Everyone from checkin onward was exceptionally kind. The outrigger canoe experience of scattering my sister’s ashes was a special event. The three guys in the canoe were so caring and considerate. This was a wonderful tribute to my sister.

I stayed at Sheraton Waikiki and Waikiki Beach services provided the services at the pool. I hired a Cabana for 9 days and it was sensational. The Staff were so attentive, friendly, helpful. The pool area is fantastic but made better by the staff - well done Sarah, Rusty, Tyler and all the other staff.

Outrigger canoeing was great fun! We hired a private 1 hour charter of an outrigger which was more cost effective and we had an absolutely brilliant time. We had kids from 7 to 14 and they all loved it. We saw a large turtle swimming around which was pretty special given how busy Waikiki beach is all through the day.

We have rented here several times. We reserved before our trip for four days, two sets each time. So worth it for some shade from the Hawaiian sun. It is first come, first choice so if you are picky with where you want to sit (first, second, third row) then you must get in line before 7AM. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will rent again.

This was amazing - we got to reserve everything online weeks in advance-our umbrellas, chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, body boards, etc. Checking in and getting everything was quick and easy. The workers there were knowledgeable, enthusiastic , kind, and really helpful. They helped our day be fun and successful. Thanks so much!

I had a private surf lesson with Mike. At 62 surfing was on my bucket list and Mike was the perfect person to get me there. Kind, patient, thorough are just a few words to describe Mike. I would highly recommend a private lesson so you can enjoy some conversation with this outstanding person.

This is a great way to spend the day at the beach. Lots of relaxation in the sun and plenty of time to play in the ocean. Reserved spot makes it easy.

I had scheduled an afternoon lesson for me and my teenage daughters. Unfortunately, we could no longer make my scheduled time. However, the staff was so kind and accommodating and allowed us to have our lesson earlier that day. Mason did such a great job instructing us and helping us. He was outstanding! In addition, we loved the pictures the photographer took of all of us. I’d give them all a 10/10. Thanks again!

This review is strictly for the chair umbrella rental. The reservation clearly states it's from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We arrived late for our chair as our flights were delayed. We arrived at 4 p.m. and the desk attendants said " we are not going to give you the chair" we are closing at 4:30 p.m. and after I told them my reservation clearly says the reservation time is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. so I have an hour left to use the chair, they made me feel so uncomfortable and they were rude and they said " you have 15 mins to use" after finally telling them that's what the reservation time was so for. They couldn't find my reservation at first either. We were literally chased out of the umbrella at 4:30 p.m. This is unacceptable! Staying at the Sheraton, we should not be treated like cattle! The hotel itself is so impersonal and big and then to arrive to a reserved chair that you are chased out of. Please keep in mind, sunset isn't until like 7 p.m. so you are left with no chairs for 2 hours. The service was unacceptable.

Really impressed with their surfing instruction for our 10 year old child. They loved every second of both lessons.

The staff and out Captain was very respectful for my moms burial at sea. They got amazing photos for us. I can’t say enough good things about Hawaii Beach Service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Terri Sanderson

The staff and the instructor were great with my two kids. Unfortunately the waves were very small that day but the instructor stayed longer that day to ensure the kids had enough waves to be able to have a great time.

The girls loved the surfing lessons they had a great time. The instructor was nice and knowledgeable. He was patient with first time surfers they had a ball!

Super easy to reserve online ahead of our visit. Bummed you have to get in line to pick your spot (first come, first choice) but overall a great experience and will definite use again.

I hope this message is to, or gets forwarded to the supervisor for both Dane and Tyler. I had a surfing lesson today with Dane. I got there early and hung around with Tyler for a while to get some pointers and the lay of the land. He was very personable and sweet, and a good representative for you guys. Then I met Dane, and we began our land lesson, where he was clear, helpful and covered the needed subject until I was comfortable with the instructions. Let me say, I ama 69 year old woman, who was pretty nervous about the whole thing, but in reasonable shape, and a frequent swimmer. So, up for the adventure, but also a little scared! Dane was absolutely wonderful, reassuring and he literally towed me out to the waves after my neck kind of gave out with the paddling. I can't express how kind and supportive he was and I felt encouraged to keep trying to get up (difficult given a sore and constrained hip). He was always looking out for my safety and my limits. And after each faceplant, I was still laughing and enjoying every minute of it. I did get up for a few seconds and really, loved it so much, if we were not leaving tomorrow, I would book another lesson. Just wanted to let you know that you have two lovely employees and I hope they both grow and prosper with your company. Solid guys. Thanks so much for this very cool experience!
