Fun night-time activity. We opted for this tour in particular because of the Pub Crawl part. It was predicted to be a rainy night, and the opportunity to stop in bars and get out of the rain was preferred compared to a tour that would be 2 hours entirely in the rain.
I have done a walking ghost tour in another town, and part of what makes them super fun is the crowd that you're with and their agreeableness to the stories from the tour guide. Having the pub crawl (and alcohol) helped with this -- whether in terms of getting to know your fellow tour members or being open to supernatural.

Stephen dresses the part and his accent envelopes you, although sometimes it’s hard to hear him because he’s soft spoken. He was very friendly and gave you lots of great information along the way. We stopped at old Ebbitts, The Willard, The Occendental (closed) & The Hamilton. The Hamilton was like a labyrinth and would have loved to hear more about that place. We loved the night and hearing about the historical ghosts.

Our tour guide was Katie Captain Kirt !!! Loved her!! My boyfriend and I had the best experience! To be honest I’m not personally a believer in ghosts but my boyfriend is. This tour not only Catered to my boyfriends interests but even my own. The stories involved so much history and kept me interested the entire time . The alcohol was expensive at each bar but I guess you can just choose not to drink but it was worth it! Katie even stayed after the tour was done to answer questions!

We booked a private tour for 10 of us to do the pub tour for a birthday party. Lindsay was a fantastic guide and very knowledgeable and professional. She told us many great stories and was great as we hung out at the bars. We keep talking about how much fun we all had. A great way to spend a night in DC! Highly recommend!

Somewhat disappointed visited 2 bars. Ended outside a third and the tour guide said we could go in if we wanted. Alot of quiet walking time when you would expect narration. Hard to hear the tour guide . The information he did share was interesting and the places we stopped at were wonderful.

Capt. Kirk was engaging and lively- she knew her stuff and made sure we had a good time. Loved her attire!!! It was fun to see Washington at night and seeing some awesome bars

We have been on ghost tours before, but the added benefit of a pub crawl sounded too fun to pass up! There was just enough time allotted at each stop for one drink, but we did go on a Saturday night so each pub/bar was pretty packed. Our tour guide, I believe it was Corinna, was knowledgable and fun, playing off of the group we were with. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone interested in ghostly history in DC with the bonus of a cocktail!

I went on a Saturday night tour with Captain Kirk. I loved all the ghost stories she told, especially the vampire one. All of these stories were rooted in D.C.’s history, which was fascinating. The bars we went to were very nice and we were given enough time to enjoy a drink at each place. I recommend this tour for couples and groups of friends as well as out-of-tours and DCers who are looking for something exciting to do for the night.

Captain Kirk definitely showed us a good time! We had some characters in our group and she had fun keeping up with us all! 100% worth doing! Her history and ghost stories were informative and the bars she took us to were great. Thank you for making it such a memorable night for all of us, Katie!
