Everything really was our favorite. Snorkeling, seeing turtles and fish swimming, watching whales, meeting Captain Skeeter, Skipper Jason, and international people from New York City. Wine! Great lunch!

Captain Skeeter and Lauren selected a great snorkel spot for us! Saw turtles, and eel and cool fish. Had a yummy box lunch and Lauren provided great service making sure everyone had drinks and whatever was needed. Best part of the day was seeing a Mama and baby whale breeching right by the boat. Wonderful only having 8 passengers and Skeeter customized our time based on what the group wanted to do. Great day on the water!

This has gotta be one of the best snorkeling trips I’ve ever experienced. The waves were nice and calm which allowed me to not get sea sick. The fish were plentiful, in great variety and vibrant. The lunch that was served was excellent and there was enough food for snacks later. All props to Captain Steve and first mate Nate as they made this voyage an unforgettable one.

We have gone out with scotch mist numerous times and have always had a truly amazing time. We booked fairly far in advance and were looking forward to bringing our son for the first time. Amazed, mad, disappointed and gobsmacked are the words I would use right now to describe how I feel. I received a text at 4:27 pm asking me to call a random number about my snorkel tour at 8:30 am. I ended up calling a generic line where they informed me our tour was canceled and they “didn’t know why and to refund our money or maybe they could take us out next Wednesday.” The weather is supposed to be gorgeous so that couldn’t be it. I asked for a number I could call to talk directly to them…if it was a number of people going issue I was ready to pay for whatever extra they needed etc. Shocking they closed at 4:00pm so there was no one to talk to. Sadly we won’t get to introduce our son to the scotch mist….and unfortunately they lost a loyal customer and referral. If there was a good reason we are understanding people….but the whole bummer to be you attitude with no explanation, no attempt to make it right just pushed my disappointment honestly to mad.

I am writing this because of an attitude of complete indifference that the owners displayed when canceling our sailing tour with only an email (at 7:30 the night before) via email. When we read the email the next morning standing at their slip, it didn’t even say canceled. It said to call. So odd they didn’t take the time to call the one customer they had booked. It is our last day in Maui & we checked out & drove 45 minutes to stand at a closed business. He said it was not worth it to bring us out because no one else signed up and then offered another tour some other day. He said he texted us (not true) when all he really needed to do was call. We received no text. He literally could care less. I was so excited to introduce my new wife to sailing. Being we fly out this afternoon and also checked out of our hotel early for this trip, we are now just sitting in town trying to figure out what to do. Where I come from, you don’t do business like that. They could really care less. I would avoid this business if possible. Clearly they don’t care if they waste your time. It’s all about the money.

Jason--my apology for the breakdown in communication. Our POS automatically sends emails and texts tothe cell phones of our guests WHEN we have access to that info from the larger booking companies if they provide that info and guests lodging location to us; but most time they do NOT. This complicates contacting guests in the event of cancellations for weather, storm warnings, mechanical problem or even the very infrequent single party booking--all of which require transfers to another cruise or day. When we have the guest info, our Reservation Dept, calls and texts directly to the guest.--not computer generated. We really try to get in touch. Sorry for the breakdown in communication this time. Aloha.

We actually sailed! Many sailing excursions just turn the engine on and motor. We sailed and as saillra this was a fun sail. With real wind and blat speed we fleq throughbthe beautiful water.

The Captain showed up just before time to leave. The tide was going out and the keel was too deep to get the boat out. Obviously, the captain knew what the tides would be that morning. He cancelled the trip. We were told we’d get a refund, but it has not happened yet.

Our family of 4 went out today for the morning snorkel. It was a great time had by all. Captain Steve and Mate Nate were the best. They were super helpful and informative about Maui history. Great lunch and drinks were provided. Highly recommend!

The sailing was quiet and beautiful with multiple whale sightings. Appreciated the motorless-quiet of sailing. The crew were engaging and helpful; water and snacks quite nice. The snorkeling was wonderful; saw many green sea turtles. Thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip. Would go again in a heartbeat.

A short sail to an excellent spot for snorkeling, where we even saw sea turtles in the water with us. This was followed by a leisurely sail under wind power. Included lunch was a bonus. Captain Steve and mate Nate were very helpful and informative. Juice, soft drinks, and beer were freely provided.
