  • Must have closed-toed shoes with a heel strap (NO HIGH HEELS). Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs. Athletic or hiking shoes are required. NO Teva’s, Keene’s, Crocs, Skeletoes or Sketcher Shapers allowed on the course.
  • Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers

  • COVID-19 PROCEDURES: Our equipment is cleaned and sanitized between each tour. Please fill out your waiver online in advance! one waiver per participant. Masks are required in our office and during equipment set up. If you are experiencing COVID-like symptoms, please do not come to participate.

We had to cancel last minute because my wife's father had a medical emergency that necessitated us cutting our trip short. The tour operator was very understanding, accommodating and helped us receive our refund no questions asked. We travel to Maui at least once a year and we'll definitely be booking with 5 Line Jungle when we return in November. Madison, if you read this, THANK YOU!

Awesome experience!

We were first-time zipliners, and DJ and Eryn (and the whole team) took very good care of us. They were kind, patient, professional, and diligent about safety, plus shared some fun facts about the flora as we went from line to line. The lines themselves are great, starting with a "bunny hill" to get the jitters out. Good photos, too, on line 5. Overall, a great experience and worth the drive from Lahaina.

Super fun experience and definitely worth it for the kids

We had great guides and they made ziplining fun for everyone in the group. We signed up for the 5 lines but were able to pay an additional amount to do the 8 lines once we found that our kids loved it, which was definitely worth it. Only doing the 5 lines would make the experience short and not worth it. Thank you Jungle Zipline!!

Had a blast with fun guides!

My wife, sister and I took our mom as part of my parents 50th anniversary trip. Ziplining was always something my mom wanted to do as a bucket item list, but was always afraid to do. We did the 5 line tour rather than the 8, but my 73 yr old mother had so much fun that she probably would've done the 8. Our guides Alex and Faith were excellent, gave mom much assurances that everything was safe and to sit back and enjoy the ride. There is a little bit of a walk between lines, but I've experienced much longer at other places. The worst part, if anything, is just trying to get there. You take the Road to Hana and just past the town of Jaws you go down a one-lane road and it is super tight to get into the parking area. But that's about it. Would highly recommend.

They put the LINE in ZIPLINE!
Please note. A 41 yr old male, 39 yr old, and a 68 yr old female. First time actually doing this entertainment. “When in Rome”, right? Great experience, safe experience, and totally a good time. We all enjoyed it and would give it a “would recommend to friends and family”.

Great experience for three generations!

We had the best time today. It was three generations - my grandma, who is 81, my mother (56), and I (28). Ryan and Kim were incredibly supportive and helpful, helping my grandma feel independent while keeping her safe. She said it was the highlight of her trip. Thank you Jungle Zip Maui!

Great for first timers

Kim and Ryan were fabulous! Was my 82yr old moms first time .... bucket list item. Very safety conscious. Explained things very well. Listened to any concerns and very patient.
Got done with 5 lines and mom wished there was more 😀
Great first experience. And for those that have done before Kim had suggestions to make a little more adventurous
Mom really enjoyed signing the wall when she was done as well.
Would recommend for anyone with elder first timers or even younger ones
The younger ones do have age restrictions so please check into as well as weight restrictions for all

Had a blast ziplining under pouring rain

We left Kaanapali under a bright sun. As we neared this side of the island, clouds started to form. By the time we grabbed harness, it was pretty clear that we were in for a real fun under tropical rains. Most others grabbed poncho but we decided to enjoy the nature.

To make matters more exciting this was the first time we were ziplining ....and we had a blast!!! Jessica was awesome and so was everyone else.

Just when we thought the jungle adventure was over, on our way out, we were offered to scoop (using our fingers) out piece of dragon fruit. Yes that was gross esp in middle of pandemic every one putting their hand in. But we survived and we had a blast! Perfect memory.

Easy Zipline Experience

Alexa and Ryan were terrific tour guides! I’m a bit afraid of heights but they were encouraging and kind. Booking through trip advisor was easy and they provided reminders and the waiver to complete which made check in easy.

I suggest taking a waterproof phone case with a lanyard to record the views while zip lining. They will take pictures at the end but nothing best those views.

Our group of four adults really enjoyed our experience. The staff was friendly and the staff assigned to our group were knowledgeable and experienced. Safety was priority one. The explained each ride and noticeable plants around the stations.
