had no time for us at all. We had bbq dinner included but it turned out to be a dinner at one mini market with loads of cats!!! He came back for us but we had no time to even look around and buy any souvenirs. His attitude was really poor. Overall I wouldn’t book this trip again.Written October 9, 2024

I do not recommend this tour to anyone.
The tour had to start at 8.30 am. The driver came by at 8 am, unannounced, and spoke only Arabic.
At 8.40 am he makes a stop at a gas station to fill the tank!!
From there we go to another meeting point with 4 minivans with more tourists (9.20 am) For the first time our guide appears to say hello.
At 9.50 am one more stop at an "Argan shop" The tour guide said we were going to visit a botanical garden (it's a lie) the place is an orchard of no more than 30 x 30 m2 with some aromatic herbs that you see in no more than 3 minutes, just to get the excuse to make you enter the argan shop for more almost 40 minutes.
At approx 10.10 am we leave and at 10.40 am we make another stop "to go to the toilet" (We just left minutes ago the argan shops and there were toilets there!
From 11:15 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. is the time you are finally in the place. (the time includes the walk going down and the walk back going up through a path that is not suitable for elderly people, children, people with knee problems, etc, as they are stones that make you slip down.
The so-called pounds" are dirty, cloudy ponds, almost dry and it was March! Imagine you take his tour in another month.
95% of the people who took the tour did not even get in the water. The pound is not big, swim?? 4 slaps is called swimming? the place was so small that 10 people would be crowded already.
At 2.15 pm back to Agadir.
The driver didn't drop me off at the hotel where he picked me up, but on a nearby street.
Don't do this tour, it's a waste of a day, terrible. The seats are very narrow and very uncomfortable.
If you have seen the Atlas mountains before or if you have taken a tour to the Atlas mountains from Marrakech, then this tour an hour and so away from Agadir is not worth it at all!!

We are a family of for from Ireland (children aged 13 & 10). We were based in Agadir for our holiday and wanted to explore Morocco.
After doing a trip through Ecolodge to Marrakesh (reviewed separately) we did not hesitate in booking the paradise valley 6/8/23 one and would not have chosen another provider. I sent many texts before and again they were so helpful and responsive. The mini coach collected us promptly at the agreed time and we joined two other coaches. There are a couple of pit stops on the way to take amazing panoramic photos and get refreshments.
Then there is a 25 min trek to paradise valley (wear closed toe comfortable shoes). We had amazing fun jumping into the lagoon and followed by Moroccan tea and snacks.
What made this experience so great was the guides they were amazing, helpful and professional. Hussain was the main guide - as a family he helped us so much, we had an additional trip booked after to the sand dunes and he brought us to an authentic restaurant to have amazing tagine, salad and freshly baked bread - we cannot thank him enough - tour guides such as him make these trips amazing and unforgettable which he did thank you!💛💛
**A request, there are local children when you commence the hike to the valley who get delight from being given some small sweets. The drivers kindly give them everyday but if you bring a little it will be gratefully received by the local children.**

Houcin took great care of us, having his phone number is like having a genie in Agadir, ask Houcin and he’ll make it happen; airport transfer, lifts for big groups, places to eat, quads and jet skis, anything you want.
Ahmed (I think) our driver, was the best driver we’ve seen in Morocco. We felt so safe the whole way, he was careful around the corners so nobody felt sick, put the ac on when we needed, and in general was a brilliant and cautious driver! Thank you for making us all feel so safe.
The trip itself was brilliant, full of surprises and worth every penny. Considering Paradise Valley hasn’t seen rain in 3 years, this place is still full of colour and has beautiful scenes to offer.
This is quiet a sporty trip, I would recommend decent shoes, sun cream, food and plenty of water!
Important note:
Bring some snacks, school supplies etc for the kids in the village. Even just some small change to buy at the shops before the village to get them chocolates. All the drivers do this and won’t ask you to spend your money as they’re too polite, but by the time you see what’s going on it’s too late to help!

Had a great day out, drive there was a little longer than I expected but worth it, Ibrahim was a good driver, between him and Houcine made it a good day out. Couple stops along the way, some nice botanical gardens and a small coffee/toilet stop. Good strong coffee for 80p!
Short little trek to the pool, (would have hoped for more hiking but I imagine can book different tours for that)
Based on other photos I think people expect something different, maybe different time of year/different areas may offer different experience?
For me was a good day out, Houcine was informative on the walk down, I drank from natural springs, jumped into fresh (very cold!) water, had an impromptu photo shoot! All around worth the £20 just to get out of the hustle for a few hours, maybe very lucky it was quite there.
The love and generosity of Ibrahim and Houcine towards to local kids makes it worth it.
I recommend giving it a go but go with open mind it may not be what you expected, but still a fun day out and back in time for a late lunch.

Nice, very pleasant and relaxing place 45 minutes from Agadir. Not as much water as promised and has been for years but you can still swim and dive (be careful it's slippery). The problem is that everyone is there at the same time. Instead, take the time to eat a tagine with your feet in the water upstream.
The price for the excursion is exaggerated because it is only a shuttle that drops you off in paradise via one of the many cooperatives where you will be tempted to buy (expensive) quality products. I recommend renting a car or taking a large white taxi which for half the family price (300/400 dhs) will take you there. On site you will pay a young person who will guide you if you wish and you will have plenty of time to enjoy.

Paradise Valley is a very easy recommendation for anyone staying in Agadir, just be prepared for potentially extreme heat. On our visit the guide informed us it was about 46°C, so prepare accordingly for a small hike and swim in high heat.
The tour bus picked us up from the hotel on time, and drove us up into the hills. The bus stopped four times. The first was at a small botanical garden with a small shop attached, with a tour of the plants there and a demonstration of the products made from those plants. The next stop was at a spot high in the valley for a panoramic photo opportunity. The third was at a small shop (cash only) where the guide recommended getting cold bottled water, a suggestion I would highly recommend following if you have not already brought some with you.
The final stop was by some houses where the buses parked in the shade and we were brought on a twenty to twenty five minute walk down into the valley. We walked to a swimming spot with a little drinks shack. The water was very cool and refreshing and you could jump from the rocks into the water with relative safety, as it is pretty deep the further into it you go (deeper than 2 meters at the very least). We got to relax and enjoy this beautiful spot for thirty to forty minutes before walking back, for which we wet our clothes dried off pretty thoroughly before we reached the bus for the drive back.
The whole tour was very relaxed and pleasant, with a nice view into a part of Morocco we had not seen. The guides were very nice and when one woman got into trouble from overheating (she had not gotten into the water, was wearing close fitting black clothes, and was refusing water) they knew what to do to cool her down.
We were returned back to our hotel by 15:00, about an hour later than scheduled, more due to the overheating incident than anything else.
This is a very worthwhile tour for those who like a little bit of relaxed adventure, just please, prepare appropriately for the weather.

A must go on excursion when staying in Agadir! We were picked up directly from the hotel Ahmad, he was very punctual and messaged us beforehand , very welcoming and friendly throughout the day
Took a short drive to the botanical gardens for a tour round and then a delicious honey tasting and testing of the homemade cosmetics and such before continuing the trip up the atlas mountains where we stopped off for a quick panoramic photo.
Shortly after we arrived in the small village near the paradise valley where Houcine and Ahmad gave us chance to by some drinks and a snack.
Ahmad also bought loads of treats and snacks for all the local children which was very heartwarming!
A walk through the beautiful valley, seeing the olive grove and following the valley stream we arrived at the secluded spot in the heart of the valley where we could swim, cliff jump and relax with a small cafe.
All in all a must do if your staying in the area.
I'd recommend comfy shoes for the walk though as obviously a walk through a rocky valley isn't for flip flops and plenty of fluids - was a very hot day and a couple of guests struggled

Our tour guide picked us up on schedule, he was friendly and talkative the whole time. He really made sure we all had a good time and got involved, getting to know each of us on the journey there aswell. The views were incredible, we had stops at small shops and picture spots along the way where he took pictures for everyone. He spoke multiple different languages to communicate with all of his customers (English, French and German!) and also looked after the locals who were all very lovely and gave us cold water bottles to cool down for free on the way home. We had an amazing day! Would definitely do it again and recommend to anyone who likes to see the nature side and especially to people who love to swim!! Thanks to our tour guide for an unforgettable experience, he made it very special 💗

Our experience at Paradise Valley was second to none! Great views, an amazing hike and breaktaking scenery which we will forever cherish!
We managed to swim in a little lake full of small fish that will happily nibble at your feet if they stay put (feet cleaners).
Hussain, Our tour guide, was very upbeat, energetic, great humour and informative about the excursion. He stops off twice on the way to Paradise valley for:
1) Argan oil making process tour - you can also have a toilet break there if need be.
2) Shop stop - so you can buy your water/snacks for the day.
Half way through the excursion there is a restaurant set up in between the river and lake where you can have lunch (must be booked with Hussain beforehand) and cup of fresh Moroccan mint tea.
We managed to witness some frogs, fish and a random small snake on during the excursion.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely do it again. Highly recommended.

This excursion was a complete rip off, all the pictures you see in the advert, you are not going to be seen on this trip. And this us how your day will upfold.
Pick up at 0830, then a 1 hour drive to a shop which sells beauty products, this will also include a tour of the shops garden, which will last approximately 40 minutes.
Then a 35 minute drive to another shop, for a 20 minute break for toilet and coffee.
Then a 10 minute drive to the start of the trek.
You then head off on your trek, approximately a 30 minute walk, you reach an area where you will stop foir 30 minutes, you can jump into a small bit of water, if thier is any, take a few pictures, then promptly head back to the vehicle. End of tour.
This is no more than a taxi rude out into the country, no information on the area, and where you going. Paradise valley? More like paradise lost!

We do not know why a person would waste his time opening a new Tripadvisor account to write a story that is all lies and slander about a journey that everyone witnesses as successful. And what? Write one comment. Really wow
3 days ago there were stormy rains and snow in Agadir and in the Atlas Mountains, and you're saying that there is little water in the Valley of Paradise, this is impossible and great evidence of your deliberate lying
This comment is full of hatred and envy
From this platform, I invite all visitors to buy this product and come to enjoy nature and the Atlas Mountains and visit Paradise Valley
Do not pay attention to the one-star comments, as they always come from envious and spiteful competitors who never wish us well.
We assure everyone that the Valley of Paradise has water and visitors can swim. We also invite everyone to go with us on this exciting trip. If the trip is the opposite of what we are advertising, we will refund your money.
Welcome everybody
