We had an amazing experience at the caves, Edeoni was so knowledgeable about not only the caves but about Belizian history in general. He was able to answer any question we threw at him and made sure we were having a great time. Mr Tate our driver was so lovely and helpful. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone who’s considering it. Well worth it!

Belize is known to many for clear blue water. But to visit this country for the beach would be an absolute waste. There’s so much preserved Mayan history and MayaWalk Tours makes it easy to explore it. Eric was our guide to the ATM caves. The same guide used to bring National Geographic reps into the caves. He was AMAZING. Very knowledgeable but also a people person who knows how to convey history in a fun way. Lunch was Delicious and homemade….they let you get seconds! Trust me you want seconds. The cave is one of the most beautiful structures Ive seen in awhile. The stalactites and stalagmite formations are gorgeous and your are walking among so many historical artifacts. The more you learn the more you question if we should be able to explore it but I will always appreciate the experience. I’m scared of heights so there was one part towards the end that made me nervous. Eric walked me through each step and I felt calm. I love water but can’t swim and the life jackets kept me comfortable. I couldn’t drown if I tried. And Eric gave clear and detailed instructions. If you go, listen to your guide and you’ll have the best time

Eric was an knowledgable and fun tour guide. The sacred cave was beautiful and it is honor to be allowed to see the remnants of Mayas. The hike and spelunking was pretty difficult but it was worth it.

The cave tubing was amazing, Edione (eh-dee-OH-nee) was an excellent, funny, and personable guide. He worked hard, literally, keeping the tubes going, or going not so fast in the quicker water. MayaWalk is an excellent choice as the travel van was modern and air conditioned (not a given in Belize) and the office where you might wait in the morning is also modern, clean, and air conditioned. WHAT I WISH I KNEW BEFORE: we arrived at the tour essentially ready to hop in the water. But there is a nice changing facility at the cave. I wish I’d brought my wallet and phone. There is WiFi at the lunch restaurant. The cave tubing was mostly low-key, but there was some walking around inside the cave that was a bit tricky and some short stretches where we had to swim. It was the right level of adventure for us as we weren’t comfortable with lots of very tight spaces. I would definitely choose MayaWalk, and Edione, for future trips!

What a day! We’ve been there with Andy as our guide, a really passionate guy who knows a lot and tells it with a lot of enthusiasm. He recently joined the team, but he is a real professional and made sure you have a good time.

We had the most amazing time at the ATM Cave. Our guide, Alex, made it 10000x better and more memorable for us. He had so much information about any question you could have. He also let us turn on our red lights on the way out of the cave, which was amazing. Alex is extremely educated and passionate about his job, and it shows. We are so happy we got Alex as our guide. The lunch was also amazing!!!

Had a wonderful day being canoed through a magnificent cave! Ended with a swim in the crystal clear water that flows into the caves. The water is filled with a variety of small to mid size fish and a saw a midsize turtle swimming close by. The Barton Creek area is so well maintained with labeled trees so you can learn about them. We were the only two people there with our guide so it was even more special. Our guide Jason was excellent. He as a great driver as we had to drive through two shallow rivers and on some rough roads that added to the adventure. He smoothly paddled us in the cave and provided information about the history and geological formations. A completely awesome day. Highly recommend Maya Walk tours for all you tour needs! We only had time for 3 tours but each one was well worth the time and cost.

A perfect day. Started with a tour of a cave with was majestic, then continued to Caracol which was also an amazing experience. The day ended at Rio waterfall pools which was the perfect refreshing way to end the day. Our driver Ronald was expert at maneuvering both the paved and unpaved sections of road. Our tour guide Richard was very knowledgeable and made the day very enjoyable. My husband and I and another couple were the only people at the sites so it made for a very special day. Highly recommend Maya Walk tours!!

The place is awesome, and Juan Carlos really knows his stuff. He was knowledgeable about everything, from the Mayan Underworld to the animals that we saw to even the history of Belize as a whole. There was literally no question that he couldn’t answer, and would go in depth to make sure that we understood the full picture of what we were asking. Would recommend. It’s a once in a lifetime experience… and don’t forget to give your best to our by scooby 💀

Great day - well worth the money. Prepare to swim and climb through a beautiful cave to see the most surreal remains ever - feels like a museum out in the wild! Our guide Andy was very knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. We did not actually do the horse back ride just the walking tour of the site. Very hot but some patches of shade to recover in while climbing the tallest ruin. Enjoyed the activity very much. Highly recommend the company. Very efficient. Clean air conditioned vehicle driven safely by Ronald. Prompt pickup at our home and drop off at the end of the morning.
