I'm an international traveller. I booked the shuttle to take me to my Waikiki hotel from the airport. There was no information provided in the e-ticket or emails regarding where to meet the shuttle. I spoke with a very kind man who was directing taxis who called Fly Shuttle as I couldn't (as I couldn't make international calls). They told me to go to Pick-Up 3. I was there 10 minutes before the allotted pick-up time. The shuttle arrived 35 minutes after the pick-up time. There was no apology for running late. There was no conversation. Driver spent time on his phone while driving. I was disappointed in this service.

Good service for a airport shuttle. Easy to connect with upon arrival. Quick drop off at my hotel by courteous driver.

The ride was pleasant however we were greeted by a representative that would not help with baggage that took us to a bench outside and said someone would be there to pick us up in about ten minutes. After sitting there about 30 minutes I called the company and they stated it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. Our driver was very nice and helpful. After an 11 hour flight we were not very happy with the waiting.

The pick up was excellent and everything was done on time. The driver was very nice and make sure that our bags was secured.

Initially the driver wasn’t at the airport however after a phone call, the driver appeared in a very short space in time. I wouldn’t hesitate to travel with them again.

Fantastic service and overall experience! I rang the day before to confirm my booking with no issues. On arrival, when I rang to confirm I was outside the airport, the lady on the phone gave me great instructions on where to go to meet the driver. I only had to wait for about 10 mins and was picked up and dropped off at my hotel with no issues. Highly recommend this service. I’ll be using them again.

Pick up from the airport was a bit late and confusing but delivery was good, although address was off by one driveway—close but missed by one driveway.

I would have given 5 stars as driver was prompt & courteous. Nowhere on the confirmation document or booking site advised the shuttle leaves from Pre-booked shuttle pick-up terminal 2. It was just 50-100metres from terminal 1 This information was supplied from another shuttle company salesperson.

Very good driver and very nice!! Easy pick up spot and lots of room in the van and unloaded our luggage for us.

It was late and after 2 phone calls it FINALLY arrived at the pickup spot 25 minutes passed the due time!

The guy picked up us at the airport was on time, friendly, but he didn’t explain enough (at least not to everybody in the same group) about where the shuttle bus will be. So we waited for a long while, and learned that the bus had been parked at the opposite end of the parking lot. The bus driver didn’t come to look for us. The driver loaded our suitcases in unstable way, so when he opened the back door, one of my friends’ suitcase fell onto the ground. He did not apologize for that. As a simple transportation service, it was ok. But since we were there for vacation and wanted to start our trip in a happy mood, this mediocre shuttle service didn’t deliver what we expected.

They met us at baggage claim took us to where we had to wait about 5 minutes for the shuttle to puck us up. This was relaxing start.

Price was extremely reasonable. Nice and efficient driver, actually arrived early Vehicle was clean and comfortable. Will definitely use again

Great driver who entertained us throughout a busy drive conveying info. A few passengers did not understand the 'hang loose' spirit; one can only hope by the end of their stay they get it!
