Excellent staff and captain!!! Had plenty of time to see amazing sea life while snorkeling and also many whales along the way.

Such an amazing experience! We got to see so many turtles and whales. Garrett and Esteban were so funny and knowledgeable. It's nice having a smaller size to snorkel with so you're not on top of each other in the water. Will definitely be booking this excursion again!!

Wow, what a way to begin our trip to Maui! Garrett & Estéban of Maui Reef Adventures hosted us on a trip to Molokini Crater to snorkel & swim with turtles, and it was amazing! We also caught several humpback whale mamas & babies swimming & breaching on our way back to the harbor♥️ Our hosts were kind & funny, but safety was their first concern. Captain Garrett shared his extensive knowledge of everything sea-related about Maui, which was great. We were a smaller group - maybe 25 people - which made for a more personalized experience. My adult sons & I loved everything about this experience!

This experience was worth every penny. Our guides, Captain Garrett and Estevan (not sure of the spelling) were a joy to spend the day with. We even had a short finale of whale watching. I highly recommend.

What an awesome trip. Comfortable boat. The captain and crew were great, very attentive to their visitors. Their guidance made for an excellent trip. The naturalist really knew her stuff. Molokini is jaw dropping, and then all the turtles, AND THEN ALL THE WHALES!!

We had a great time! Weather was perfect for us. Very little wind. We found the boat/tour to be an ideal size. Not a huge group, but also not a tiny boat. Crew was friendly, helpful, and informative. We stopped a couple times on the way out and back in to watch whales -- a nice bonus! Saw several turtles at the cove. The water at the crater is unbelievable! It would be worth the trip even if you didn't see any fish. If you have a GoPro or underwater camera, you might catch the sounds of whales singing too. Highly recommend this tour!!

Great trip. Not too many people so relaxed. Garrett and Esteban freely shared their knowledge of the wildlife. Fast boat allowed for maximum maneuverability when whales were spotted. Highly recommend Maui Reef Adventures.

Excellent trip Beautiful Fish wonderful guys, Esteban, and Garrett! Snorkel excellent, turtles terrific! Played such lovely music, 🎶 whales 🐳 popping up right and left, whales flirting and breaching where they stop just for our enjoyment!

We went out on the boat today and had an absolutely AMAZING day!!! We were able to see tons of Humpback whales, swim with many green sea turtles and snorkeled in the crystal clear Molokini Crater! Captain Ryan was so knowledgable and was excited to share it with us. This tour far exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to return next year!!!

Captain Brad and Esteban were fantastic. They took us to see humpback whales, sea turtles, and amazing snorkeling spots. Even though waves and winds were too high to safely snorkel the crater, they took us to fantastic alternative reefs where sea life was abundant.

We had an unbelievable experience. Ryan and Ernesto were terrific guides. Ryan was very knowledgeable about the aquatic life. He dropped a speaker in the water and we heard the whale songs! Highly recommend Maui Reef Adventures!

Will definitely be back! We had an amazing time with Maui Reef Adventures! Our crew of Captain Ryan, Esteban and Jen took great care of us. They were all extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and knew how to attend to all experience levels. The boat was spacious and comfortable with plenty of seats and handled the ocean conditions with ease! Nothing better than going full speed past all the bigger boats.

What an absolutely perfect day! From start to finish, the experience was unforgettable. Our boat crew went above and beyond—they were not only professional but also hilarious, keeping everyone entertained and making the trip even more enjoyable. We managed to check off everything on our wish list: spotting majestic sea turtles gliding gracefully through the water, catching breathtaking glimpses of whales in the distance, and experiencing the crystal-clear visibility within the stunning Molokini Crater. The vibrant coral reefs were teeming with a huge variety of colorful fish, making it feel like we were swimming in an underwater paradise. To top it all off, we met a lovely family from Munich and had a great time chatting and sharing stories with them. Even the food on board exceeded expectations—it was fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to refuel after snorkeling. This day truly had it all—adventure, beauty, and wonderful connections!
