Going to pile on with the positivity because they earn it. The crew and our pilot guide Ken were professional and really fun! The knowledge and passion flowed out making what was already a beautiful experience that much more. Helicopter tours aren’t cheap but this one was in line with others on the island. A great value because of the service. Highlight of what was an all around great trip. Worth every penny!

We went doors off. Too many people for small helicopter. I was in outside seat and partly off seat. Only lap belt holding me in. Had to tuck arm into arm of person next to me so couldn't take pictures. Was very disappointed and VERY nervous. Didn't feel safe. Views were incredible and pilot was good but safety was an issue.

Fabulous experience with Vince as our pilot. Extremely knowledgable and very personable. This tour is highly recommended. Even my wife, who was nervous about taking a helicopter, thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thank you Vince and Air Maui.

This is a very good tour where you can see a good part of West Maui and then go across to Molokai. There’s no doubt that you cannot see some of these places unless you take a helicopter or a boat or did some serious hiking. The people from Air Maui were very nice and professional. Our pilot was very friendly and very knowledgeable and he did a good job of navigating the helicopter. He made us involved as he narrated the your and warned us when we would face some turbulence in advance (one of the other passengers vomited during the flight, but that’s not the tour operators fault). We selected the tour which included a landing near the ocean in between one of the valleys. It was nice as we were able to walk around a little bit around the helicopter after the landing. In retrospect, I would have preferred a different tour from Air Maui that did not include the landing only because the time at the landing could have been used to fly over some other area areas (although the landing was nice I would have prioritized more flight time).

I surprised my husband with the doors off helicopter tour and he said it's the best experience he's ever had. I agree! Thank you to our amazing pilot and the entire team at Air Maui.

Did the 60 min Complete Island tour - loved getting to see Haleakala and it's cinder cones from the sky; there wasn't time in our trip to hike out there, but it was a must see for us. Also neat to encounter several of the sites we visited on our Road to Hana tour from the aerial perspective. The flight was very smooth and pilot was very professional and knowledgeable. It was my in-law's first time to HI and 'mom's' first time in a helicopter. She was just smitten, which made the flight all the more special (she got choked up at the end when they played her fav song; precious memory!) 'Dad' and my partner sat up front and enjoyed all of the maneuvers the pilot did, in addition to getting great views for the go-pro. It's really marvelous in person, pictures don't do it justice.

Everything was amazing Vitico the pilot was a professional. And kept everyone very comfortable and safe. Everyone was amazing. Can’t wait to go again! 10/10 would recommend!

Overall the tour was interesting and the pilot was great, however there were a couple standout issues. First, we flew towards Haleakala but not close to it, we continued to see waterfalls over and over. It would have been nice to see more than just waterfalls. Second, and the concerning issue, there is a size limit when one registers for this and 2 obese women were on our flight. They couldn’t get in the chopper without help, took up more than their seats and when we landed, they needed a lot of help getting out. This made it uncomfortable for us as we were crammed onto less than our 2 seats. Also, if there were any issues, these large women blocked one of the doors and would not be able to get out of the bird. This is a safety issue! The size limit needs to be adhered to.

Air Maui did an amazing job. They went through the trip before hand as well as the safety information. The pilot did an amazing of flying us around and explaining what we were seeing. Thank you for a great tour!

This was the best thing I have ever done. The doors off tour was magical and made for amazing photos and videos of Maui and Molokai. Will be doing again! Can not recommend enough! Worth every penny!

Total team and worth the time and money, knowledgeable and insightful narrative from our pilot without concerns of distracting him from the flying recommended as would be any of the flights offered. The flight tape a great reminder of the trip over Maui.

We love our 45 minute tour with Drew! Drew grew up in Maui and is very knowledgeable! Our first date set for the tour had to be rescheduled due to clouds covering the area. Everyone at Air Maui was kind, excited for us and very helpful. It was a wonderful experience for me, my partner and my cousin! We’d fly Air Maui again! Thank you all for a most wonderful experience - adventure! ❤️

It was a wonderful flight. We saw the whole island and I was so impressed! It is expensive but for me it was worth it (just a once in a lifetime experience!!)

This was a last-minute tour we decided to do. We are a family of five (3 young adults) and we were looking to do one last memorable tour. We decided to go with Air Maui. These guys were great. We should up at our flight time, the walked us thru all the safety procedures, we were loaded into the helicopter and we were off. Camron our pilot provided an excellent tour, very informative and got us some great views of the islands. Air Maui is highly recommended...

I took the doors off tour and it was amazing!!! The pilot had awesome music that went along with the ride, and we went into so many cracks and crevices - never accessible by any other means. I enjoyed the information, taking unobstructed photos and all of the care and attention from the staff. I would highly recommend!!
