Booked as part of secret escapes for a four day trek down to the Sahara and back. Mohammed was the absolute man, guiding us expertly from A to B. Not once did we feel unsafe on what can be crazy roads in Morocco. He pointed out all the attractions and sites on route and was always ready to have a laugh with our little group. Our driver Aissam made the trip very safe for us and he made sure that we will have a wonderful experience during the long drives by pointing out important areas along the trip. We learned more from him about Morocco than our actual tour guides.

In the last fortnight we have returned from a week's Secret Escapes holiday in Morocco which involved a five day tour of the royal cities starting and finishing in Marrakech. We were lucky to spend the entire five days in the wonderful company of our kind driver, Aissam Alloub. Aissam was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, always smiling and charming, he drove us smoothly, comfortably and safely from place to place, always keeping us informed and always planning ahead. At each destination we would always be greeted by the guides, who were also excellent. However, the key point here is that the guides all knew and spoke highly of Aissam, how well organised he was and how there was an absolute focus on everything happening as it should and for the benefit of the client. We always felt we were in the very best hands. Aissam has clearly been building and maintaining his professional network to ensure excellent client service and we were very impressed at every step of our journey. Went on a tour to the Sahara Desert with a night's camp. The experience was unforgettable!! I have never experienced such calm and beauty. Our driver Ayoub was the best driver and guide we have ever had. I cannot thank him enough for how special he made the tour. He is from the Sahara himself and shared his culture with us, providing insights into the places and berber items. He was such a kind driver and took care of all of, making sure we were all comfortable and enjoying our time together. Thank you Ayoub!!!

Jallal is very honest and reliable taxi driver. He is a lovely man and a safe driver. He ensures that safety of all is the main focus. We had a passenger who suddenly became unwell and upon the request from her husband he stopped at the Pharmacy and ordered a taxi to take them back to the hotel. He speaks Arabic, French and English. He was also helping colleagues by translating between customers. I would 100% definitely recommend him and wouldn't think twice about using him again. He is an absolute gem. What an amazing experience! Ayoub was our driver, but he was much more than that. His English was excellent and his knowledge and communication of the history and landmarks was fantastic. He was very accommodating and we formed a great bond during our transfer! We will be back soon for our Sahara experience!

Our trip was great, we had a guide who had good local knowledge and funny. He had good driving skills through the busy city and windy mountain road. He was also respectable and polite mannered.

We traveled to Merzouga from Marrakech on a 3-day trip with Barouma Tours and it has really been a spectacular experience. Stopping at places like Ait Ben Hadou, Dades Valley or the Todra Valley and enjoying the unique landscapes along the way. But without a doubt the best thing was the arrival in Merzouga and the entrance to the desert on a quad and the subsequent ride on a camel watching the sunset. The night in the deluxe tent was incredible and being able to enjoy that unique starry sky is unforgettable. We will certainly repeat but spending more days in the desert. We were very lucky to have Nourdin from Red City Tours as our driver who was not only a driver but also our baraka during the trip as he always made sure that we were all well and that we were all received at our destinations.

We did a tour through Barouma Tours from Marrakech to Merzouga and then up to Fez. It was fantastic. Ayoub was our guide and driver and he showed us all sides of Morocco on the journey. From the passes of the Atlas Mountains to the kasbah of Ait Benhaddou to the Sarahan dunes of Merzouga, Ayoub provided context and background to everything we were seeing. We especially enjoyed meeting Ayoub’s family on the way from Merzouga to Fez Barouma put together a great tour for us with comfortable places to stay, and Ayoub was our friendly, smart, fun guide who saw us through the journey.
