    Awesome but exhausting. Worth it
The cave was incredible and Hector our guide in the ATM was great. He kept us safe. It was a lot more physically demanding than we thought. Needed grip socks. They are serious about no cameras. The afternoon ruins were nice and our guide was great.

A must visit in San Ignacio
We opted for a half day tour just to get a little warm-up before going to bigger ruins. This was a great tour to learn about Mayan history and culture. Our tour provided by Go Maya travel was with Hob. He was very knowledgeable about everything we needed to know, explained about myths' story as well. We had a great time during this tour. Our tour guide was also kind enough to let us stopover a grocery to buy some snacks.

The best day in San Ignacio
A great day of adventure and exploration! Hector was such a fun & knowledgeable guide into the ATM cave. Definitely a must do when in Belize! The latter part of the day at Xunatunich brought history to life. O’Neil had the facts, but also the charisma to make it come to life! It’s a long, tiring day, but so worth it! Highly recommend this tour company. They go above and beyond for their clients!

The Best Tour company in San Ignacio
First, I want to say that our guide - Dimas, was the absolute best guide. He made Caracol come alive for us. He explained what we were seeing, and some history of the site. He explained the Mayan calendar. Then lunch was the best Belizean stewed chicken we eat on this trip. With a tablecloth! Then on to Rio Frio and the Rio Lo Pools. It was an amazing day!

A wonderful experience start to finish. The communication was excellent, everything went smoothly, fantastic guides, tasty lunch - couldn't have asked for more! We did both the ATM Tour and the Tikal Day Tour.

    Outstanding private tours
We chose Cayo Inland Expeditions for a series of private tours for our family of five to Xunantunich, Caracol, Barton Creek, and Tikal (with Guatemalan guide), plus waterfalls and transport to and from the airport. Our guide and driver most of the time, Onil, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and fun, always punctual, gave us just the right amount of time everywhere and added in pieces beyond what we thought we would be able to do. Each excursion was an amazing adventure. The agency as a whole was very easy to work with and provided reasonable pricing. We highly recommend working with them in Belize

    Short Tour to Xunantunich
This was the perfect amount of your time for us. We went during slow season and the ruin was almost empty and it was only us and our guide. Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am slightly afraid of heights and he was great helping me navigate getting down from the pyramid. I would recommend this tour company to my family!

    Amazing Service and Knowledge!
Such an amazing company! Had cold water waiting for us in the cooler at the airport, was on time and waiting for us outside of customs. Stop at a store near where you stay incase you need anything. The Tikal tour was perfect! Guide was incredibly knowledgeable and they help get you across the border so seamlessly. The lunch after the tour was to die for, some of the best food we had on our trip, absolutely would recommend them to anyone and will be booking with them again when we come back!

    Great Mayan experience!
We had an excellent tour to the mayan site Caracol. Our tour covered stops at multiple attractions as was discussed in the office. The best part of the tour was our guide! He knew Mayan history very well and was telling us more than one theory about the site origins. He was open for questions and suggestions at any time - good communication skills. We definitely recommend this tour company.

    Day trip to Caracol
We we're keen to include a visit to the Mayan ruins during our ten day trip to Belize. Research showed that Caracol was clearly the best site in the country. Cayo Inland Expeditions provided an excellent experience. Our tour guide, Dimas provided a wealth of information during the two hour drive to the site. The road in is currently being upgraded and is very good for the first half although the rest is a very rough forest track. I Definitely wouldn't recommend self driving. We spent two hours at the site where Dimas explained how this once great civilisation created a huge city which thrived for several centuries before it's downfall. The first sight of the massive pyramid structure as we emerged from the jungle was amazing. I would highly recommend this day trip to anyone visiting Belize and Cayo Inland Expeditions provide a great experience with a very knowledgeable, informative guide.

Great Times with with Cayo Inland Expeditions
Our family group of late 20's couples and parents (50's) did two tours with Cayo Inland (Tikal Private tour and Jaguar Paw Cave Tubing), as well as utilizing their shuttle service from the Belize city airport to San Ignacio and back to the airport once we were done in San Ignacio. Everything was absolutely incredible. Every little detail was taken care of perfectly and the guides were incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout. Terry was great with setting everything up and communicating everything to us clearly so that our entire stay in San Ignacio went smoothly. We also stayed at their rental home in San Ignacio which worked very well for 3 adult couples. If you are looking for a great place to stay while in San Ignacio, it has everything you need and is in a great, private, quiet location with an awesome view and pool! She even helped us get into town for dinner one evening and obtained a rum cake to celebrate a birthday for one of our party. It was amazing. For the tours themselves, we did Tikal one day, and the Jaguar Paw cave tubing the following day, and both were incredible. The guides were excellent, both friendly, as well as incredibly knowledgeable and it was easy to tell they enjoyed what they did. Our guide for most of the trips was O'NiI (O'Neal). We couldn't have asked for a more friendly, down to earth person who was full of so much information. By the time we left San Ignacio he felt like family (No Kidding!) We gave each other hugs until the next time. I can't recommend Cayo Inland enough, it really was a great experience in San Ignacio. Five starts for sure!

DO THIS!!!! Cayo Inland Adventures is the way to go!
I don't know where to begin. I have done quite a bit of adventure traveling in my life and can honestly say that this was the most awe-inspiring tour I have ever been on!  The description speaks for itself, if you are up for an adventure this is well worth the money. For ATM you are in fantastic hands with Hector. Giselle was our driver and tour guide for Xunatunich and is also amazing!  It's hard to put into words what we gained from learning about these sites from locals who cherish them as a part of their own rich history. Hector and Giselle's passion for their culture and extensive knowledge of the land and country make a full day of exploring fly by! If you are considering renting a car to get to San Ignacio I would suggest saving the money by taking the local bus (also an experience) and putting it toward guided tours. Most of the fun adventures require a guide anyway. My boyfriend and I ended up doing ATM, Xunatunich, the jungle pontoon, and cave tubing all through Cayo because we loved them so much. I am usually hesitant about signing up for big guided tours but, JP (the owner), took care of us from start to finish. He gave us a discount for booking multiple tours and worked with us one on one to curate our adventure and incorporate our travel needs. Pro-Tip: consider traveling during the off-season (July - October). We were lucky to have private tours for all! Finally, if you are unsure of which tour group to go with due to the plethora of them operating in San Ignacio do not let the lack of reviews for Cayo fool you. They are just newer compared to Mayawalk and some of the others and from what I saw those tours had large groups of people on them even in the off-season. You won't regret booking through Cayo. An amazing, authentic, and personal adventure guided by the best team awaits!

This adventure was such an awesome experience! Dimas picked us up at our resort and was extremely friendly and informative. Unfortunately, due to the rain, cave tubing was closed so he took us to xunantunich temple and shared numerous facts about the area, the mayan history and the culture. The zip lining was amazing and we got to see a howler monkey! Highly recommend this company and these guides.

My husband and I who are 76 are traveling with two 14-year-old granddaughters. We were staying at Maya Mountain Lodge and arranged before traveling for this day tour. Cayo Inland Expeditions came to our lodge and picked us up in the morning to drive to Nohoch Che'en. It was about 1.25 hours but Giselle the guide shared interesting facts about the country and areas we passed through on the way. The girls did the zipline and found it thrilling as well as safe and secure. (Grandparents enjoyed it from the ground watching them.) After they completed the six platforms through the jungle and across a river, we hiked about 30 min along the river to the cave entrance. We paid just a bit extra for porters to carry our tubes, but the hike was not strenuous. Giselle and her assistant, David, guided us through the awesome caves, pointing out formations and the history of the cave system. The rooms are quite spacious so not claustrophobic. Words aren't adequate to express the grandeur of it all!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this excursion. Booked through trip advisor made it very simple to organize and communicate with this company. Our guide for the day, Giselle was extraordinary! She drove us and gave interesting information along our drive, got us to our zip line guides, then navigated us through the beautiful caves.
The zip line guides, Felix and Amy were wonderful keeping us safe and excited on our zips. Took photos and videos for us as well.
Giselle catered to our 9 & 11yr olds by making our cave tour exciting. Special experiences as we got to the cenote that made the kids feel very brave and special.
Would highly recommend this as it was the highlight for all of us in San Ignacio.

The cave tubing was one of the most fun experiences I have ever had. Our guide Demas was exceptional and made sure we were safe and had as much fun as possible. The pictures do not do the cave justice and would recommend this experience to anyone interested in seeing the caves.

This adventure was everyone in our group’s favorite part of our trip to Belize. Dimas and Josh picked us up at our VRBO house and the informative and friendly conversation began immediately. They shared facts about the area, the wildlife, the culture. The zip lining was amazing. We saw a family of howler monkeys. The cave tubing wowed all nine of us. Swimming through the narrow hole was the highlight. Afterwards we enjoyed a delicious meal. Highly recommend this company and these guides.

I think the cave tubing could possibly be the highlight of my trip to Belize! We were fortunate to have Dimas again as our tour guide, we had enjoyed his knowledge at the Caracol Mayan Ruins the day before. I had no idea how extensive the cave system was! We spent hours floating along. At one point Dimas had us get out and walk a short distance in the cave to see some ancient carvings and pottery. He was very attentive to me, being the oldest in the group, making sure I did not slip or trip on anything. It truly was a highlight of my trip. It was so relaxing to just float along with the current and have Dimas guiding us and informing us at what we were seeing. My other travel companions was my husband and my two adult daughters we all agreed that this was a great excursion and one we will remember for our lifetime.

Reuben was absolutely wonderful! We had just arrived in San Ignacio and found his stall. Not only did he help us book a wonderful trip for the next day, but he gave us great insights into San Ignacio. Where to eat, where to drink, and what to avoid. His advice is worth its weight in gold.

The next day our adventure began! Our tour guide was very cool, telling us interesting stories and personal insights. You can tell he really loves what he does, and that makes all the difference. Please do yourself the favor and just come book here, I defiantly recommend it!

Amazing experience. Dimas is a great guide who is very knowledgeable and speaks perfect English/Spanish. Felt safe the entire time. 1.5 hr drive from San Ignacio. 6 zip-lines that were about an hr. Included lunch. Then 2 hours of cafe tubing. One of the best excursions I've done. Well worth it.

Dimas was an amazing tour guide! He was also our guide for Xunantunich on the previous day and we felt so lucky to have such a patient, knowledgeable, well spoken guide for both of our excursions in San Ignacio. These two days were the absolute highlight of the trip. I felt like we were always safe and well taken care of on our adventures.
