- Paddling distance for 2.5 hour tour is very leisurely. Snorkel time is approximately 45 minutes.

I appreciated the concern for our safety as a group. We almost didn’t get out because the waves were really big, but then the guides assessed the situation and decided it was safe to go. Good instruction and good guide - fun and knowledgeable.
It was fun but didn’t blow me away. Would have been nice to kayak a bit more, we finished the tour 45 min early or so but I appreciate that this may have been for safety to avoid the waves getting too large. Saw a bit of wildlife and only snorkelled in one place.
Photos seemed a bit expensive - $60 for photos of the two of us. But probably fairly par for the course for tourist activities. You could definitely bring your own camera though and take your own photos.

Y’all this experience was AMAZING!! We saw turtles, colorful fish and some really cool urchins and starfish. The icing on the cake was the huge pod of dolphins playing and spinning all around us! Jake was an awesome guide and he kept us intrigued with lots of info and he even had some amazing food recommendations. 10/10 would recommend :)

Tyler was our guide, and he was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, he was super friendly and funny, and made us feel very confident and safe! He gave a great safety demonstration, and led us gently out to the water.
We had a great paddle, and Tyler took us to a beautiful snorkeling spot. Our group was fairly inexperienced, but Tyler was super encouraging, and helped us with our snorkel gear one by one.
The snorkeling was wonderful. The reef was nice and clear, and we do an abundance of sea creatures. If you’re looking for sea turtles, you will not be disappointed. We saw multiple green sea turtles in close proximity!
Once again, thanks to Tyler for making this such a memorable experience!

My husband and I went on a private tour with Tyler this morning that was beyond anything we could have imagined. First, as kayak owners in the Pacific NW we know things can go wrong and would never have gone out to Molokini on our own. Tyler knows these waters and could read the wind and swells. The reef and fish in Molokini were more than I had expected. Visibility was outstanding! Dolphins were in front of us jumping, chasing a bait ball.We snorkeled to peered over the crater edge to see the 200 foot drop into deep blue. We got back into our kayaks and circumnavigated the island. Big swells on the outer side that I was comfortable with because we were with Tyler. Back to Makena a huge whale slapping his fin..And then the finale! We sat above a whale in our kayaks who was singing. SINGING! Tyler took video of him singing under the water, and then video...as he swam up in front of me. WHALE SONG!!! I will never, ever forget this adventure. Thank you Tyler for this gift of a life time!

We had a fantastic experience with our guide John. The group was small so very hands on. We learned so much about the island and its history. Lots of sea life and beautiful views. You are kayaking so a little work is involved, but this is great for even beginner/ first time kayakers! I would recommend being comfortable with swimming as this is a snorkel trip. Water shoes encouraged. You won’t regret this trip! We will definitely do this again!

Hard a wonderful time with Jake (our guide) for this snorkel and kayak tour. He knew the great spots to go see the fish and sea turtles, had good stories to tell about the area and suggestions for food, etc. He was also very safety conscious and told everyone how to handle their kayaks and kept an eye out for everyone. He was able to point out things all us tourists wanted to see. Our group did have someone crack their chin open on the kayak and a seasick person and he had a medical kid and helped the seasick one (yours truly) calm their stomach somewhat. This was a great tour and I would highly suggest it to anyone.

Wow! What a great morning! Our guide Tyler was a wealth of knowledge and so kind. He obviously spends a lot of time on the water because he knows so much and loves to share information and history with the guests. Seeing whales and sea turtles were the highlights!

Our family of 4, two middle-aged parents with two teenaged boys, had an excellent experience kayaking and snorkeling with skilled, experienced guide, Cody. He was friendly, knowledgeable, informative and led us to the perfect spot for snorkeling - we saw so many turtles, swimming around us and also resting on the ocean floor. He also offers photography services - beautiful above and underwater photos.

The ease of scheduling, paying, and pre-tour communication were great. The price was decent as well.
However, there were a couple things that drove the rating down. First, on site, the vehicle has no identification, making it difficult to locate in a sea of other kayak your companies. Second, while I recognize the conditions may not be great, the reason one hires a tour company is to know that ahead of time and locate an appropriate spot. Finally, the tour guide rambled on about “the COVID,” didn’t wear his mask over his mouth while gathered together, and gave no clear objectives, and targets. It was largely wandering around aimlessly for 75 minutes while he found a suitable spot not far from the beach from which we launched. I will add that he did give clear launch and return instructions, which are most useful for inexperienced adventurers.
I wish I could rank 3.5/5, but having to choose, I got more out of a self guided venture than I did with this tour.

What a great experience. Ty was a great guide so kind so knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with the entire trip. We were able to get up close and personal with the whales saw turtles flying fish and a baby tuna. Our launch from the beach was so comfortable and not scary even though there were some waves Ty made it very safe. It was a beautiful day with great company we will definitely do this again if we ever come back to the island and will definitely tell our family who is coming this summer

It's a bit fighting, but our guid was very helpful, keeping the kayak quite steady. But you have to lift yourself up on the border of the kayak and you can swing your leg into it, followed by the rest of you... I guess it looks weird, but that did the trick for me...
