Our driver was waiting to pick us up at the airport. We had a nice chat on the way to our hotel accommodation. The van was nice and clean and quiet new. The return trip to the airport was with another driver named Chris. He was very talkative and interreacted with the passengers. His knowledge was outstanding. We really enjoyed his company. As I am sure the others did. Thank you, Speedishuttles. Would definitely recommend your services again

For our arrival in Hawaii, the service we received was superb. Very timely, and professional. There was a representative at the airport, holding a sign, to help us navigate. It was the perfect beginning and ending of accommodations as we celebrated our wedding anniversary and my husband's birthday. When it was time to go home, the island of Maui was burning. We called to see if we could be picked up a little earlier from the hotel, so that could release the room back to the hotel for those in need. SpeediShuttle Service made it happen. It was a seemless, painless experience all way around. I totally recommend the services, and won't hesitate to use them again.

Do not use this service! They are unreliable and irresponsible. I booked a ride for my mother from a hotel in Honolulu to the Airport. The booking was for 8:00 pm. They somehow changed it to 8:00 am. When I asked them to rectify their mistake and I included a screenshot of the confirmation email with the correct time for proof. They refused and in fact confirmed that their dispatcher said it was for the morning. I then requested for a refund. They have not responded. This company has terrible customer service and obviously terrible business practices.

I booked round trip airport to resort transfers with SpeediShuttle. They quickly sent confirmations to our two groups and made sure to follow the arrival of our flights. They were there promptly to pick us up and transfer us to our hotel quickly and comfortably. Their drivers were also polite and courteous. Same thing for our return trips from our resort to the airport. I would use this company again in the future. Thank you!

Booked return transfers Kona to airport First transfer on arrival didn’t turn up, so after following them up and sitting on hold for 20min they finally turned up 50min late. Second transfer back to airport never turned up. We called to ask where they were after 10min late to be told they had come and gone and we were a no show. I was like ‘what, is that a joke?!!’ We had been standing at front of hotel as per their pick up instructions with 1000 pieces of luggage (as you do with small kids) next to the head concierge. I explained to them we had been there the whole time. We even had the head concierge next to me to speak with them to verify that we had been there the whole time and they also hadn’t seen a speedishuttle come through. They didn’t care and refused to come pick us up. We ended up having no choice but to get an Uber to the airport and then were told to contact speedishuttles customer service to for a refund. Since following up they have denied us a refund and are now completely unresponsive. Even though we have a witness from the hotel who can verify we were there and no shuttle came through…..they are now just unresponsive despite multiple follow ups. Expensive lesson to learn. Do not recommend, upon sharing my experience I have now heard this seems to be a common occurrence with this service, same story of no show and scamming peoples money with no refund.

I reserved and paid for our private shuttle months ago (round trip) for our family of 7. SpeediShuttle was provided our flight information. When we arrived I came across a women with a sign and went over to get our lei greeting. She mentioned we go outside once we have our luggage and find a women on the right side. We found the women, who was on the phone and waited. After about 10-15 minutes she finally got off the phone. I gave her my name and she wrote the time down. We were on a list and she didn’t know how long the wait would be. After 30 minutes I went back to the women and was told she didn’t know how much longer it would be but we could share a ride with someone else leaving now. We did. So why book a private transfer if they don’t have a vehicle on standby in close proximity to the airport. It would have been faster and cheaper to grab two taxis. Nothing speedy about SpeediShuttle. Never using them again.

Leg 1: Airport to hotel. I was waiting at the airport for over an hour to be picked up. I followed the instructions from the company but no staff member with a sign was in the airport. I phoned the company who then sent someone to pick me up. Due to dropping me off last, it took another hour for me to get to the hotel. Hawaiin Airlines uses a different terminal so I do wonder if that had something to do with it. A few days after this, speedi shuttles started deducting random amounts of money out of my account without authorisation! Even though I had already paid for the return trip + gratuity in full. When I emailed them about it, they said they would get back to me and never did, despite me emailing them multiple times to check in. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get the money back. Still haven't heard from speedi shuttles. Leg 2: hotel to airport. I was pleasantly surprised that they picked me up on time. No issues on the return trip.

We needed pick up after we turned our car rental in back to our hotel. Speedie shuttle was right on time. On our morning of departure the 4:30 a.m. pick up was again perfect. Right on time. Our driver was amazing. She was fun and so informative. We will definitely be using them again.

Per the communications from the company, we were led to believe that they would meet us at our baggage claim. They did not. After 10 minutes on hold they gave us directions on where to walk, to meet the shuttle. We then waited an additional 15 minutes for a shuttle. We were then dropped off towards the back of our resort, after being packed into their van with 12 other people. It is much easier and cheaper to take a taxi, like Charley's Taxi Service. We canceled our return trip with Sir Not Speedi. No thank you.

Definitely do not use. We were waiting where we were told to and our driver never showed up. Called the number they gave us and received directions to a pick up area outside of the airport. We waited there for at least an hour. They take more people then can actually fit. The van is very very tight and does not seem safe at all. There isn’t even enough room to buckle. Driver doesn’t seem okay to drive and overall the ride is a very scary experience. We are canceling the round trip part because we would actually like to make our plane. If you choose Speedi Shuttle you are a moron.

This service was absolutely awful. We had to wait almost an hour because our driver decided to take a break instead of pick us up at the correct baggage claim gate. We then had to walk to the other side of the airport to continue to wait because they did not have enough drivers to fit our needs. The service is anything but speedy, attentive, or even something I would consider a taxi service. Don’t pick this group.

They were grossly understaffed and did NOT plan transportation properly. There were about 40 people waiting and only 1 shuttle. Some had been waiting over an hour. The shuttle greeter said they would not be able to take us but they could get us a car in about an hour or we could cancel. We canceled. I tried to call the office but was hung up on after being on hold. We wound up taking a Uber which was cheaper, friendlier and more economical. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They did not notify the driver we had canceled the return and they did not give us a refund (minus the lei welcome as we had that - about 35 dollars).

I am a travel agent that booked 2 family transfers through Viator. Speedi Shuttle refused to honor prices listed on Viator at the last minute. DO NOT BOOK Speedi shuttle!!! I would give them -10 stars!

Totally disorganised and shambolic Arrived after a long flight to the shuttle area - all the other companies were there but the woman from Speedi had disappeared leaving her trolly and sign board. After 15 minutes and calling the company she turned up. Then moved us to another spot. All the passengers there after 5 minutes, but no shuttle. Then it turns up 15 minutes later so 35 mins after the designated pick up time. Then it stops to try to pick up more people. So 40 minutes and we have not left the airport. Should be call Shambles Shuttle not Speedi. All passengers irritated at the start of what should be a relaxed holiday. Recommend you get a taxi off the rank next time. Aloha

Scammers! I booked my reservation thought Speedi Shuttle online for an airport ride from Kona airport to my hotel. That went smoothly but when I looked at my reservation, they double booked it so charged me twice. I did not know that Go Shuttle charges you or has something to do with it. From there Kona Taxi was subcontracted to pick us up. When I called Speedi Shuttle to get the mistake charge for the double booking fixed, they sent me to Go Shuttle and Go Shuttle requires an order number, not reservation number, which I don't have and denies all charges or even looking for the reservation. Go Shuttle is on my credit card bill so I have no idea how you can deny that you charged me double besides scamming people! I called Speedi Shuttle and they said they'd fix it and send me an email. I got no email so called again 5 days later and the same thing happened! I believe they send you in circles on purpose. Now I am contesting though my credit card company. I would not book with a company like this again. Check your credit card charges. This company probably expects people not to check.
